The place looked chaotic.
The robes on the old man and the assassins flutter wildly in the wind of chaotic Qi.
Slowly and slowly, they too were slowly being sucked into the Vortex
All this is caused by the Qi in their body.
They're one with the energy in their body, and the energy Qi can't exit their body without them willing it.
So if the energy in their body is attracted by the function force of the vortex, it means that they too are attracted.
Unless they are willing to give up all the wisp of Qi in their body, will the suction force be nulled?
But this is outrightly impossible because to be able to do that, one has to shatter their maintenance and become mortal.
Only mortals do not coexist with a single wisp of Qi, so even if a cultivator's Qi reserve is drained, they would still have some Qi merged with their body.
The more Qi the vortex absorbs, the more it grew and the greater its suction force.
