Claire could barely contain her shock at what Zale had given them.
The worst was that the matter had only made her feel a lot of guilt even though Zale would never have wanted her to feel this way.
"I know that sigh," Cairo's voice jolted her from her seat on the chair.
For a moment Claire seemed lost as her thoughts betrayed her, appearing on her face.
"Stop it," Cairo stated more loudly now.
"I am sorry. I hate to have you see me like this but I cannot help it. I am feeling so bad for finding him guilty in the first place. He is innocent."
"And he would be fine. I think it is time you understood that not everything in life could go our way. You need to brace up. You know what, rather than feel guilty, I would prefer it if you actually felt happy."
