"Are you sure?" Zale inquired.
"I am. I do not wish to rush you," she confessed.
"But I am not rushed. I…"
She placed a finger on his lips to silence him and shook her head.
"I feel you are. Not until you get to the point where your heart only beats for me, you long for me, every fibre in your body needs and wants me and you are sure you cannot live without going through life with me, then no."
"But…"
"I know how I feel and trust me, it isn't due to me losing my family. Still, I would wait with you and grow with you."
He exhaled sharply.
Telling her that he had felt all those things now would almost look unreal but truth be told, the three times he had been so scared of losing her, he understood what his heart wanted.
"Fine. As you wish. And when that day comes, I will make you mine, body and soul," Zale affirmed.
