The Black Turtle Tower was an academy similar to the Purple-Dawn Academy (The one which Ragnar went to. Sorry for not naming the academy till now. :>).
They were an elite academy of the Avalon city (The city was named after the strongest Knight family of humanity that founded it.). The academy trained elites from around the city to eventually take part in the National Admission Test (Also called the test of Four Academies). The better their performance, higher was their share in the yearly resource allocation. Among the top academies of the city, Purple-Dawn seemed to be ranked mid-high and so did Black-Turtle. They were both great academies whose elite disicple had a chance to enter the Four Academies during their National Admission Test trials. That was the reason these two often competed against each other to both keep a check and test out their progress.
