Chapter 21 - The Days that Passed

(8 Year time skip yeah Seer is now 18 which now makes him legal, and allowed to enroll in Secarlla Academy)

Eight years have passed since I was first initiated into the Valtera household. Vampires were a little skeptical about me joining but over the past eight years, I have been doing some community work for them the vampires and participated in many tournaments.

Some vampires are jealous or mad because of all the attention I get.

Over the years Vanessa started to change she is more bold and aggressive in physical contact like touching, and she wants to limit my interaction with the other houses and other vampires, especially girls.

I have developed a perfume/deodorant- with the unique energy I have- that makes my blood, less potent for vampires. That means they won't go bloodthirsty when they smell or taste my blood.

It still smells addicting and divine so many vampires still want my blood I just toned it down enough so I don't start a war over my blood.

I also have the nickname "prince Seer", the reason why they call me this or so I have heard is that if there was a prince of the vampires I would be it. I fit the criteria because the main households like me, I am stronger than my peers and I am respected by a lot of important people.

The best part about staying here was the household heads, every one of them has a distinct attitude when around each other that they play into and act more like they are around each other.

There is a lot of putting on a fake face for many to maintain their public image or for other diplomatic reasons.

Margret- haughty noblewoman personality.

Evan- caring but strict grandfather personality

Vereth- cocky playboy personality

Elisa- refined humble lady personality

Vanessa- Motherly personality

Since I was staying with Vanessa for most of the week I got to know her the best.

We would confine in each other, every day was a blessing because of her. The amount of joy and happiness I would receive from being around her, made me feel like she was an aunt or a second mom.

I spent every waking hour practicing my fighting skill or learning new knowledge.

It was extremally harsh training, she would manipulate my blood to make it harder to move or do basic things, at first it was really hard then I got used to it when that happened she increased the manipulation of my blood.

Even though the strange energy made my body limitless and powerful it didn't regulate my body well, I still had some trouble getting my body to do what it wants. This training, helped my body get back in sync with my mind and I got stronger by leaps and bounds. The sparring with people stronger than me also attributed to my getting stronger. The best part was when she was teaching me she would be able to correct me if I mess up my mother's techniques because she knows them well.

When I was in the other house I had different training on top of blood manipulation. In the Sliverette household, it was doing activities on no or very little sleep. It causes your body to feel extreme exhaustion and even veterans would lose fights because of this so they made me get used to being tired and doing strenuous activities while being extremally tired.

The Bloodeth household's extra training was finding strengths and weaknesses in people's fighting styles and if they have any major flaws learning to and how to capitalize on them. The training was sparring with different people who had different fighting styles and pointing out their strengths and weaknesses and capitalizing on them. She would also show me some videos of fights or fighting styles showcases and explain their strengths and weaknesses.

Batcock household was all about learning about the different races and what they specialize in and what they are most vulnerable to. The way I learned was that people from coming different races would come in and talk about themselves. The most important part is you can't just rely on the weaknesses you are told because there are always exceptions.

Moonlit household's training was learning how to asses an opponent, never underestimating your opponent but being confident, always having a plan b, or knowing how to get out of dangerous situations. I had to learn different strategies from books, look at people and guess how strong they are and what weapons they use.

Valtera/main training was practicing my swordplay, expanding my martial arts, and gaining more proficiency with the bow. I always had my blood manipulated (as said before) for my training it never stopped. Everything I did from walking to swordplay was significantly harder, another thing that might surprise you is that whenever I would cook for Vanessa it takes a lot of energy and stamina than you might think, it helped me build up my strength.

I had fun in all the houses and they truly are becoming family to me, Dad I found a place I belong and can be happy. For the sake of my mother, I pushed through these past eight of torture called training, but it will all worth it at the start (the start being the initiation "tournament") They would only fight me at 20% but now they need to use 50% of their full strength to give me a fair fight. I have grown so much mentally and physically it was a great 8 years, but now I will go to Secarlla academy to save you, mother.

Some experiences I don't want to talk about but I probably will later on. I believe that one day I will meet your dad and you will congratulate me on being the man I have become. s

Now let's get prepared to go to Secarlla.

On my breaks, I will come back to this place, I guarantee it.
