A fountain of blood appeared as Ragnar kicked the body and used the rebound to get near the next goblin, hitting its head with the butt of the knife. The goblin was blasted back, and he turned to attack another when a club hit his hand, and the knife fell out of grip. He didn't panic and rotated his body, kicking the goblin away and using the other blade to attack and decimate the last goblin standing within his range.
The others rushed at him, but Ragnar took a defensive stance. He could have escaped, but the cruel reality was that if he wanted to develop Self-heal, he would have to get injuries that could be healed. An attack from a blunt weapon wasn't as fatal as an attack from a sharp spear, which pierced his hand and stomach. Meanwhile, he used the knife in his other hand to attack teh goblin nearby, slicing the veins in their limbs first. Once incapacitated, tan enemy wouldn't be much of a bother.
