Chapter-20
2 years ago:
The party was winding up and it was the first time in my whole life that I enjoyed myself in one of these parties. For the most part, Jin had stayed with me and I listened to him in awe as he described how he got into photography.
"Jordan and I loved to sneak out of our houses and walk to the edge of the street" his eyes were distant as he recounted the story.
"Jordan always had an indifferent composure even when we got caught" Jin's eyes were sparkling with mirth. He seemed to be close with Jordan, the heir to one of the biggest businesses in the country.
Jordan hadn't attended the party this year since he went on a trip with his ailing father. From all the years I have known Jordan, he had never mentioned his friend.
"So you're the party organizer," he said thoughtfully. I grinned in mischief. It was one of those things nobody knew about. People thought of me as a good-for-nothing daughter of two famous figures and I never tried to refute that.
