Chapter 77 - 77. Meeting at the Principal's office

During break time Olivia was called to the Principal's office. Noticing the person sitting on the chair Olivia closed her eyes before staring straight at him and asked "What are you doing here?" The Principal, who standing aside gulped. Although he was not new to this scenario it was still amusing as ever. She was the only one who dared to talk to the second most powerful authority in Zeal. No. There were also the crazy friends of this crazy person but still, she was the most daring.

"I'm here to tell you about your tasks." the Administrator General said with a smile. Olivia took a seat. She knew that smile never bode anything well. She crossed her legs and placed her elbow on top of her knee before resting her face on her palm. She then jerked her head motioning for the A.G. to speak. "You'll have to work actively as the School Captain. Represent the school in various competitions. And you'll also have to act as the assistant trainers." He said. "I won't commence the morning assembly. Else is okay." Olivia stated. The A.G. frowned in objection but seeing Olivia's black eyes reflecting firmness he decided to go along with that. Olivia waited for a few more seconds but when none spoke she got up and left.

She was walking through the door of her class when she heard a boy's voice "She must've been called to the Principal's office because her score was too low to show on the screen. He's probably giving her a warning. Heh. What else can it be? She's already been demoted and just waiting for expulsion." Everyone knew this because an announcement was made by the speaker fixed on the teacher's Board. He was the one who previously picked on Olivia. She was going to pass him when he jeered "Hey senior, what did the Principal say to you? Are going to get expelled? Awwww. I'll miss you." And with that, he grabbed her hand.

In the next second everyone gasped at the crack sound. The boy screamed holding his dislocated wrist. But before he could scream his pain out he was lifted above the ground by his chin. Initially, he was on his seat but now he was hanging in the air as Olivia grabbed his jaw with one hand and lifted him. He could only make some incoherent sounds. "Don't f*cking touch me," Olivia said in a low voice. Her usual sleep eyes gleamed with bone-chilling coldness. Her ruthless gaze reflected on his frightened eyes.

When Olivia released him he landed with a thump and almost fell down had he not grabbed the person beside him. Olivia did not spare him a glance and went to her seat. The students who earlier were crowding around the scene made way for her in fear.

"O my Goddess, she's so strong."

"Geez. She's so violent!"

"Oh no, have I ever offended her?"

Many people started speaking altogether but Olivia turned a deaf ear to all that. As long as no random person came to touch her out of the blue she was fine with them running their mouths. Koushik saw the scene too. He whistled seeing her getting coming up. "Oohh. You were so cool!" Olivia ignored him and jerked her head to the side. Koushik, now accustomed to her prefering gesture above words, understood and moved aside making way for her to get in. "You know.." he started. "No." Came her curt reply. "Ah! Will you let me finish?" Olivia kept quiet. "So, where was I? Oh yeah, there. So, I told you about my friend from my previous right?" Koushik asked. Olivia nodded. "She was also bullied by one of the students in her class. A girl. But she wasn't so strong or brave to fight and often suffered. When I saw you beating him up I just thought if you guys were friends maybe you could protect her or teach her a few moves so that she could fight back when bullied."

Olivia noticed the glow in his eyes and how Koushik's lips automatically titled up when he talked. "You have a crush on her." She said turning around and flipping through a book. "What? N.. no. Not at all. W.. what nonsense." Koushik denied. He then paused and said softly "Maybe a little. Just a little." But Olivia heard him and did not say anything. "Listen, did anyone named Ankita join Ketu? You're the School Captain so you should know right?" Koushik abruptly asked thinking something. He was so focused on getting the answer he did not realise their faces were quite close, three or four inches apart.

Olivia's eyes roamed across his defined facial features. His high nose bridge, prominent cheekbones, sharp jawline, beautiful lips, enticing black orbs, long eyelashes, thick eyebrows and the curly hair that made Olivia's hands itch to run through them. "None." She averted her face and said. 'He is like a well-groomed poodle. Wanna touch that furry head.' She thought while staring at her book. "You did not even think!" Koushik complained. "I know." She said. "Maybe you missed?" He asked. No reply came. Koushik realised it was of no use asking, her answer would be the same. He pouted and stretched his arms leaning his torso across the desk. Olivia could visualise the poodle's long ears dropping as it sulked with a pitiful look in his eyes. She so wanted to ruffle those curls, it was so tempting but she restricted herself. 'Discipline fatherf*cker. Discipline!' She mentally chided herself.
