Aaron was currently seen eating seen eating a tomahawk steak, he was holding the bone with his hand as he took bites from the steak.
'she really outdid herself this time' Aaron thought to himself as he ate the steak, it was relatively good, though it was just a bit on the spicy side.
An image popped into his mind as he ate the steak.
"You need to eat,"
Those were the words his little sister gave him, even though he did go in the healing tank for a bit, his body was still well not up to 100% of its capability, he was still quite feeble in fact, the only thing the tube did was just heal the major wounds.
There were still some minor wounds in there, he was sure his body could take care of it but for that, he needed energy, a lot of energy.
So long story short he now had to eat a lot of food in order to stockpile his body with calories that it could then burn in order to heal him.
On the good side that meant he couldn't really get fat as his body does require quite a decent amount of food. He could survive with the normal diet of a normal person.
However with his lifestyle, he needed a shit tone of food as he would get injured 24/7...sure his ribs were now back to normal and his bones were now stronger than ever, his muscle a bit more compact than they were before.
However, he wondered why he was not becoming denser and weighing more cause at this point considering the amount of time his bones had to become stronger and his muscles were compact and dense.
He should do a lot more than he did now...while his body was transforming itself it was as if his muscles and bone were getting denser really, it's more like remodeling so chances are, he wasn't really getting heavier per say.
He probably gained some weight from all that food he had been eating...His eyes then landed on Sakura and Hana.
They were seen talking about something...which in his humble opinion was none of his business and thus he decided not to pay them any mind.
"No, this all my fault," A familiar voice said, Aaron recognized that voice, wasn't that just Genta?
Aaron looks up to see Genta with Bu walking just a few feet behind him.
"Vail is my responsibility," Genta said as he looked at his children.
"And because I have been neglecting that responsibility, my daughter almost died, "Genta said looking at his hands.
"All that matters is that you going to take care of him, no need to dwell on the past," Aaron said as he finished eating the steak, frankly it was delicious, he stood up and walked toward a nearby garbage bin where he dropped the bones.
He then walked towards the nearest sink and there he proceeded to clean himself, cleaning the grease currently on his hands and wiping his mouth clean.
Genta eyes then went toward Aaron, he walked toward Aaron and before Aaron's stunned eyes, he bowed...
'wait what.?'
"Thank you for keeping my family safe while I was away," Genta said his head still bowed to Aaron.
Though Aaron did make sure to hide his confusion from Genta, he just placed his hand on the man's head saying "Stand up straight, you do not have to bow jeez, it wasn't that hard"
"Thank you, "Genta said earnestly as Aaron just waved his hand dismissingly saying "Yeah, yeah"
"Papa, you don't have to put yourself in danger," Sakura said looking at her dad
"We can take of Vail" Ikki added looking at his dad.
"Vail is MY inner demon..." Genta exclaimed as he looked at his two kids currently present in the room.
"Now I need to take care of my family, can I really call myself a dad and husband, if I can't keep my family safe," Genta said with his hand over his chest.
"You won't be able to do shit though if you die," Aaron said bluntly looking at Genta.
"I am willing to lay down my life if it means my family will be safe" Genta exclaimed with a determined look in his eyes.
"Truth that, but do you think that's what they want"Aaron said looking at Genta, though it didnt take him long to notice the determination in Genta's eyes.
"Papa" Sakura said as she held her dad, she did not want to lose her father, Genta reached out his hands and caressed her cheek.
He gave her a small smile as he patted her head, this scene looked quite adorable and Aaron not really willing to break such a sweet moment decided to slip out of the house with no one noticing that he was gone.
It helps a lot when you don't make any sound while walking...
On his way home though, he did buy a shit ton of snacks.....he was not greedy, he just needed the nutrients...yeah it wasn't that he had a sweet tooth, no he just needed the nutrient that it, that probably the copium that he was going to tell himself from now on.
Time skip.
Rui walked toward the training room hoping to find her brother, she had looked for him all throughout the very big house and couldn't find him anywhere, the training room was the only area where she knew she might be able to find her Nee-san.
The door of the training room opened for her as soon as they had scanned, Rui took some very careful steps as she walked inside.
In the middle of the training room, Aaron was seen lying on the floor gasping for air, Rui's eyes went up to look at the scoreboard in the corner of her eyes and she saw it.
