Everybody except the goddess duo and non combatants Scarlet, went outside of the ship in a hurry. Ramiel really wanted the thing, so they all want to catch it for some brownie points.
"You're mine you snake looking bastard!" Alexandra flapped her wing and flew to it like a maniac.
"Oh no you don't!" Samus tackled her and they were wrestling while floating in space. "Why are those two even fighting?" Yuna innocently asked and Lulu patted her head.
"Good, you don't know. Just stay that way Yuna. Those two are just really competitive." Lulu smiled at her and she tilted her head in confusion.
Rayquaza roared and flew away from them. "Ahhh! It's getting away! Quick, get it! Beat it up real good! I can heal it!" Rapunzel flew with Elsa and Aqua, the trio teaming up.
The pokemon then got coated with black energy as it picked up speed. Turning with a nice drift, it was going in a straight line towards the girls.
"Come! You oversized lizard!" Esdeath crashed right onto it and caught its charge right at the horns it had on its jaws.
An explosion rocked them, but Esdeath triumphantly had it on her hands. "Not yet!" Alexandra managed to lose Samus with her superior grappling skills and shoulder tackled Esdeath.
And she couldn't do anything because she was her superior. "That's not fair! I caught it!"
"I was out of the ship first! Finders keepers! Ahhh, they're subjugating it!" Alexandra saw Rapunzel wrap it with her hair and absorb its energy with her moon powers. While Aqua and Elsa started freezing it with magic.
"Not on my watch! That's a shiny Rayquaza, that's mine! Mine I say!" Tatsumaki pried off Rapunzel's hair off with her telekinesis and Fubuki seized it with psionic energy.
"You fools! It's mine! That's a legendary shiny!" Ramiel arrived and he bonked Tatsumaki and Fubuki, grappling with Rayquaza as it struggled to get out of his grasp.
"Ahhh! This is your fault Samus! We could've gotten it for him earlier if you didn't tackle me!" Alexandra started quarrelling with Samus.
Ramiel elbow dropped it on the head and Rayquaza got stunned. "Resistance is futile, you're mine now." Ramiel looked it in the eye with a grin.
The pokemon backed off with fear in its eyes and thought it would be a meal. But he started petting it and Tatsumaki was doing an orz on the side.
"It should've been me! Not him!" She was distraught that he caught a rare shiny and Fubuki was stroking her back.
"Hehehe, listen to me. I'm your master now." Ramiel had a smile on his face and Rayquaza had a scared look on its face. Looking for an opportunity to escape.
"Don't look at me like that, lookie here. I've got some good shit right here." He took out some water that was filled to the brim with his magic. It was glowing like Mako. And a few small meteorites that had Orichalum, Adamantite, and Mithril.
"Yes, just like how the ancestors did it. Interact with them and give them some food to domesticate them. My ancient ancestors are smiling upon me from heaven." Ramiel lured it in and the Rayquaza got baited by the ungodly energy in it.
"Tch, I'll find a Groudon and Kyogre in primal form! Just wait, we'll have a legendary Pokemon battle!" Tatsumaki bit her lip in frustration, seeing the temperamental Rayquaza get baited in by some ore and water.
"Kukuku, I'm going to be the very best Pokemon master Tatsumaki! I'll beat your legendaries with a Pikachu." Ramiel was confident and they glared at each other.
"Calm down nee-san, we can just find a lot more pokemon. There's tons of them below. Maybe we should get a Jirachi or something rarer." Fubuki shrugged and Tatsumaki nodded.
"Yes, yes... We'll just get a mythical!" She was all fired up and would catch them all.
"Ground rules! We just came here and got attacked by accident by this Rayquaza, you have to catch them with other pokemon from now on." Ramiel had a smug smile on his face and Tatsumaki gasped.
"You bastard... That's because you got a shiny already!" She pointed her finger at him for the robbery. But he just shrugged.
"What are you talking about Tatsumaki? It's all luck." He grinned and patted his new shiny Rayquaza on the head.
It growled and demanded more water. "Ohh, my lil minion, go on. Just ask and you shall receive. I'll even put some delicious metal on it for your toppings." Ramiel took a jug out and filled it with Mako infused water. Then got balls magic metals, turning it into magic boba tea.
Rayquaza growled in excitement and forgot the encounter from earlier.
"Ugh, let's just go back. It's kinda cold here." Rapunzel slumped her shoulders in defeat and clicked her tongue, thinking she should've used more of her moon powers.
They returned to the ship and Ramiel of course had his Rayquaza by his side. "Lil minion, I'll name you Metal Gear Ray." He tossed some more ores to it.
He then poked it on the forehead, giving it the meaning of what metal gear ray is. Ray nodded in satisfaction at the name. An ultimate weapon.
"Ahem... We're on vacation right? So, it seems you and Tatsumaki know this world. What do we do here now?" Samus coughed and caught his attention.
"Ahh right, it seems things have changed. We must go on our separate ways into teams." Ramiel nodded sagely and it is the pokemon way. They should be in groups with a 10 year old girl.
"What!? But why?" Alexandra pouted and thought they'll be able to treat this place like a honeymoon.
"No, no, he's right." Tatsumaki agreed with him. They can't really feasibly travel all together. A group of adults beating up some 10 year olds for poke dollars will be an issue quickly.
"Let me show you why." Ramiel gave them the memories of pokemon and they started to understand, but it was stupid in their opinion.
"Wait, the real question is. Who should be going with him?" Yuna raised a fair point and everybody perked up.
"I have a case. Ramiel spent time with all of you for a reasonable amount of time. He just trained us and brought us to the hub world then left us alone." Fubuki had a smug smile on her face and Tatsumaki gave her a thumbs up.
"Wait, that's not fair. Besides, you guys didn't really make any effort to spend time with him. You just play games all the time." Alexandra objected and they winced.
"A free for all then?" Samus smacked her fist onto her palm. Everyone except the newcomers glared at her because she was stronger than all of them.
Alexandra and Tifa didn't have any time to power up to the max reasonably. Tatsumaki and Fubuki were lazing around. While Yuna and Lulu didn't really have any motivation to get Uber strong.
"We can change that power balance." Ramiel nodded at Samus' suggestion and he started absorbing their energies like a fat leech.
He then balanced out their stats with fortification magic. Locking it in place so they were all equal. "A royal rumble."
"Rejected, it will take too long. Just use roulettes or something. I want to explore the place now. It seems interesting." Schwarz clapped and their powers returned.
She then realized a fish bowl and everyone started drawing lots.
"I'll take with me... Three maximum people." He raised three fingers and they all took some sticks immediately.
"Guhahaha, I have the high ground!" Tatsumaki showed off her stick that had a red tip. "Fuck." Alexandra looked at her stick and it was plain. She then tried to color it stealthily, but she got caught by Bianca who was of course really honest.
"I've got the second one." Tifa smiled softly like a successful wife and the others could see her shine. Her powers were too strong.
"Nee-san! I got it! Rngesus blessed me!" Fubuki celebrated with her sister and they jumped around. "Wait... Won't we be coming with him? Then won't we be extras? I can't beat him if I'm the companion!" Tatsumaki had a realization.
"Then just switch with me, I'll help you be this whatever master." Alexandra tried to bamboozle her.
But of course, Tatsumaki wasn't stupid. She decided to just take her losses and gain an advantage in other areas.
"Okay, where do you girls wanna go?" Ramiel smiled and it was decided. "Kanto." "Galar." Fubuki and Tatsumaki gave different answers and they stared at each other.
"Kanto's the OG, what are you talking about nee-san. Besides, we can beat the shit out of Blue in Kanto. His name is Gary Oak there right?" Fubuki argued and Tatsumaki shook her head.
"If I want to be a world champion, then it's definitely Galar. They have basically every pokemon there with the DLC expansions. I can min max my team and beat the crap out of Cynthia. That woman beat my ass when I got to her villa!" Tatsumaki retorted and Tifa just tilted her head.
"What do you think is the best region, Ramiel?" Tifa just asked him instead and she didn't really play much pokemon in Midgar. Concentrating on training.
"Hmmm, If we're talking the best region for being strong. Tatsumaki is right, Galar has most of the pokemon there. But if it's my favorite, then I'd say Sinnoh, Unova, or Hoenn. They're my top ones." Ramiel reminisced about the places.
"They're still arguing, let's just go with the first one you talked about." Tifa shrugged and didn't care where to go, it was about who you're with anyway in her opinion.
"Sure, we're going to Sinnoh. Tatsumaki, Fubuki, stop arguing." Ramiel pinched their cheeks.
"Whut, Sinnoh is annoying. It needs too many HM's." Tatsumaki raised a brow and Ramiel face palmed.
"Hello. This isn't a game, we can just break rocks or fly. The only thing I won't compromise on is probably exploring water with a pokemon." He sighed at her getting narrow sighted.
"Oh... Y-yeah, that's right. That is true huh?" Tatsumaki realized it and she blushed in embarrassment.
"It's because you're too much of a nerd nee-san." Fubuki snorted and Tatsumaki almost released steam from shame.
"How about you guys? Where do you wanna go?" Ramiel looked at the others and they just shrugged.
"I'll just go with those three. Then probably dive in and go to the first region we see from outer space." Samus pointed at the kingdom hearts trio.
"Huh? Why are you going with us?" Aqua was confused and Samus smiled at her. "Well, we should get along right?" Aqua and Rapunzel got starstruck at her coolness and they nodded immediately.
"Kuu. Ramiel's harem is too strong. They're either really smart, strong, or charismatic." Elsa got anxious, being a NEET and all.
"Y-yeah, sure. Let's go on a grand adventure!" Rapunzel welcomed Samus to their group.
"So... I'll take her with me. I did promise that I'll tell her your grand stories Ramiel." Alexandra took Schwarz and Bianca with her.
"Then it's decided, we'll go with them too Yuna." Lulu went up to Alexandra.
"What about you Scar?" Ramiel looked at Scarlet and she shook her head. "I'm too old to catch Pokemon Ramiel. I want to check Bismarck's ship as much as I can. Then we can retrofit the others back at Midgar." Scarlet decided to stay.
"Then I will help you in this endeavor." Bismarck nodded at Ramiel and the teams were decided.
"Of course we're going together." Aerith pulled Zack and Alexandra squinted her eyes at them. Getting all lovey dovey and alone while having an adventure.
"Gotta go, bye!" Zack read the mood and didn't want to catch her ire. So he carried Aerith and jumped off the space ship.
"Come on Ray, let's go!" Ramiel rode on its back and the others followed suit.
They reentried through the atmosphere like a meteor and burned up as a shooting star. A certain immortal boy saw it and wished with his yellow rodent.
"Ray, we're too slow! Use dragon ascent!" Ramiel shouted and Ray roared, shining brightly in the skies with Ramiel feeding her tons of energy.
The passengers cheered as Ray's horns cut through the air. The air igniting as sonic booms exploded in the sky.
"We're gonna crash!" Tatsumaki cried out and Ray crashed on a goddamned mountain from gaining too much power.
Ramiel absorbed the energy though, or the mountain would get deleted. "That's what I call an entrance." Ramiel dusted himself off after getting off of Ray.
"That was fun, let's do it again sometime." Tifa thought it was just like their vr rpg when they were young.
"I guess no massive damage was done anyways. So it's all good." Fubuki checked the area and they were nearby Dawn's home. Sinnoh's 10 year old companion.
"Wait, we don't have the post card to get our starters..." Tatsumaki sighed and thought of getting money for some pokeballs.
"Why don't we just talk to the professor here, we can at least get some pokeballs. And I think there's a pretty persuasive thing over here to let him agree. Professors are loaded, he'll gladly cough up some cash for pictures of Ray." Ramiel shrugged and they started walking down the mountain.
They saw a sign that said sandgem town. "Why is this place called sandgem town? There isn't even any sand over here." Tifa was confused.
"Don't question it, you'll just have a headache." Ramiel patted her head and they entered the town.
"A... A Rayquaza! Run!" A guy shouted out and the whole town quickly went into a panic.
Rayquaza had a reputation after all and it was floating around Ramiel while looking curiously at the town. Which is goddamned terrifying. Considering the look it had on its face.
Ray then roared, establishing its dominance. "Bad girl, you can't scare the townspeople. Or we'll get arrested! We're law abiding citizens. I won't give you lunch if you make a mess." Ramiel chided Ray and it whimpered.
And as expected, after a few seconds. They were suddenly surrounded by officer Jennys. "Put your hands in the air. You're under arrest."
"Ahhh, this is bad Ramiel. Are we really going to get arrested in our first few hours here?" Tatsumaki had a sour face on.
"Shh, they don't know I know this trick. What do you mean officer? I'm just checking out sandgem town with my pokemon. She's a little loud, but I rectified the problem immediately." Ramiel shrugged and the lead officer Jenny's eyebrows twitched.
"What do you mean you're just checking out the place? That's a Rayquaza! It's a very dangerous pokemon. I'd have to ask you to come with us to the station." Officer Jenny was insistent.
"This is an infringement of my human rights officer. You don't have an arrest warrant. And this is an unlawful arrest, you have no legal grounds to take me. Our group hasn't been doing anything illegal after all." Ramiel retorted and they were in a stalemate.
"How are we going to take care of this? He's right, the people just reported the case. But they're not really doing anything." An officer whispered to the lead one.
"We've been cooperative officer. I would gladly have a legal battle against all officers present here right now. I plead the fifth." He stood there and Ray stared them with its beady eyes.
The lead officer gulped in anxiety. "Okay, but please don't disturb the public peace." They backed off immediately. The menacing aura of Ray spooking them.
"Plead the fifth? This isn't america. You aren't an American citizen in the first place. You're registered as a Japanese citizen in our hub world." Fubuki chuckled at his sophistry.
"I'm Mr. worldwide baby, I have citizenship at all countries." Ramiel took out his american passport.
"Hah, come on. Let's go get some pokeballs." Tatsumaki rolled her eyes and they asked a poor bloke that was about to piss his pants on where the local professor was located.
"So this is the place huh?" Ramiel went ham on the doorbell and they were greeted by an old man in his 60's
"I heard the bell... The first time." The professor was shocked to his core, seeing a Rayquaza at the doorstep of his lab.
"Hello, we would like to get some pokedexes and pokeballs." Tatsumaki explained and the professor rubbed his eyes in disbelief.
"Never saw a pokemon before old man? Some professor you are." Ramiel sobered him up.
"What do you mean never seen a pokemon before!? You're walking around with a Rayquaza!" The professor yelled and they shrugged.
"About that PokeBall and Pokedex." Tifa smiled and progressed the conversation.
They quickly got some pocket money. A small amount of a million pokedollars in exchange for some DNA samples from Ray.
"Heh, old man Rowan is pretty generous." Ramiel smelled the bundle of cash they had.
"You basically robbed the old man." Tatsumaki looked at him funny. "He actually had a deal nee-san. That's basically chump change for some information on a shiny Rayquaza." Fubuki thought they should've gotten more.
"Well, he was kind enough to give us some personal info as trainers and these Pokedex. And if we have too much money, it would be too easy." Tifa nodded at Ramiel not ripping off the old man.
"Yeah, we have to beat some 10 year olds at the routes we'll be travelling on. It's customary to beat kids for a couple of bucks here." Ramiel chuckled.
Behind its kid friendly world in the anime and games. Pokemon is a dog eat dog world. Where emancipated 10 year olds participate in bloodsport for money.
And a lot of kids definitely go missing when they meet an aggressive pokemon in the wild for example.
"We need to get some pokemon... How will we start as trainers when we don't even have any starters?" Tatsumaki raised a brow at him.
"Well, I'll at least allow you to catch one yourself." Ramiel gestured for them to go wild and the sisters pulled Tifa with them.
"There they go, I need to get you a buddy too Ray." Ramiel petted it on the head and it wrapped its serpentine body around him. Absorbing the energy he was leaking as nourishment.
They flew to the skies and roamed around the region a bit. Ray then pointed at a place with its snout.
"What is it girl?" He checked the area and it was just some pokemon that caught her eye.
"A Machop that's training? Pretty vanilla, but it's pretty poetic. The first one to catch with a PokeBall is gen one." Ramiel flew down and landed in front of it.
"Machop!" It was about to run away immediately. But its body froze as Ray stared right at it as if to say don't make this difficult kid.
"You, you've been training with these rocks?" Ramiel saw some boulders it was pumping.
Ray hissed and it nodded immediately. "Do you want to be the strongest?" Ramiel walked up to it and it nodded in return.
"Then follow me, together. We'll conquer the world." He took off his shirt and flexed, showcasing his ripped body.
"Machop..." It saw his rippling muscles and it also wanted to be swole. "Good, you are motivated. You can't fly, come here and we'll train later." Ramiel threw a PokeBall at it and it didn't even budge a bit after catching it.
"I'll name you, swolechamp. I'm gonna turn you into a champion." He returned to the town and the girls were already waiting for him.
"An Abra for the two of you? That is quite fitting." Ramiel thought it was a match made in heaven.
"Of course we'll get the broken psychic types. And we can teach it too!" Tatsumaki hugged the yellow guy.
"This one, I just found it and it looked cute so I took it with me." Tifa presented a convoluted cabbage with stubby legs.
"A budew, decent enough. It's a dual type of grass and poison." Ramiel patted the thing and he admitted, it was cute as hell.
"What about you? I know you, Ray won't be your go to Pokemon to use." Fubuki was curious and Ramiel released Swolechamp.
"Machop!" It saluted and the sisters thought it was a pretty bland pick.
"Heh, I know what you're thinking. He'll be pretty boring right? But you forget who you're talking to." Ramiel smirked.
"Fubuki... This guy will teach that thing martial arts..." Tatsumaki had a realization and imagined what that little Machop would turn into.
It'll be a monster of epic proportions. Combined with his knowledge in growth. Instead of pokemon kibble. His Machop will be eating to be the prime example of its species.
"Damn..." Fubuki realized and looked at their Abra. Thinking if it can even compete against it when he trains it to surpass its potential.
"Anyways, let's go and camp for now. Train them for their first gym battle or something." Ramiel pointed at the woods and they set up camp.
Tifa decided to look for poisonous fauna to feed to her budew. Make it a poison menace that can fire things at the level of neurotoxins.
While the psionic team of course worked on psychic abilities. Ramiel trained his machop in the basics and would teach it Bang's martial art later.
It had a good balance of strong defense and offense. So it'd be a nice first fighting style it could learn as the base. "Wait... Can I teach it how to wield energy and use the strong fist?" Ramiel filed it for later.
Like a gym rat, he fed his Machop some food loaded with calories and protein shakes. Bulking up for some muscle mass.
Ray then hissed at him. "What? I was just teaching your new buddy some moves. You jealous? Then I'll teach you too."
He thought about what Ray can do with its titanic energy and he had an idea. "Okay, control your reserves tightly. Then, when you fire it. Make it as thin as possible like this."
Ramiel gathered energy in his mouth and fired a thin beam from his mouth. Aiming at a cloud, splitting it in half.
Ray tried it and what came out of its mouth was just a hyperbeam.
"No, you're doing it wrong. Concentrate it like you mean it. Here, I'll let you feel it." Ramiel put a hand on its body and controlled the flow of energy. Making it narrower and sharper.
The dragon then let out a bright whitish blue beam. Almost hitting the mountain from the other side due to its head losing control because of the extreme pressure of the attack.
"Look at him, he's really enjoying himself." Tifa smiled at Ramiel teaching his two Pokemon. Ray then went to outer space in order to practice its new move.
"Budew, we have to keep up with him too." Tifa hugged her squishy pokemon and started by feeding it some wolfsbane.
"According to your Pokedex entry, the purer the water you have. The more poisonous you become, hmm." Tifa pulled some of the lifestream from the planet and fed it to her Budew that was delighted.
It skipped on the ground with its stubby legs and jumped around in Glee.
"Damn... It's too cute." Tifa petted the rosebud. "Okay, Abra. We have to catch up with that guy's Machop. We'll start with lifting rocks with your power like this." Tatsumaki made a rock float and her Abra nodded.
They played and trained their pokemon, but of course Machop was getting the best results.
Ramiel was sitting on Swolechamp's back while it did some push ups and he controlled his weight to its PR.
"Lil bro, ten more! Come on, you can do it!" He hyped him up like a gym bro and he even gave it some headphones, playing the doom playlist for maximum motivation.
"Chop! Machop!" His arms and chest felt like lead, but it kept going and the psionic sisters knew they can't catch up. Ramiel's Machop was going to get swole.
"Okay, then while you're nice and tired. We practice the forms, follow me until you've gotten them all into your head." Ramiel did the forms of the water stream rock smashing fist.
Swolechamp watched the martial arts with fire in its eyes. His pupils dilating, burning desire to learn it.
"Hmm, good. When you master this art, you will be able to do this." He took out a slab of metal and pierced it with his fingertips.
"Machop!" Swolechamp trained the hardness of his fingers by trying to pierce some wood for now.
"This guy's pretty smart, okay. I'll prepare some dinner." Ramiel began cooking with Tifa and they ate some dinner while in a campfire.
Tifa's budew had a nice bowl of poisonous salad. The little rosebud combining a cocktail of dangerous poison in its stomach.
Swolechamp ate tons of food and is bulking up. "Ahhh, this is a good first day." Ramiel nodded in satisfaction while drinking a cold one.
They heard Ray's shrill roar in the skies and it went down to Ramiel's side, completely exhausted. "Good work, we've got more buddies now. Come on and have dinner too." Ramiel gave it some super enriched water and ores.
Ramiel took a walk after eating and he breathed in the thick Mako in the air. "Ahhh, this place is brimming with energy. Just like the one punch man world."
Though, while he was having a nice walk. Something tried to lick him. Ramiel caught it and craned his neck. "Hoh? You're that courageous huh?"
He saw a haunter that tried to lick him in order to poison him. Attracted to his ambient energy that leaked out of him in small amounts.
The haunter looked shocked that Ramiel caught its gassy body and Ramiel put his big hand right on its face. "You wanna die? I've never killed a ghost before."
The haunter immediately prostrated on the ground and begged for its life. Ray also appeared as it felt his aura change.
Like an anaconda looking at a frog, the haunter froze in terror and Ray gave out a shrill roar. Shaking the whole forest as its horns and feelers started to appear. Using its mega form.
"Stop, it surrendered already... Hmm, you're lucky I need a team. Let's just catch it." Ramiel threw a PokeBall at it and shrugged.
Ray then stared at him, looking disappointed. It wanted to test a new ability it developed after all.
"Like you can use it here. You'll raze this forest to the ground. Don't worry, you can gave a spar against your buddies later when they get stronger." Ramiel calmed it down and it reluctantly nodded.
They returned to the camp and the sisters stared at him. "What was with that? I thought your Rayquaza would make this forest explode or something."
"Heh, I've got another one." Ramiel released his haunter. "I'll call you, Danny Phantom."
"Don't we have to register for the Sinnoh league?" Tifa reminded them. "Yeah! We forgot... Well, the next pokecenter is pretty up close. Then let's beat up the first gym." Fubuki patted her Abra that's getting the hang of its psychic powers with their instructions.
"Yeah, let's rest for now. Danny, you're the night shift for trying that crap earlier." Ramiel ordered and his haunter saluted. Thinking he might get released and snacked on by Ray.
