Korad pressed his lips together and obeyed. Coming out of his house, he was immediately illuminated by the incoming rays of the morning sun, revealing him in his blue shirt and a pair of grey trousers.
Zale moved closer to him, forcing the latter to step towards Pearl to prevent the sword's icy tip from pushing into his neck.
"Stop." He halted based on Zale's instructions and lifted both hands close to his head.
"Please, I do not know you."
"Maybe not but you sure have caused enough trouble for me and you stole something that does not belong to you."
Knowing he had stolen many things, he refused to believe that the person behind him would be the one who he was promised would be killed yesterday.
"I do not know who you are or what you are talking about," Korad stated.
He scoffed a laugh as a dark glint flashed in his eyes. That bastard still lied. Fine.
