The atmosphere was electric as Ikki and Daiji squared off, the tension between them palpable. Ikki's eyes were resolute, while Daiji's were a hollow void, a chilling testament to Gifu's influence.
Ikki moved first, launching a series of rapid punches. His movements were fluid and precise, a clear indication of how much he had improved. Each punch was expertly parried by Daiji, whose own skills were equally impressive. They danced around each other, a flurry of strikes and counters that showcased their mastery.
Ikki's training had honed his reflexes to a razor's edge. He dodged a high kick from Daiji and countered with a low sweep, aiming to unbalance him. Daiji, however, was quick to recover, flipping backward and landing with cat-like grace. They were evenly matched, their movements a blur as they pushed each other to the limit.
Aaron, watching from the sidelines, casually munched on popcorn. He leaned back, clearly amused by the spectacle. "This is better than TV," he remarked, his voice carrying a mix of admiration and detachment.
Sakura, standing next to Aaron, couldn't share his nonchalance. Her eyes were glued to the screen, her face a mask of worry. "Ikki... be careful," she whispered, her hands clenched into fists.
Ikki pressed his advantage, weaving through Daiji's defenses with a newfound confidence. He had learned to read Daiji's moves, anticipating his brother's attacks and countering with precision. A swift uppercut connected with Daiji's jaw, sending him staggering back.
But Daiji was far from defeated. He retaliated with a series of kicks, each one more powerful than the last. Ikki blocked the first two but was caught off guard by a feint, taking a hard hit to his side. He gritted his teeth against the pain, refusing to back down.
They clashed again, their movements a symphony of skill and power. Ikki's fists moved like lightning, each strike aimed with deadly accuracy. Daiji's counterattacks were just as fierce, his movements a blend of raw power and precision.
Aaron watched with an almost lazy interest, occasionally offering commentary. "Nice dodge," he said, nodding appreciatively as Ikki narrowly avoided a devastating kick.
"But watch your left."
This was like Tv to him, prime watching material.
He could watch everything that happening right there, the camera must be new tech if the view was so good.
Sakura shot him a glare, her concern for Ikki overriding any annoyance at Aaron's casual demeanor. "How can you be so calm?" she demanded. "That's my brother out there!"Aaron shrugged, popping another piece of popcorn into his mouth. "Relax, Sakura. Your brother's doing fine. He's tougher than he looks."
"Easy for you to say, you not losing a family member in this fight" She shot back to which he just shrugged his shoulder saying.
"Womp,Womp"
Ikki and Daiji continued their fierce exchange, neither willing to give an inch. They were evenly matched, their skills and power on full display.
Ikki ducked under a wild swing from Daiji, using the momentum to deliver a powerful punch to his brother's gut.
Daiji doubled over, but quickly recovered, launching himself at Ikki with renewed fury.
The fight raged on, each brother pushing the other to their limits. Ikki's improvements were evident in every move he made, his skill level rising to meet Daiji's challenge.
But Daiji, driven by a twisted form of cursed energy, was relentless, his attacks fueled by a dark determination.
As Ikki and Daiji's fierce battle continued, Sakura's frustration grew. She turned to Aaron, her eyes blazing with anger. "How can you just sit there eating popcorn while my brothers are fighting for their lives?" she snapped, her voice shaking with emotion.
Aaron, still munching nonchalantly, glanced at her with a raised eyebrow. "Don't you ever get tired of doing tricks on it, like damn girl, out here blowing me on a daily," he replied dryly.
Sakura's face turned red with fury. "What the hell is wrong with you?" she shouted, her fists clenched. "This isn't a joke! They're out there risking everything!"
"And you think you bitching about it is going to make a change" He said as he turn around and look at Sakura.
Sakura stayed quiet to which he just replied.
"You and I both know it so just have some faith on your brother for christ sake, you acting like he was going to die"
"What if he dies, i am sure you do not care about that afterall we are nothing but tools for you to use, if he dies it would just be a tool that failed to meet it potential to you and nothing more"
'Hahaaha, this is pure cinema' Aaron ignored the demonic voice in his head, after all it was just in his head and he wasnt going to pay it much mind.
Yami word do not affect him at all.
"But he is my brother and if he dies... I don't know what I'll do."
Sakura looked defeated.....Genta watching how his daughter was acting felt as if she did not mean any of those words.
As if she just needed something to blame, something to lash out on.
George on the other hand wonder why he just wouldnt tell her, something felt off, this felt planned.....
"Then my investment would have been for nothing" Aaron said dryly leaning back on his chair his eyes looking at a specific spot on the screen.
Those words seem to really piss off Sakura which he didnt mind at all.
His focus was mainly on Ikki.
He watched as the two brother clashes fist and traded blows after blows seemingly being equal to each other.
No victor could be determined by this short brawl.
Noticing Ikki taking out a familiar stamp....
"So that what yall been working on" Aaron said looking at the stamp.
