The next morning, Harley woke Nolan up early. It was still dark outside.
They both headed downstairs.
The restaurant was closed, and everyone was sleeping. Well, everyone except Layla.
She wore her usual white waitress's clothes.
"Boss, you have returned." She greeted Nolan with the brightest smile. She was happy to see him. She had not seen him for a long time, and If she was being t to herself, she kinda of missed him.
"You are up really early?" Nolan said. "Sometimes I wonder, do you even sleep?"
"No, she was sleeping. It's just that I woke her up." Harley said. "Layla, sorry for troubling you, but please go and make us some food."
Layla nodded happily. "It's no trouble at all."
Layla headed toward the kitchen while Nolan and Harley sat at a table.
"Is Nara coming with us?" Nolan asked.
In response, Harley shook his head. "I need someone to look over this restaurant here."
