Pearl was barely aware of the sweet movie she had turned out to be for the little girl, watching earnestly the way their lips were pressed together, tasting and pouring their love for each other through their mouths.
As much as she wished to protest, she felt Cora would behave and a big part of her did not want to deny Zale his silent request.
He did not need to ask her for permission anymore and would kiss her at will, most times stealing her breath away.
She loved it if she was being truthful. It showed his possessiveness and his need for her.
Cora on the other hand was granted a front-row seat and before long her giggles reached Pearl's lost brain, pulling her back to reality.
Quickly she placed her hand on Zale's chest and tried to push him away from her but his hand holding her chin slipped down to her waist and quickly kept her in place.
