They both raised their weapons; the wolf raised its paw which was well equipped with dangerously long and sharp claws to strike Leo, and Leo slashed his dagger the beast.
From their actions, it was obvious that they want to clash attacks.
But they both know that their action was just a facade. This was just the beginning of another plan.
The two attacks soon closed up to a meter away from each other. And it did not take long for them to be close enough to attack each other.
Leo smirked, knowing that it was time to put his plan into action.
The wolf was amused, and also confused. It even started wondering if it had guessed it right as such a plan was easy to guess.
It was so obvious that it thought that this was just too good to be true. Was that the plan or was it falling into Leo's trap?
Despite its thought, it still decided to follow up and let Leo have a taste of his own medicine.
