Nolan and the others had finally arrived before the village gate.
Nolan quickly opened the wooden gate and got back on the wagon.
After entering the village, he again drove the wagon to the river, letting the horses rehydrate.
"We arrived," Nolan spoke. "This is your new home."
The beggars got off the wagons one by one, looking around in amazement.
Nolan got off the wagon too and walked to the horses. "You did well, buddies." He gently patted the horses one by one. "Take some rest."
After he thanked the horses, Nolan turned his attention to the beggars. "Alright, everyone follows me."
Nolan led the way to the bonfire.
The bonfire was still burning, and the villagers still sat around the fire, happily chatting.
