Chapter 136 - Family secrets {45}

Aaron eyes watched in amusement as Vice was reaching chaos in the bathhouse.

This was hilarious.

It was so much fun to see, so much chaos, he almost felt bad for them but nah, this was funnier and it made him stop thinking about the fact that he was now babysitting a goddam princess.

"Hm, they are a handful bunch," Miyuki said by him drinking what seemed to be iced tea.

Minecraft Steve may have gotten hit more than once during the whole time but it was what it was.

This was still very fun to see, although from the corner of his eyes.

He noticed something peculiar...at the corner of the room he noticed a picture of Ikki but that wasn't what he noticed.

He watched as Ikki's face completely disappeared from the picture as if he wasn't there, to begin with.

This was something new and something he certainly didn't expect to see today.

Meanwhile, Daiji was seen scolding Vice and Tamaki.

Out of the corner of his eyes, he noticed Sakura pondering on something.

"Sakura something bothering you" Daiji asked looking at Sakura.

Sakura looked at him for a second before opening her mouth and saying

"No, nothing bothering me"

"Hmph" Was the sound that came out of Aaron's mouth as she said those words.

She turned back to look at him and it was clear from his facial expression that he didn't believe it was almost as if he could read her like a book.

Sakura just got up and left, Aaron watched her leave and said nothing, heh he would figure it out eventually.

"Oh, Aaron fixed your fiance's problem," A very familiar voice from the door said.

Miyuki looked annoyed and just like that an ice shard barely missed his head.

"Oops, my hand slipped" Were the words that came out of her mouth.

"You tell me," Aaron said nonchalantly to which George just grinned.

"Isn't that just interesting?" George said looking at the ice, even barely grazing it he felt as if his finger would freeze.

"Enough of scientific orgasm did you find a way to reverse Ikki back" Aaron said quite bluntly as he leaned his head back on the Sofa.

George just smiled seemingly unbothered by Aaron's words.

He just walked toward Aaron and said "I have but first I am more inclined to a bath"

George then turned around to face Genta before walking toward the man.

"Father dearest would you mind joining me" George said looking at Genta but more specifically his chest.

Aaron caught that, and George probably found something wrong with him.

Once again none of his business....although Genta did feel familiar somehow...wait his scent was almost the same as the demon driver and somewhat similar to Gifu.

Almost as if a part of Gifu was implemented into him somehow.

Once again future him problems, he would make a mental check for all those things in do some preparation but for now he didn't feel like pursuing them all.

He didn't want to drain himself so much that Yami could take control and he couldn't let that Ice princess out of his sight for now.

Currently, his schedule is packed.

Time skip

Olteca was seen inside of what seemed to be his new base, he looked different as he looked at the demon driver.

He was seen speaking with the demon driver, it was easy to get it considering somehow from the inside provided it to him while Hiromi lay unconscious.

Aguilera seems to be watching in shock and some terror as Olteca uses the Gifu stamp on a bystander transforming into Gifterian.

His eyes held no regrets as he did such action....

Pov change

Sakura was seen on a bridge putting her two hands over the ledge as she looked down.

This felt peaceful somehow only her and thoughts about weekends.

Why did her life start to get so complicated out of nowhere?

It started simple enough, but then the deadman attacked and that flipped everything around.

At that play where everyone was basically dying left and right and she herself would have been devoured.

He appeared suited in a lion theme rided costume that did not make use of any stamp.

And from there everything seem to have been going smoothly but once again it started deteriorating once more.

Now she had joined a mysterious organization name Weekend and she has proof that Fenix are not shat they seemed to be on the surface.

"Ahh"A frustrated groan left her lips as she thought of those thoughts.

Her brother's life was in danger and here she was doing nothing.

She felt utterly worthless at this moment, if only she could do anything about it

She then suddenly realize that it was freezing, and she started shaking a bit in the cold.

But she wasn't alone for long as Hikaru joined her soon enough.

And like a few seconds later George joined.

He had managed to sus out about their organization.

And as he was explaining the way he managed to do this.

Sakura noticed a Gifterian attacking and so yelled for him to look back and thankfully he did, he was able to escape with his life.

Transforming into her kamen rider Jeanne form, she rushed toward the Gifterian and started to beat down on it.

It wasn't long before Vice joined in, he completely ignored George attempt at trying to help him switch back with Ikki.

And just went in to beat the Gifterian it seemed as if Vice didn't trust George for some reason, it probably had to do with the fact they found out what was happening to Hiromi.

"What a pain" George mutters to himself to which he heard Olteca voice just responded.

"Yow"

George eyes immediately went toward him but before George could react Olteca knocked him out cold.

"I need you for something," Olteca said before immediately teleporting away.

"Karizaki-san" Sakura said as she noticed him getting kidnapped but it was too late Olteca was already gone.

Pov change.

A cold dampness clung to George's skin as he stirred awake. He found himself hanging by chains from the exposed beams of a derelict building. Dust motes danced in the weak shafts of sunlight filtering through broken windows.  A groan escaped his lips as he attempted to flex his wrists, the metal biting into his skin.

"Struggle as you would like, you are not getting out of here," a voice echoed through the cavernous space.

George craned his neck, spotting Olteca standing in the shadows. The scientist's usual manic grin was subdued, replaced by a chilling calmness that sent shivers down George's spine.

A shiver of excitement.

"This is a... weird way to ask a favor," George quipped, attempting to inject some lightness into the tense atmosphere. Despite the situation, his wit never fully abandoned him.

Olteca's lips twitched at the corners, a hint of his usual amusement flickering briefly. "Not a favor," he corrected, stepping closer, "but more like a demand."

"Now unlock all of its power," Olteca commanded, thrusting the Deadman Driver towards George. The device pulsed with an ominous red glow, a stark contrast to the scientist's unsettlingly calm demeanor.

George, ever the showman, couldn't resist a jab. "Unlock all of its power, huh? Now that's awfully interesting.  I'm curious, Olteca, how did you know such a thing was even possible?"

The scientist's smile faltered for a brief moment, a flicker of something akin to suspicion crossing his features.  "I was informed by someone," he replied vaguely, his gaze never leaving George's face.

Undeterred, George pressed on. "Well, you wouldn't happen to know who this 'someone' is, would you?  For someone who got roughed up by Raion," he chuckled, amusement dancing in his eyes, "you sure do seem awfully stable."

A jolt of electricity surged through the chains binding George, a harsh reminder of his predicament. A guttural growl erupted from within Olteca, a voice laced with pure malice.

"Don't you dare mention its name!" the demonic entity shrieked, its voice echoing through the derelict building.

Pov change

The industrial warehouse loomed large against the fading light, its cavernous interior shrouded in an ominous silence. Vice, pushed open the creaking metal door alongside Sakura. A tense anticipation hung heavy in the air.

There, in the center of the desolate space, stood Olteca. Gone was the scientist in his lab coat, replaced by a menacing figure clad in black armor. His eyes, glowing an unnatural crimson, radiated a chilling power. The form resonated with a dark energy – Olteca, empowered by the secrets he'd unlocked from the Deadman Driver.

Sakura, her eyes narrowed, turned to Vice. "I'm counting on you," she said, her voice laced with a steely resolve.  Vice, with a nod and a cocky grin, gave her a thumbs-up.

The atmosphere crackled with anticipation. It was time for a showdown.  Ikki and Vice exchanged a silent glance, a wordless communication passing between them. They were in this together, and they wouldn't back down.

With a roar, Olteca charged, demonic energy swirling around him. The fight was on.

Despair threatened to engulf Sakura as Olteca's relentless assault sent her crashing to the ground. Every fiber of her being screamed in protest, the metallic taste of blood filling her mouth. The sting of defeat was a bitter pill to swallow, a stark reminder of the immense power gap between her and the transformed Olteca.

"Why..." she rasped, her voice barely a whisper. Her vision blurred as questions swirled in her mind, a relentless storm of self-doubt. "Why am I so weak?"

Days of grueling training flashed before her eyes, the sweat and determination she'd poured into becoming a Kamen Rider. Yet, here she was, outmatched and utterly dominated. It felt like a betrayal, a cruel joke played on her efforts.

The warehouse echoed with the clash of metal and the roar of demonic energy. Ikki and Vice, a well-oiled machine of destruction, fought tirelessly against the transformed Olteca. Vice, a whirlwind of kicks and punches, landed blow after punishing blow. Ikki, wielding the holy power of Ikazuchi, his flaming gauntlets slamming into Olteca's demonic armor.

But their valiant efforts seemed in vain. Olteca, fueled by the secrets he'd unlocked from the demon Driver, moved with inhuman speed and strength. Each strike from his clawed hands sent shockwaves through the air, easily deflecting Ikki's attacks and effortlessly swatting Vice aside like a pesky fly.

Ikki gritted his teeth, frustration simmering in his gut. This wasn't right. Olteca, while powerful, never wielded this level of raw power before. His movements were too precise, too calculated. It was as if the demon Driver had unlocked not just strength, but a deep well of fighting knowledge.

A horrifying suspicion began to bloom in Ikki's mind. "Vice," he shouted amidst the chaos, the urgency in his voice cutting through the din, "Something's wrong! Olteca's strength... it's unnatural!"

Vice, momentarily stunned by a particularly brutal blow, caught Ikki's eye. The shared look confirmed both their suspicions. Olteca wasn't just stronger, he was fighting with a strategic brilliance they hadn't encountered before. It was as if someone had downloaded centuries of combat experience straight into his brain.

This realization sent a tremor through them. Olteca wasn't just dangerous – he was a ticking time bomb, a wildcard with the potential to unleash unforeseen devastation. They had to stop him, and fast. But how? Brute force wasn't working. They needed to exploit a weakness, find a chink in the seemingly impenetrable armor of Olteca's newfound power.

A chilling silence descended upon the warehouse as a new voice echoed through the cavernous space. "Yow." The word, dripping with sardonic amusement, hung in the air as all eyes turned towards the source. Perched atop a stack of crates, bathed in the dim overhead lighting, stood Aaron. His usual carefree demeanor was replaced by a steely glint in his eyes.

Olteca, mid-attack against a struggling Sakura, whipped his head around, his eyes widening in a mixture of fear and fury. His body convulsed, a tremor shaking him to his core. It was a primal reaction, a recognition of a predator far beyond his current power level.

"We can beat him now," a deep, guttural voice rumbled from within Olteca.

Aaron quirked an eyebrow at this unexpected internal conflict within Olteca. "Of course it had to be one of them," he muttered to himself, a hint of exasperation tinging his voice.

Before Olteca could react further, Aaron launched himself into action. A crackling energy, a faint echo of that power, surged around him, coalescing into a protective armor. The air itself seemed to warp as he moved, a blur of controlled power.

Olteca, driven by a mix of fear and the demonic entity's desperation, roared and charged. He rained down a flurry of blows, his claws tearing at the air. But Aaron moved with an almost supernatural grace, effortlessly dodging each attack.

In a blink of an eye, Aaron was upon Olteca. He didn't waste time with elaborate combos. He focused all his power into a single, devastating punch. A shockwave radiated outwards as his fist connected with Olteca's chest, the impact echoing through the warehouse.

Olteca's eyes bulged in disbelief as a crack resonated through his demonic armor. The blow, imbued with raw power and a hint of  solar energy, shattered the very core of Olteca's newfound abilities. With a choked gurgle, Olteca crumpled to the floor, the demonic energy dissipating around him like smoke. The warehouse fell silent, the weight of the moment pressing down on everyone present.

"That was easy....that to be expected considering the thing possessing him just made him like 10 more susceptible to the energy I use" Aaron muttered to himself as he looked at the transformed Oltsca on the floor.

He walked toward Olteca before pulling him by the hair and saying.

"Remember you are only alive because of a promise"

Little did he know this little interaction was being watched by a certain caveman that may or may not have sold his soul to coochie.

"He is a problem," The man said looking at Aaron's dispatch of Olteca so quickly.

This man had to be taken care of quickly.

He was the biggest threat to Gifu revival.

Along with the fact that he alone seem to make up more than 99% of the revice crew power, getting rid of him is the best way to ensure Gifu revival.

Time skip

Aaron saw how the bathhouse was declining in popularity partly due to the fact that Vice was now co-owner of Ikki's body and that he was very impatient.

As Genta started talking about a fire incident Aaron noticed Vice telling everyone that the end of it and the mom agreed. (I know her name Yukime)

Genta also seem to be in pain, and Vice seem to have relaxed the second they stopped talking about the incident.

Before suddenly the worst thing he expected to hear came out of Aaron's mouth.

"Yow Vice, mind telling me what happened in that incident"

"I don't know what you talking about"Vice said feigning ignorance.

"I have a bachelor degree at bullshit academy, do you really think I will believe such bs,"Aaron said as he started to pull out a peace of paper.

"For real" Vice said looking confused to which Aaron smile before opening the paper and all it said was dumbass.

"Ahh"Vice said as he realize he had been tricked.

That was easy.

"Why does every member of the family keep secrets dam, Sakura leaving the house late at night probably to go see her boyfriend, Daiji clearly having with Kagero but keeping it hidden to not scare his family and Ikki being well Ikki" Aaron said nonchalantly.

"I was not going out to see anyone, I was just"Sakura said before catching herself as she look at Aaron who just smiled saying

"Go on Sakura do tell, why do you leave your house so late to go to Hikaru house, is it that good"

Sakura looked like she was stuck, she was in a trap that she couldn't escape, she couldn't give an answer that wouldn't reveal something that it shouldn't so she just looked away.

"You insufferable"Was all he had gotten from her.

"I am adorable"Was all Aaron replied with a smile.

Aaron then passed a note to Vice who picked it up and read it before a sweat dropped appeared on the back of his head.

"So am I right" Aaron said looking at Vice who after a bit nodded his head.

A/N.I wonder if anyone can catch all the subplots as they are happening.
