The gang started sailing to Wutai and they were taking their time. Ramiel was sitting on a corner and was wiping Bismarck with a hand towel, but he was deep in thought. "Hey, nee-san. You think he's in a bad mood or something?" Tifa and Aerith noticed so they asked Alexandra.
"Hah, he probably is." She stared at him and was getting worried that he was stressing too much about Hojo's escape. And finding someone who doesn't want to get found out will be hard. Especially because the scientist knew exactly what Shinra's capabilities are.
"Then how do we cheer him up?" Cloud wanted to do something for him, but he was clueless. "I don't know exactly, maybe play some games with him?" Alex was clueless too. Now that she thought about it, she didn't quite know what are the things that made him happy.
'I… I don't know anything about him.' Now, Alexandra also had a crisis as she froze and the three were waving their hands in front of her. "Oh, now she's in a daze too." Aerith puffed her cheeks and pinched Alexandra.
"Oh! W-what is it that we were talking about again?" She gave a sheepish smile and the trio sighed. "You got dazed Alexandra-nee. What happened?" Tifa got worried because she seemed to always be in control of herself.
Vincent was listening to their conversation and wondered what he could do. He wanted to talk to them, but he just wasn't what he used to be. He didn't have a single idea on what to do in order to get close to his kids.
"What are you thinking about?" Ifalna poked his cheek and Vincent scowled. "Don't do that." Ifalna smiled and looked at the children. They definitely led exciting lives. Too exciting even, and she was wondering when they would mature quickly like Ramiel and Alexandra.
"You know; the twins aren't really gonna get close to you if you think of them as children that need parental love." Ifalna suddenly spouted out and Vincent looked at her with interest. "What do you mean by that?"
"They're basically adults, ever since they were just wee kids. Their intelligence and maturity are unmatched, when they were Aerith's age. They are already accomplished soldiers that escaped from Shinra's grasp. I don't know about you, but I doubt you could've done that when you were that age." Ifalna gave a wry smile.
He thought that was true and the twins were still barely in their teens. But they wield unimaginable powers that can ruin entire countries in a drop of a hat. But they already had plans to change the new world order like emperors of the world that have conquered the lands.
"So? How can I get closer to them then? As a father I mean?" Vincent still wanted to be a part of their lives. Not an extra that was just there as a helper or something.
"That's for you to find out." Ifalna chuckled and Vincent got gloomier than normal. "But I do have advice for you. Don't coddle them, they don't need parents. They grew up splendidly without them, though they are a bit too unique." She remembered that they were like warlords.
Vincent nodded and looked at the sky that got bluer in the last couple of months. "Thanks Ifalna." He gave a rare smile. He then approached Ramiel, gathering his courage as he breathed in deeply. "Hey, what's bothering you."
He then cringed inside his mind and thought it was too confrontational. Already imagining the failure. "Do I look that bothered? I guess I am, it's Hojo. He's out there and ran away with a lot of things. He's most likely creating an army with the research that me and Gast worked hard for." Ramiel furrowed his brows and Vincent gestured for a towel too.
Ramiel tossed him a fresh one and they cleaned the deck silently for a few minutes. "Hey, why are they so quiet like that? Are they plotting to eat all the food!?" Aerith's mind was going out of control and Tifa laughed at her antics.
Ramiel smiled at Aerith's outlandish claims and looked at Vincent. "How about you, Vin-chama? What are you worrying about? I can feel strong emotions you know? I'm part Cetra after all." Vincent looked scandalized and raised a brow at him. "Vin-chama?" He was perplexed and Aerith smirked at him when he looked over her direction.
"So that's where you got that… Please don't call me that." Vincent almost begged and Ramiel smirked at him. "What's the matter Vin-chama? Scared of a wittle cute nickname?" He laughed and Vincent winced whenever he called him that.
"What do you think Vin-chama? Where would you try and find Hojo, that slippery bastard." Ramiel snorted and Vincent didn't quite have an idea. "I have no idea actually. But sooner or later, he'll leave a print. They always do, and when we find one. We will find him, and kill him for good."
"Hah, they sure do. But that will take years. And he would have already prepared a lot for us by then." Ramiel sighed and massaged his temples. "That's true, so we should prepare for him as well." Vincent smirked.
"I like the way you think, no matter. Nothing will happen if I have tunnel vision against Hojo." Ramiel looked at the children and thought that he should just sow the seeds and make them as prepared as he could.
Ramiel then handed Vincent a beer as he lit up a cigar and cracked a cold one himself. Vincent raised a brow at him, thinking he was too young to drink and do that. "Hold that thought, I won't get affected by any of this crap anyway. Trust me, I've tried a lot of things to test my immunity to toxins."
"You know what, hand me a cigar too." They sat down and Ramiel prepared a smoke for him too. But when he hit it, he almost coughed because he doesn't really smoke. His son laughed at him and Vincent blushed a bit due to embarrassment.
They then just sat there and grew a tad bit closer. "To the ones who have departed." Ramiel raised his can and Vincent followed suit. "Drink to that." He began to loosen up and let go of his past. Thinking that it wasn't all his fault.

They arrived at Wutai unceremoniously and the children looked at the beautiful sights with sparkling eyes. "Welcome to our island of Wutai!" Ramiel smiled at the kids and they started frolicking in the water.
He then summoned Leviathan. "Yo, I want you to hunt down a delicious monster down in the ocean." Ramiel ordered and the Hydraean nodded, the true summoner's wishes were absolute.
"Come on, I need to make some changes to our little house. Don't worry about the children, Leviathan is looking out for them." Ramiel gestured for them to follow and they went into the woods.
"An open air hotspring right here?" Elmyra went wide eyed and she got excited. Thinking that she would definitely have a much better honeymoon there. "Pretty neat right? I made it myself." Ramiel then began expansion.
Alex helped him with Vincent and Bryan. And now, Vincent noticed that something was bothering his other kid. But she is on a whole different level than Ramiel. She smacked him on the face in their first meeting after all.
Ramiel noticed that Vincent was having second thoughts so he gave them some space and guided the others in the house. 'Shit, why'd you have to make things more awkward.' Vincent cursed in his mind as it was definitely harder to talk to her when they were alone.
"Hey, what's bothering you?" He tried his earlier line and Alexandra looked at him for a second. But she sighed and continued working on the expansion of the property. Vincent froze and got sad, thinking that his daughter definitely hated him.
"Don't misunderstand, you won't be much help to my problem. You know nothing about my brother after all, just like me." Alexandra furrowed her brows and got frustrated once again because of that.
"What do you mean?" Vincent raised a brow and thought that shouldn't be possible. She was basically stuck to him 24/7. "I don't even know his favorite color, his favorite food." Alexandra got depressed and Vincent thought that was quite normal.
"I didn't know what the favorite color of your mother was." Vincent tried consoling her, but she gave him the stink eye. "That's just called being a bad lover. I bet you don't even know her birthday or something." Alexandra rolled her eyes and Vincent tried remembering, but he couldn't.
Now he was the one who was depressed and Alexandra chuckled a bit. She then looked at the sky and went melancholic. "He's the most important person in my life. I love him with all my heart…" She put a hand on her chest that was aching because she thought herself lacking.
Vincent just listened and knew when to shut up. But her next words were definitely not what he expected. "I mean; how can we have beautiful babies together if I don't even know his preferences?" She dropped a bomb on him and he froze.
"So you can h-have what?" Vincent thought he was hallucinating and slapped his face. "We entered puberty earlier than most. I already know what my ultimate desire is in life. And that is to bear his children." She nodded sagely and Vincent almost lost his soul and returned to the lifestream.
"A-are you for real?" It was such a leap in what they were talking about earlier and he was speechless. "I have made up my mind since a long time ago, that's why you can't help me with my endeavors. I must continue our splendid bloodline. A-and receive his love." She fidgeted a bit.
'T-this is unexpected… I never imagined that she likes her brother that way…' Vincent was having delusions of chasing away men from his definitely attractive daughter. But he didn't think that she was dead-set on her brother.
"B-but what about your children? Won't they have any problems genetically?" He tried steering her from that path, but she snorted. "We are genetically perfect Vincent; we have no genetic imperfections whatsoever. Our children will be perfectly fine; I of course have researched about this topic years ago."
Alexandra nodded in satisfaction at her foresight and preparedness. But Vincent gave a cramped smile at her answer. "I-is that so?" Alex then looked at him and squinted her eyes. "Don't tell me you are against it as our father?"
"N-no, not at all!" Vincent buckled from her pressure and couldn't win against her passionate love for her brother. "Good, then we won't have any problems whatsoever. You're a pretty nice guy, I forgive you for your sins against me and my brother." She nodded at him and continued with expanding the place.
Vincent escaped the vicinity and went to the only person he could talk about this. Other parents, that is Claudia, Bryan and Thea, and Ifalna. He pulled them to a more private place and had a serious expression on.
"Everybody, thank you for coming. I have a topic that is surely not easy to talk about." Vincent gathered them into a circle. "What do you mean thank you for coming? You pulled us out here, what's the problem? I haven't seen you panic like that since ever?" Ifalna raised a brow at him and felt that his emotions were in great turmoil.
"Yeah, what is this about? I noticed that you only took us. What about Ramiel? I think he could help with whatever your problem is?" Thea tilted her head and Vincent frowned, almost a scowl. "That's the thing, this is about my daughter…"
Ifalna patted him on the back and thought that he will definitely have more troubles in the future. She was already having a hard time trying to steer Aerith into growing up nicely.
"Ramiel won't exactly be of help here…" Vincent couldn't quite say it and Claudia coaxed him. "Then what is it? If he can't help, then I don't think we could as well." Claudia shared her thoughts and everybody nodded. They knew how competent Ramiel was.
"Alexandra… She wants to be with her brother." He worded it harmlessly, but everybody got confused and thought that was normal. Vincent noticed that they didn't understand and sighed. "Not like that, like have a family type of together."
It took everybody a few seconds, but Ifalna gasped as she had higher specs than normal people. "Oh my god, are you serious?" The others then understood and they definitely thought that was quite the complex problem.
"She said that she wants to have beautiful babies with him…" Vincent was scarred and the council of parents winced. "W-won't that give them some problems with their offspring?" Claudia knew that relatives didn't marry due to that.
"Alexandra said they are genetically perfect." Vincent massaged his temples and Ifalna nodded, making everyone stare at her. "Hey, don't think I'm supporting it unconditionally! Ramiel and Alexandra are genetically perfect. Gast told me that in the past!"
"Then what are you gonna do? Are you going to support her? I don't think we can help you with this… They're not exactly normal. They can do whatever they want and nobody can stop them." Bryan gave the facts and everybody nodded.
"Why don't you ask Ramiel about this? I think it all boils to him." Ifalna suggested and Vincent raised a brow at her like she was crazy. "Are you kidding me? If their relationship sours because of this. Alexandra would gut me like a fish."
They went quiet and thought that was true. "Then it's all on her, case closed. Your daughter is in all intents and purposes and adult, Vincent." Thea ended their meeting there.
"Yeah, they're the rulers of the world now. I don't think you should do anything and just wait. She knows what she's doing, she most likely knows the risks as well." Claudia added.
"She isn't a kid that needs guidance Vincent. You just got to see it through." Ifalna patted him on the back, but she prayed for his mental health. He would definitely have tons of sleepless nights because of it.
They then left him to brood on his own. Because he would definitely be unable to do anything about her desires. Alexandra would rather die than give up on her goals.
