With the days moving closer, Scarlet felt her heartbeat getting faster any chance it could get.
Now she was slightly free to leave but due to her promise to her father, she could not take that freedom for what it was.

She could not argue with the logic of that. And every time she saw Jasper, she tried her best to escape him.

After getting her father's orders to get her off the main event and only be reported to, she understood the old man was trying to play matchmaker for them.
