Chereads / Final Fantasy: Crisis and Tranquility / Chapter 107 - Chapter 101: Spice it Up

Chapter 107 - Chapter 101: Spice it Up

Lulu hugged him tighter and went for a deeper kiss. Their tongues clash as they intertwine. Battling each other, swapping saliva.

"Hmm, it's not nearly enough." Lulu had a crimson blush on her cheeks. Her breathing, getting heavier by the second.

"Then how about I give you more in my room?" He snapped his fingers and they teleported to his room.

"I've been imagining this for some time now. You've been awfully vocal, fucking Samus here every single night. I had to block out the noise for Yuna you know?" She was annoyed.

"Hmmm, I have to apologize for my transgressions then?" He put his hands on her hips and carried her to his bed.

"Yes, you better." Lulu smirked at him. "But you really enjoyed it no? I heard some really furious and lewd noises in your room. Right here." He pulled down her panties.

She got embarrassed and put her hands on her face. Not thinking of his hearing as well.

Ramiel stared at her already moist slit. Adorned with a cute little bush on her pubis. "You've really thought about my sessions with Samus a lot eh? After all, this place here is already nice and wet."

Lulu covered her cunt and pouted at him. "Are you gonna keep on teasing me? Or you will apologize?"

Ramiel slowly pried off her hands and started kissing her inner thighs. "Hmm~ you bad man. Why keep teasing me?"

He heard her pained voice loud and clear, so he gave her slit a nice lick. "Yes~ your tongue is nice and moist. Come on Ramiel, I'm liking your apology so far."

Lulu softly held his head and pressed his face on her wet pussy. Ramiel got to work and put a finger inside of her while he gave slow and long licks at her slit.

"Hngh! That's it, stimulate me more. Fuck!" Lulu pressed his face harder and he added another digit in her. He then attacked the little nub on top of her vagina.

She gasped and put a hand on her mouth, stopping herself from screaming. Because the people in the house will all know immediately.

"Go on, I've really soundproofed the room." He smirked and sucked on her clit. "Fuck! Ahn~ right there! Suck my cunt!" She hissed and bit her lip.

He furiously stimulated her g spot and Lulu's back arched. Crossing her legs on his nape. "Hngh! I'm gonna cream on your face!" She squirted and he looked at her with a smirk.

"Did you like my apology?" Ramiel chuckled and Lulu nodded while panting. "Yes, you are forgiven for teasing me all the time back in Spira."

She then crawled right at him and pulled his pants down. "Hmmm~ I've always wanted to see this bad boy when it's nice and hard. I think I have my answer now."

Lulu put his diamond hard cock in her hand and started jerking him off slowly. "What'd you call this in this world? A magnum?" She bit her lip and Ramiel deadpanned at her.

"That's like for generation x. But okay." Lulu then pushed him down and took his pants off entirely. She started licking the underside of his cock upwards and sucking on the tip.

"Ooh, I like that." He smiled and she smiled. Lulu's hands worked faster and she sucked his balls. "You like that? Yeah?" Lulu smirked and Ramiel nodded.

He then brushed her hair with his fingers and made her focus on his rod. She prepared herself, swallowing his meat whole.

"Fuck yeah, you have a nice suction going on." Lulu played with his balls and bobbed her head up and down with a nice rhythm. They didn't need to breathe, so she stayed there with his penis deep in her throat.

"I'm gonna blow Lulu, take it all in." His hips bucked up and Lulu swallowed everything like a champ. "So... Thick." Some of it spilled on the side of her mouth and she cleaned it up with her finger, then she ate it all and gave him a clean up blowjob.

"I want you to stuff me elsewhere." She bent over and spread her cheeks open, showing her dripping slit. Slightly twitching in anticipation.

"Then I should indulge the lady." He grabbed her hips and went in slowly for now. Lulu bit her lip, putting her face on a pillow.

"Fuck, you're filling me up so good. You're already hitting my cervix, let my pussy expand first." She instructed because she could feel that he still had a lot of dick left.

He started pumping softly, slowly elongating her sugar walls. "Hmm~ my vagina is contouring your cock, it feels so lewd." She sighed in pleasure.

"That's because you'll be getting it a lot later." He put more force in his thrust and she gasped. Speeding up, wet slapping noises filled the room immediately.

"Fuck, hngh, yeah! Beat my cunt up! Fuck me like you mean it!" She screamed and he pulled on her braids.

"I'll beat it up alright. Tenderize it real good." He went faster and held on to her hip tightly so she won't fly away as his hip crashed onto her ass.

"Ahhh! So hard and good! I'm fucking cumming!" Lulu's pussy clamped on his cock and she was speechless.

"I'm not there yet, but your fucking cunt just got really tight. Let's keep it going." He smirked and let go of her hair. His free hand then went to her clit, making Lulu put her face on a pillow as she screamed.

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I'm still cumming!" Her legs were trembling and her toes curled upwards. "I'm gonna fill you up!" He went even faster and filled her womb chock full of baby batter.

"So hot! You're releasing so much!" Lulu hissed as she came again after being creampied. Her pussy was milking his dick for all it's worth greedily.

She collapsed on the bed, her slit releasing his semen as she panted. "Hmmm, you're pretty sensitive Lulu." He smacked her ass and she smiled.

Ramiel put a pillow under her hip and closed her legs tightly. "W-what are you doing?" She didn't know and he smiled at her.

"Look at this little guy, he's still raring to go of course. And you just let yourself rest right there." He entered her tight snatch while in the prone bone.

She gasped, the friction increased so much. Their tryst then continued the whole day. Too long that others joined in for a nice little party.

__

Ramiel opened his eyes and Alexandra was on his left while Tifa was on the right. Scarlet was on top of him. While Lulu and Samus were hugging his legs.

"Whew that was fun, I'll definitely do that again." He had to bust out his special techniques because Alexandra and Tifa went at him like they had a grudge on him.

"Hmm, Ramiel..." Alexandra rubbed her eyes and stared at him. "You were really energetic last night." He smiled at her and patted her head.

"Un, I really missed you. And I thought you were gone." She looked at him intensely. "Yeah, you gave us a scare of a lifetime." Tifa commented on the side and chuckled.

"Well, I'm right here for taking." He laughed and they all went to the bath to clean up.

It was summer vacation and they had a lot of time. And when there was a lot of free time, couples naturally get frisky.

So for a couple of days, they were just going at it all day. Like it was their honeymoon or something. But Scarlet offered something one night.

"Hey, shouldn't we spread restaurants all over the world? Take over the culinary scene?" She was a greedy woman and this planet is another nice place to dominate.

"Hmm, that does sound pretty nice. How about we let Cloud advertise? He's a world class athlete now, that little prick. Taking all the gold medals and awards." Ramiel laughed and Tifa chuckled.

"Yeah, he is taking over the sports scene." Tifa remembered that he was getting a lot of traction in all kinds of sports and got called iron man.

"He even got into modelling, his aura and grumpy face suits it. But he's a bit short." Alexandra laughed. Cloud telling stories that he had to use some stools sometimes.

"Then let's do it. How about instant food too? Especially in first world countries. Majority of the working class are too busy to cook. Let's give them a taste of greatness through instant meals." Lulu thought of the populace.

She's a generous person that went on a journey to help Spira. So she wanted to spread good food to those who are too tired to work.

"That's a good idea Lulu, I can set up factories with our tech. And with the latency of our advanced Machina. Their techniques in cooking the mass produced food will be comparable to ours." Samus was excited.

"Then let's just take over the whole food scene of the world, shall we?" Ramiel liked their ideas and they spent their summer vacation with some work or they'll just keep on humping.

Samus used the Machina they got from Spira, combined with some Chozo tech. To create efficient factories that will pump out insane amounts of instant foods.

Like ramen, MRE's for the soldiers, canned food, frozen deli meats, etc. Scarlet handled the PR and the world was taken by storm.

Their company, now named Angel's touch. Announced a brand of affordable gourmet food for the masses.

And Babel spread out to the world to give multicultural cuisine all over. Cloud also advertised for the food. And it wasn't false advertising.

They enriched the food with necessary nutrients for a balanced diet. Because God knows that people that just eat instant needs it.

People got healthier and they also were happier with their food, instantly boosting their already massive company to a corporate titan that is expected to make a 10th of the GDP of America in a year.

They created tons of job, making their own shipping company as well. Hiring all over the world to ship their products everywhere. Especially in poor countries that need cheap food the most.

Everyone was in the beach at a tropical island that they bought in south east Asia. Drinking piña colada while basking in the pleasant sun.

"Hmmm, the autumn selection is going to start soon right? What's their theme again?" Ramiel sipped on his drink and was enjoying their little retreat.

"Ahhh, I remember my autumn selection in Totsuki~ After that, I snagged a seat in the elite 10." Hinako commented.

"Ara, I was called by father to judge in the competition there. But he said that you will too desu." Leonora tipped her sun hat while still speaking in broken japanese.

"You can speak to us in danish or English Leonora, and yeah. We can't organize the selection because the elite 10 will lose their job. And we can't compete because only 8 will go to the real competition. So we were just tasked to judge." Ramiel shrugged.

Leonora and Hinako were roped in to their private island for a vacation. Disguised as a business meeting, with their money. They can just do whatever they want. And their company is partnered up with Leonora's already anyway.

"Hmmm, I hope my daughter wins the competition~" Leonora was happy for her daughter.

"If she loses, she's going to pester me to comfort her Leonora. And there's a good chance that she will." Ramiel stated his honest opinion.

"You meanie, do you not want her to succeed?" Leonora huffed at him. "No, Leonora-san. There's a lot of good seeds in the 92nd generation." Hinako remembered Soma's creativity.

"If I had to be at her bracket, then I won't show any favoritism Leonora. This is an official event that we will judge for. We will dissect every dish they present to us with extreme scrutiny." Ramiel stood up and his eyes glowed.

Alexandra went beside him and she smirked. "They're supposed to be elites right? Then they will be treated as one. And to be the very best? No mistakes are allowed or it will be failure." She was pretty pumped to judge them. She had a little bit of a sadistic streak after all.

Hinako and Leonora got nervous for the students and thought that it was a nice coincidence that the selection will be with points. Not their approval, because they feel like no one will pass.

"But let's enjoy the nice vacation for now." He shrugged and carried Leonora and Hinako. Ramiel ran to the waters and they played in the warm sea.

Back in Totsuki after a few weeks later, the participants were gathering in a pretty large venue with pictures of the 1st seats throughout the school's history.

"Wow, this place is awesome. And is that Dojima-senpai and Shinomiya-senpai at those pictures?" Soma was in awe at the sheer size of the venue.

"Soma-kun!" Megumi got back from her vacation in her hometown. She checked spices from there and researched for her dish.

"Ohh! Tadokoro, did you enjoy your little vacation?" Soma smiled, but he was a bit lacking in energy. He has never handled spices in his life. With Japanese cooking lacking them.

And with Hayama flexing his cooking with spices that have a nice aroma, he researched day and night for the perfect blend in his whole vacation.

"Megumi!" Yuki glomped on her and Ryoko greeted them as well. "You look spirited Megumi."

"Yo, Nikumi. You ready for the selection?" Soma greeted Ikumi and she glared at him like a demon. "Shut up! Don't call me that! Ramiel is the only one who can call me that!"

"Woah, chill, chill." Yuki intervened immediately because Ikumi was about to beat the shit out of him.

"There's a hint of spice in your hands. It seems you've studied them well?" Hayama smiled at Soma.

"Yeah, I want to serve you the best curry after all." Soma smirked at him. "Hey, aren't they acting... Kinda gay?" Yuki whispered to Ryoko.

"Shhhh! I'm already imagining it! And Soma looks like he's gonna be the bottom at their relationship." Ryoko was making fanfiction in her mind.

"Yukihira! Listen here, today is the day that I'll beat you as my rival!" Takumi went up to him. "Ohhh, Takumi. What's up? And... Who's that standing next to you?"

Soma pointed at Isami that lost a lot of weight. "Ohh, that's Isami you know? He always loses weight because of the summer heat." Takumi explained and Isami greeted them.

"People don't lose that much weight due to summer heat!" Soma retorted and Isami shrugged. "I'll just gain it back in autumn and winter."

The lights then suddenly opened an emcee started talking. "We will be joined today, by our director. Senzaimon Nakiri!"

Senzaimon went up to the stadium and the people went quiet. His aura and physique that was like a Mishima commanded respect.

He breathed in the air hard, but dust got in and he choked on it. "Sorry, I just choked a bit... Whenever I smell the air in this place, my body receives a surge of energy."

"But he just choked himself." Yuki commented and Ryoko pinched her cheek.

"We are in a place called between the sky and moon. This venue has witnessed a lot of new dishes and great chefs. It is normally just used for the shokugeki of the elite 10, but we will be using it because of a special occasion." Senzaimon nodded in satisfaction, remembering its history.

"The judges of the A block are the divine monarchs. While the B block will be scrutinized by the great devil kings." Senzaimon introduced them again in case people didn't know them.

"T-this is going to be quite the difficult crowd to please." Alice gulped and she looked at them. They had a different aura to them, gone was their easy going pace and smiles.

"Only the ones who succeed to go to the official autumn selection will be able to fight here! You will write history. Let us meet again here after you battle for supremacy! 92nd generation of Totsuki academy!" Senzaimon hyped them up.

"I will explain more about this first round. As you know, the theme is curry. You will be having 3 hours as a time limit. Go to your blocks and only 8 people will be picked! 4 every block! Cooking starts at 11 AM." The emcee sent them out.

The contestants ran to the venues immediately and prepared everything. Tensions were high and they were all under high pressure.

When the clock reached 11. Ramiel stood up at the A block while Alexandra at the B block.

"Start cooking... And present your dish to us if you dare." They smirked at the contestants and all of them gulped.

The extra judges for the odd number were late and a blonde bombshell sat next to Ramiel and the others.

"You're late, we messaged you that it is supposed to be 11 o'clock." Eizan who was more tame now and just became a humble business consultant reminded her.

"You already know that we can't offer one more minute due to our schedules." A lady who was in charge of the Japanese curry scene took off her shades haughtily.

"Natsume Sendawara? The queen of the Japanese curry scene? Then if she's here, her twin. Orie Sendawara is at B block!" A student cried out.

"Shut up woman, you're being noisy." Ramiel looked at her and she was offended, but she suddenly froze when his slitted eyes stared right through her soul.

"W-who are you?" She broke into a cold sweat and saw that he was wearing the uniform of Totsuki.

"Me? I'm the owner of Angel's touch. Yet I still came here in time, you? You're just a brokie, what color is your Bugatti?" He snorted.

She shut up after that and they watched the contestants cook.

Meanwhile at the B block, Alexandra was staring right at a Chinese contestant. "Hojo Miyoko? No, no, she's not Hojo. Calm down. That butt ugly fuck can't be related to someone like her."

Miyoko was a burgundy haired voluptuous girl with a ridiculous ahoge on the top of her head. (pic)

Ikumi was being cheered on by the president of the donburi RS like a father. "Ikumi! Go! The donburi RS is proud to have produced a contestant for the autumn selection!"

"What the hell are you? A dad watching his kid in the sports meet!?" Ikumi retorted and ignored him.

Soma was nodding off while waiting for his dish to be prepared. And he woke up when he noticed the smell change.

He put in his spices and had a face off with Hayama. The aroma of their cooking were clashing with each other.

Megumi who was inconspicuous busted out a monk fish and started butchering it. Monk fish has a slimy and rubbery skin. So it needed a hanging cut method which is quite difficult.

Due to her nervousness, while setting up the equipment. She fell on her face and the stand she was pushing rolled away.

"Hmmm, what a difficult protein she is using." Alexandra was interested in her.

After some time, people are starting to present their dish. With a confident looking contestant presenting his Achari Murgh

A curry from North India, a sour and spicy chicken curry. The judges tasted it and the extra went first. "This is delicious, your special masala's aroma enhances the sour taste."

"Yeah, it doesn't have bones too. Pretty nice." Zack shrugged. "It isn't grilled like a tandoori chicken, but more like Tikka curry chicken." Aerith nodded while tasting.

"Good job in this." Tifa smiled. "It has a nice balance in its sour flavor and spicyness." Alexandra commented.

"Well then, please give your scores judges!" The emcee hyped the venue.

The contestant smiled and was confident. But he suddenly paled when he saw the score. Each judge were able to score from 0-20. And his score was a whopping 5. Coming all from Orie Sendawara.

"W-what!? Why is this the score!? Y-you complimented it though!?" He wanted an explanation.

"Let me explain, contestant. It's good yeah, good for an amateur cook that serves this in the streets." Tifa shut him down.

"We judge here with the expectation of having top class dishes. Sadly, yours just isn't it chief." Aerith pushed the dish away.

"You're mediocre, you really think this will impress people who expect the best?" Zack sighed.

"Let me give you a full review. Your chicken is dry and overcooked, who overcooks some chicken thighs? You are so bad it's not even funny." Alexandra threw his dish on the trash.

"You didn't use mustard oil, but just regular neutral flavored oil. It already tastes like generic curry because of that. Your spices are imbalanced you're not pickling vegetables you donkey, it's too sour. Your yogurt is curdling because you used one with too much fat, it's like eating pieces of expired milk. It's too rich, sour, and the Achari masala tastes like you fucking bought it from the supermarket." Alexandra tore through him like paper.

"Your onions are too pungent, the sulfur can be used to make gunpowder! Your tomatoes lose their sweetness and gets drowned out in your crap masala. Too much turmeric it gives it a bitter flavor. Ginger is dominating the taste, what the fuck are you cooking? A congee? And it's bland as hell, you cook like how your mom taught you? Put a pinch of salt? Get the fuck out of here, mediocre trash. Serve this crap to your family and get some validation from them." Alexandra spat in front of him.

The contestant cried like a bitch and ran away. "Uhhh, t-that's intense... Anyways, for the next dish." The emcee got nervous as the next contestant nervously walked up.

The judging continued and nobody had a score that is at least 2 digits. It was a massacre that decreased morale to the maximum.

But then, the next competitor stepped up and served a black curry that stinked like sewers. "Hmm? This one's unique. It stinks like a bitch, but it is interesting." Alexandra raised a brow.

"Kukuku~ enjoy my dark Laksa curry." A creepy petite girl with red eyes and long black hair served her dish

"This smell... It's salted dried fish? You're pretty brave aren't you?" Aerith smiled at her and liked her style.

"Kusaya, it's fish that is similar to surstromming. You ferment it in saltwater for several years until it smells like rotting flesh. But you develop its glutamic acid to the highest level. It is then dried up, intensifying its flavor even more." Professor Tifa explained and nodded at her bravery.

Alex tried it and the black curry that has been colored by squid ink was slurped up. "Hmmm, it has an intense taste similar to shrimp paste. The fish broth and laksa balances it out. But it's too salty." She shrugged.

"Yeah, you needed to use less. It's quite salty, the smell doesn't give it any favors too. The lemon grass that has a refreshing scent to it is drowned out. Its taste made it more mellow, but it is a fragrant ingredient that is used for its amazing smell." Tifa sighed.

They gave their scores Orie gave a 17, but the four gave her a 5. Putting her in the top spot for now that had a score of 37.

"T-this is fine... I have already put a curse. The judges will have the lingering taste and smell on their palates. You will go down, Arato Hisako. Erina-sama will choose me as her secretary." The girl laughed like a maniac.

And the next one was Hisako, she presented a pretty clear soup with mutton. "Hoh? Oriental medicated food? Pretty healthy, aren't you?" Tifa identified it immediately.

They started tasting it and the soup was clear because she boiled them whole instead of making a spice mix. Imparting onto it a subtle and fresh flavor of curry, but using her specialty of oriental medicine.

"Medicated diets of the emperors and kings in china is pretty similar to curry, this is a pass for me even if it isn't traditional." Alexandra shrugged.

Orie gave it an 18 while they scored it a 6. "T-thank you very much." Hisako was shaken, thinking she would at least score a 50 or something.

Hojo Miyoko went next and she served a pineapple curry fried rice. "Ahhh, the sweetness of the pineapple permeates the dish. And the saltiness of the fried rice pairs well with it. It's like sweet and sour pork that has been marinated with pineapples." Orie smiled as she ate the dish.

"It's terribly unbalanced, pineapples are too sweet. And it doesn't work with fried rice at all. Rice is earthy and has a natural sweet flavor to it as you chew. This is terrible, like raw pineapples on pizza." Tifa remembered pineapples on pizza because of her dish and was offended.

Pineapples are too acidic and sweet, even if you cook them. Refined palates that can individualize flavors and unravel the complex combinations of ingredients will be overpowered by its addition.

"Hah, you should work on your palate more girl, this is terrible. Pineapples on fried rice? Really?" Alexandra took some bread and put it on her face.

"What are you? Do you know what you are?" She squinted her eyes and Miyoko trembled. "I... I don't know ma'am."

"A fucking idiot sandwich is what you are, get out of here with that crap!" Alex threw it in the trash. Her score was a solid 17, coming from Orie. While the other four gave her 0's putting her in 3rd place.

"N-no way..." Miyoko despaired, she thought that she will be able to battle the strong and prove herself to be a strong woman. But her ambitions went up in smoke.

"Ohhh, we have a new challenger in Yuki Yoshino! Getting in 2nd place with her duck cutlet curry." The emcee announced.

"Thank you very much for your criticism!" Yuki had a score of 38, 5's from the 4 and 18 from Orie.

"You showed nice basics, cooked the spices in duck fat, used the duck carcass to flavor the curry. And spiced the breast with five spice, juniper berries, and cardamom for a refreshing taste. And it has a nice citrusy taste with sweetness, blood oranges?" Alex nodded at her basics.

Yuki was happy that she got 2nd place and skipped back to her station.

Isami presented a calzone and went with his roots in Italy. "This is my tomato curry calzone, please enjoy."

"Ohh, it has a strong tomato flavor that is balanced by spices. You just used tomatoes for this like a passata didn't you? The dough of the calzone is soft and chewy too. Cold fermentation? Yes, it is sweeter and instead of a crispier crust, it is kind of like naan with its chew. Just like the dough of pizzas in Naples." Tifa nodded in satisfaction at the good combinations of flavor.

Tifa gave it a 6 with Zack while Aerith and Alex gave it a 5. Orie scored it with 18. Bumping his rank to 2, right ahead of Yuki and taking out Miyoko from the competition.

Next was Takumi, serving a fettuccine curry pasta. "Hmm? It's seasoned with a pretty nice quality soy sauce eh? Tamari soy sauce, it's an aged soy sauce that has more body and sweetness to it than mass produced ones. The fennel and green cardamom gives it nice aroma too. You even stuffed it with parmesan to give it nice creaminess that mellows out the sauce." Zack gave him a thumbs up.

"Ahhh, thanks for explaining everything." Takumi was going to explain it for extra brownie points, but they all knew it immediately except Orie.

They gave him 6's and Orie a 17, putting him at 2nd, kicking out Sadatsuka Nao. The stinky curry girl.

Hisako was 1st, Takumi was 2nd, Isami was 3rd, and Yuki was 4th.

The next competitor then stepped up and it was Alice. She presented a modern bleeding edge dish that was prepared with more science.

"Ahh it's those kinds of dishes huh? The pretentious ones? Well, this is fine dining anyways. The important part is the taste." Alex shrugged and started tasting.

Orie froze and had no idea what it was, it's just delicious but that was it.

"The hardened mousse is turmeric and foie gras? It has a nice crumbly texture that has a mellow taste from the turmeric. Hmm let me remember chemistry, ahh hardened with sodium alginate?" Aerith nodded and thought it was creative.

"This white part on top of it is accompaniment to it. Potatoes and what kinds of cheese. Swiss, gruyere, pecorino, parmegiano, brie, and white cheddar. Giving it a robust and rich flavor. Cold? Flash frozen so when it gets heated up in your mouth it melts. Kind of like savory ice cream." Alex sighed at the complex procedures.

"This green pastry you baked is crispy and mixed with coriander, fennel, and cumin. So it has a nice warm taste that contrasts the potatoes." Tifa shrugged and quite liked it.

"W-wow, you dissected it perfectly. What kind of palates do you guys have?" Alice clicked her tongue, they were too powerful. She was hoping to wow the judges and they won't be able to even explain it.

They scored her and they gave her a 10 while Orie had 19. Putting her at the top that won't be beat for sure.

"Tche, just 59? Couldn't you have made it 69 or something?" Alice puffed her cheeks and was disappointed.

"Alright! With this, the participants in the B block are concluded!" The emcee hyped the crowd, but she forgot someone.

"There's another contestant, girl. Tadokoro Megumi, come here." Alexandra side eyed the emcee and gestured for Megumi to come.

"H-hello, this is my monkfish curry." She presented it to them and they started tasting.

"Liquifying the liver and incorporating it to the curry? It has a nice bold flavor due to it. Good technique." Zack gave her a thumbs up.

"The vegetables, burdock, daikon, and pumpkin carries the bold taste of the curry and still has an amazing sweetness to it." Aerith smiled at her, it had a homey feel to the dish.

"It's jam-packed with flavor, the flesh carries the dense taste well. Good job Tadokoro Megumi." Alex nodded at her and they scored her.

"Ohhh! It seems that she is out 4th contestant! Overtaking Isami Aldini!" The emcee shouted out and the crowd went wild.

Scoring a 6's and a 17 from Orie, tying with Takumi. Megumi cried in joy and the fishermen that taught her how to do a hanging cut for the monkfish all shouted in joy.

Takumi put a hand on his brother's shoulder. "Maybe next time Isami. Don't give up."

Alexandra slammed her palm on the table they were on. "You four will be going head to head in the main competition. You have done well, but you are still mediocre. Study well and create a dish that is with less mistakes." She huffed and they exited the venue.

Meanwhile, at the A block. The competitors all gained a score of 0 until now. Ryo, Alice's attendant presented his dish.

It was an ise lobster curry. "An earthy smell, reminiscent of oak. Cognac? This is some pretty high class stuff eh? But how about its taste?" Ramiel commented and started his tasting. But he was disappointed.

"So? You've got any other twists to this? It's really... Damned boring." He shrugged and the others nodded. Except Orie's twin that was crying.

"Ahhh, where did I put it?" Ryo looked for his bandanna and put it on. "Not yet! You've got to put this on the lobster's head that is filled with roe! And you'll have an elevated dish! You know you want it~" His personality changed and got wild.

"Shut up, before I kick you off of this stage." Samus glared at him and he shut up. Breaking into a cold sweat as he kneeled down from the pressure of their energy.

"Cognac again? Well, I guess we can try." Ramiel shrugged and put dropped some cognac on the lobster roe in the head. He then slurped it up good.

"Hmm, it really does put a nice difference." He nodded a bit. They then gave their scores and it was all 3. And a 19.

"I-impossible... such a low score?" Ryo was shocked and the whole stadium was too.

"Your lobster curry is just that, boring. Its spices aren't well balanced at all. The lobster is dominating the flavors by using an American lobster sauce technique. Extracting all the flavor from the shells. But the theme is curry you know?" Yuna raised a brow at him.

"You gotta make the curry stand out, stupid. Or at least balance it out. Think, man, think. You disregard the theme, this isn't a seafood themed competition." Samus sighed.

"And elevating this with cognac? Even putting on a twist. PuT CoGnAc on the shells. YoU kNoW YoU want it. Are you dumb? Cognac is tasty yes, but it's drowned out by the curry and the lobster. You should've infused more of its flavor from the start, not some kind of shit gimmick." Lulu rolled her eyes.

He got dismantled and scored a 31. But Ramiel and his entourage has more refined palettes than Alexandra's. And they went at it harder.

Ikumi was next and she nervously put down her pork curry dish to them. "T-this is my Dongpo pork curry rice bowl."

Ramiel smiled at her. "Now, don't cry if I give you a low score Ikumi. Maybe I'll give you some lessons later if it isn't up to par." He tasted it and put down his spoon.

"Meat's too soft, it has no bite. Your curry is too weak, just star anise, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns? That's just standard. Your rice is nice with tenjiao oil that cuts the fat of the pork belly. But this is supposed to be a curry focused theme no? Overall, a failure in complex flavors for the spice. And your pork is too soft, it doesn't have a nice texture in the mouth. The richness hits the mouth too much before you can cut it down with the rice." He shrugged and Ikumi started writing it down immediately.

She then bowed and teared up a little, but she held it in and gritted her teeth. "Thank you very much for your teachings."

She placed second to Ryo with a score of 26. 2's for Ramiel's group and 18.

"Such brutal scorings. And they dissect your dish to your face... It makes my blood boil!" Soma grinned and Hayama snorted, he was confident because they are looking for the curry, which he concentrated on.

"Hi, give it to me Ramiel." Ryoko presented her dish and it was a special natto curry, seasoned with soy sauce Koji. Fermented rice that's soaked in it.

"Hmm, it has a nice taste to it. Completely packed with the savoriness of the fermented natto and soy sauce koji. But, that's the personality of your dish. It has an intense flavor, but your curry suffers and it turns weak. The spices in this battles with the natto and Koji. The aroma is muted and it turns into a generic curry with nice tasting beans. What a shame, with more knowledge about spices, you could've turned this into the best dish here." Lulu gave her verdict.

"Ahhh, that was I was worried about..." Ryoko scratched her head sheepishly.

She got the same score as Ikumi and they were top 2 and 3 respectively.

Marui, the 4 eyes nerd in the polar dorm gave his dish and it was a tsukemen. Curry udon that has a rich sauce because of vichyssoise. A potato potage made with cream and cheese.

"Creamy, nice aromas, coriander and cumin huh? The cheese also adds more complexity to it. Though because of your vichyssoise, it muted the flavor of the spices. It's bland, I mostly taste cream, cheese, and potatoes. Rich and thick doesn't mean flavorful you know? The cumin and coriander gives it a refreshing taste. But this dish has no personality. Udon is bland, yet you use potage to flavor it. But it does have a better blend of flavors. It just lacks body and boldness. It's a safe dish." Yuna dissected it to pieces.

He got the same score as Ikumi and Ryoko.

Next was Hayama Akira, a fish head curry that is enclosed in a dome of pastry, called the truffle soup technique.

"Hoh? You're hiding something nice under here." Samus cracked it open and the mellow aroma of spices enveloped the venue.

"Lemon grass, cumin, cinnamon, and holy basil? Fresh too huh, that's pretty rare." Yuna was amazed they could get it there fresh.

"We cultivate it, professor Shiomi Jun's trade secret." Hayama smirked.

"Awawawawa, he revealed it!" Jun was shaking in her seat, being an introvert. She already expected to be pestered for their secrets.

"Hmmm, it has a nice flavor to it. Pretty intense, and the yogurt mellows out the intense holy basil. It's a good dish." Lulu nodded.

"Thank you very much." Hayama bowed and smirked.

"But that's about it. Listen here, Hayama Akira. Aroma isn't everything in cooking. Have you forgotten? We graciously judged Erina's shokugeki earlier." Ramiel clicked his tongue and shook his head.

"You focused too much on the aroma, and you used holy basil for the intensity of it. But in order to not ruin the other ones, you used yogurt. Which dampens the flavor of the fish. You are too narrow-minded you focused too much on the spices and neglected the other flavor of your dish. What a shame, you would've scored lower than Ryo and Ryoko if your dish isn't so in theme for the competition." Ramiel sighed and gave their scores.

He scored 32. All three's and one twenty. Putting him in first place. But he trembled and was in a crisis, just like Ryo.

"Next, man. For the select few, you guys suck." Yuna gave a chipper comment that gave them damage.

"Order up, my omelette curry rice risotto." Soma served his plate. "Omurice huh? Then let's give it a try." Lulu spooned some and it had the same idea as Hayama's. Plentiful mellow aroma that makes one's apettite flare.

"You concentrated the aroma with the rice, covering it with the egg to lock it in. Good idea." Samus nodded.

"Okay then, hmmm. Cumin, cardamom, cloves. And mango chutney?" Ramiel frowned, making Soma extremely nervous.

"I-is something wrong?" Soma's voice trembled and he got scared. "Mango chutney... And you used ripe mangos." Ramiel sighed.

"Yikes, do you know why mango risottos aren't popular? It's because they have no acidity, all sweetness, it wreaks havoc on a savory dish." Samus face palmed.

"It would've been fine if you created the green one. But this is from ripe mangoes. You didn't use much, but this is a condiment you know? That doesn't work in fine dining. It's like putting plain ketchup on Nikumi's steak." Ramiel stared at the painfully yellow mango chutney he created, thinking he was slick.

"It's still pretty good, not ruined. But it just gives it a weird sweet taste that is not balanced at all." Lulu sighed.

"N-no way... I-it tasted fine with me." Soma did an orz. "Well, that's with you, you know? Not with us. Our palates are obviously better than yours. That's why we're judges. Refine your palate more okay?" Yuna tried cheering him up.

They then gave his score and he had 28. Four 2's and one 20. Barely better than the others, putting him in 3rd place.

The next one just copied a dish and added some extra refinement, giving him a score of 27.

"Ummm, the participants that passed for this block is Hayama Akira, Ryo Kurokiba, Yukihira Soma, and Subaru Mimasaka." The emcee announced and the crowd was just shocked at their brutality.

"Honestly, what a disappointment. You are the ones that are hand picked by the elite 10? Mediocre, no basics, weak palates, all ambition and ideas, but no substance." Ramiel shook his head and they left the arena.

"S-Soma-kun." Megumi went up to him immediately, he was still in shock.

"I-it seems that things are more brutal here..." Ryoko frowned as they helped Soma sit on a chair.

"W-what happened? Why are everyone so gloomy?" Yuki was baffled. "T-they murdered everyone's cooking here. Just taking one or two bites on it and dismantled everything else." 4 eyes Marui commented and they started cleaning up with broken spirits.

After that though, they all went to Ramiel's house and they started partying for those who were able to enter.

"Ohh! A toast for Megumi, Soma, Alice, Ryo, Takumi, and Hisako!" Ramiel busted out some Pinot noir again and they gave an awkward toast.

"Hmm? Why are you guys so down? It's nothing personal, we still like you even if you suck at cooking." Alexandra commented and they winced.

"T-that's the problem. You guys slammed our dishes so bad that it broke our spirits." Ikumi started drinking a lot.

"I already told you that I'll teach you a bit. Don't be so down." Ramiel patted her head and they all stared at him.

"I'll only teach those who aren't in the competition anymore." Ramiel didn't budge. "Yay! You hear that Ryoko!? We'll get a lesson from him! Someone even better than the elite 10!" Yuki cheered and Ryoko gave a wry smile at her sudden change in attitude.

"T-that's unfair." Erina commented on the side and she wanted a lesson too. "Well, you can join in. Your palate might be the best among them, but you still lack versatility and application." Samus gave her a slap on the butt.

"Mumumu! Me too! I want one too! It's not fair!" Alice whined and they just ignored her.

"Ojou, you can't do that. That's cheating, we're on the competition." Ryo chided her.

"You're definitely not on my side Ryo!" She started hitting him and he just ignored her after.

"Heh, too bad Alice. It seems that I'll be much better than you after your competition?" Erina smirked at her.

"Shots! Let's get drop dead drunk!" Aerith was already passing shots and combination drinks to everyone.
