"Come here." Vince Hong's right hand reached out to Ruby's hand and sat her down on his lap.
"Vin, someone's coming, it might be dangerous!" Ruby sounded anxious.
"There's Fang outside. Don't worry," Vince Hong reassured her. As Ruby's butt landed on his lap, Vince Hong wrapped his two arms around her waist, being careful. "I want to stay like this for a bit to calm my heart."
Ruby remained silent, allowing her slender waist to be hugged from behind as they sat together. Even the woman who loved wearing red felt the back of her head being leaned against the crown prince of the Jin Long kingdom.
They remained silent for about ten minutes, not saying a word, and started moving when they heard River's crying.
Ruby quickly got up from Vince Hong's lap and pressed the nurse call button. Maybe River was hungry or had a soiled diaper.
