Chapter 149 - Don't Mess With Konoha

"Alright, we will go with your plan." Obito nodded.

"I will give notify you again once I get the news from my spy." After saying that, the space around Obito distorted, and Obito was sucked into the space, completely vanishing.

Obito didn't want to spend too much time with someone as capable as Whitebeard. There was a chance that he saw through him.

Obito was now a little curious about how strong Whitebeard was when he was young. He knew that Shinobi's strength would decline when they got old.

Whitebeard was still that strong despite his age. How strong was he when he was young?

But why had he never heard of him before, even though he was so strong?

However, it was clear that Whitebeard would not tell him, so Obito left on his own.

Aside from the plan that Whitebeard came up with, he still had more things to take care of.

He was no longer the naive teenager from back then. Just because he decided to cooperate with Whitebeard, he did not necessarily trust Whitebeard.

"Pops, why should we cooperate with that suspicious person? We can't fight off the entire village." The puzzled Tsugatsu couldn't help but ask.

In his opinion, this decision was a bit irrational. Although his pops was powerful, it was still unrealistic to fight against a Shinobi Village head-on.

Shinobi Village was the strongest military force in a country. Fighting a Shinobi Village would be no different from fighting a whole country.

"Pops must have his own thoughts, but this plan sure makes me tremble with excitement," Musashi said as he stroked the two blades at his waist.

His thoughts were different from Tsugatsu's.

Because he was a swordsman, he knew his pops' strength better than Tsugatsu.

Ever since he met his pops, his pops had never gotten serious. He had never even used Chakra in his attack, but he couldn't believe that his pops couldn't use Chakra.

Even his pops' casual slash could overpower his full-power Chakra Slashes. If his father used Chakra, how strong would he be?

Musashi couldn't imagine it, but he felt that his father should be stronger than Land of Iron's General!

"Gu ra ra ra ra." Nagasawa laughed loudly and domineeringly said, "We will teach Amegakure Shinobi a lesson so that no one will come and bother us when we go to other places."

Of course, this was only one of the reasons. The most important reason was that he wanted to recreate the Summit War of Marineford to increase his fusion rate.

For this reason, he had to contact his real body.

It might be hard for the Shadow Clone to deal with this situation. After all, he was up against Obito.

If possible, Nagasawa wanted to keep Obito there too. If he could kill Obito, it would save him a lot of trouble.

However, it was not like Nagasawa was 100% sure he could kill Obito.

If Obito were willing to fight with him, then Obito would definitely die.

However, Obito was clearly not a fool. If he was at a disadvantage, he would definitely flee with his Kamui.

With Kamui, Izanagi, and Hashirama's cells, Obito was truly too difficult to kill.

If the space was really shattered, Summit War of Marineford's black beard would be directly beaten to death by Whitebeard.

But if there was a chance, he would definitely try it. Obito hadn't awakened Mangekyo Sharingan for too long and the current Obito was still relatively young.

...

After the establishment of the Special Combat Division, Nagasawa had a new position, Special Combat Division's Squad Leader.

This Division was temporarily independent and only took orders from the Squad Leader and the Hokage.

However, Nagasawa had to carefully consider when it came to recruitment.

In the manga, the only people who truly mastered Konoha-style swordsmanship were Hayate Gekkō and Yūgao Uzuki. These two undoubtedly had talent in swordsmanship.

However, currently, one of them was in the 5th grade of the Academy, while the other was in the 6th grade.

Hayate Gekkō would graduate this year, so there wasn't much of a problem, but he didn't know if Yūgao Uzuki would graduate with Hayate Gekkō.

There were quite a few sword users among the Uchiha Clan. In fact, Shisui was one of them. Shisui often carried a tanto behind his back and used it in combat.

Nagasawa thought about it and looked through the information about the Uchiha Clans that Fugaku had given him before. He chose three of them.

Nagasawa thought about it again and suddenly thought of a good candidate.

Konoha's Eternal Genin – Kosuke Maruboshi.

As everyone knows, many of Konoha's Shinobi were not to be trifled with.

Kosuke was also barely one of them.

Kosuke's Water Release was personally taught by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju himself!

The Third Hokage once wanted to promote Kosuke directly to Jonin, but because his comrade died on a mission due to his reckless mistake, Kosuke politely declined.

Kosuke felt that a person like him was not worthy of being a Jonin, so he refused the Third Hokage's promotion.

Seeing that Kosuke refused, the Third Hokage had no other choice, but he also taught Kosuke a  Ninjutsu.

It was a Ninjutsu that was inspired by the Second Hokage's Shadow Clone Technique - the A-Rank Ninjutsu Shuriken Shadow Clone technique.

In one of his missions with the Third Hokage, Kosuke, unfortunately, lost his left eye.

In the Third Shinobi World War, Kosuke and Minato carried out a mission together and, unfortunately, lost his left leg.

Fortunately, he did not hurt his thigh, so he replaced it with a prosthetic leg. Although that hindered his mobility somewhat, it did not mean he'd bid farewell to Shinobi's life.

Nagasawa estimated that even if Kosuke replaced his left leg with a prosthetic leg, he was quite skilled even compared to an average Jonin. After all, his foundation was there.

With that in mind, Nagasawa put Kosuke's name on the list of people he'd recruit, but if Kosuke refused, he would not force him.

After all, Kosuke had fought for Konoha for most of his life. He had lost an eye and a leg. Nagasawa would feel bad forcing him to work harder.

With that in mind, Nagasawa had some other ideas.

At present, the success rate of Secondary Hashirama cells is 50%. Kosuke is relatively strong, so the success rate should be higher if Orochimaru were to implant Secondary Hashirama cells into Kosuke's body and then give Sharingan to Kosuke.

If the experiment was successful, Kosuke's power would not be just at Kage-level on paper, but an actual Kage-Level!

After all, Kosuke was very good at Water Release. With the help of Secondary Hashirama cells, his Water Release might be able to reach the Second Hokage's level.

Although Nagasawa had a good idea, in the end, it all depended on Kosuke's decision.

After all, he forbade Orochimaru to use the villagers for experiments. If the experiment succeeded, Kosuke's left eye and leg might be able to be healed.

Although Secondary Hashirama cells could not regrow severed limbs, Nagasawa could find a replacement, and with the powerful healing ability of Secondary Hashirama cells, it could be achieved.
