CHAPTER 118 - Insane Request
She cleared her throat and stole a glance at KaiKane. Even though she almost caused him trouble, he had always been a help to her, just like now.
It was her chance to prove herself and she intended on utilizing it. She faced her father once more, her blue hair moving in the water as it came to rest on her body, a perfect resemblance to her mother's very own.
"What you said earlier, is it true?" King Storm inquired when she refused to speak. This time, however, she nodded and pushed the matter forward.
"It is, Your Majesty."
"Do not be formal," he calmly eased her.
"For this matter, permit me to be. If I take over my mother's place, I should act like one."
He rubbed the space between his brows and nodded. He was not in the mood to argue or fight with his daughter.
"Fine. Tell me."
"First promise not to think of this as a childish act."
