Eddie wasted no time in telling the officer all that went happened.He wanted this incident to be behind him.Heck,he was even okay with clay going unpunished as long as he didn't disturb anyone again.
"Thank you".The cop concluded before she left.
After a while,his mum came in.She went to sign his discharge papers.
"Where are the guys?".Eddie asked
"I told them to go home.You will see then tomorrow". Eddie's mum said
They packed his belongings and drove home.
The next day
Tara couldn't sleep last night.She kept tossing and turning on the bed.
"I hope my day goes alright". She yawned
"Hey".Julian came out of nowhere
She rolled her eyes and walked even faster.
"Come on,you can't stay mad at me forever". Julian said
Who does this guy think he is? Telling her what she can and can't do
"Oh yeah? Let's see how that goes".Tara glared at him before she left.
Julian stood there dumbfounded.What was her deal?
"Yo".The guys walked up to him
"Hey guys,Hey Eddie.How does it feel to be in school again?".Julian asked
"Same old".Eddie replied absentmindedly.
Daniel noticed the encounter between Julian and tara.
"Looks like trouble in paradise". He commented
Julian could not focus throughout his classes and neither could Tara.
Lunch break came around and Tara was nowhere to be found in the cafeteria.Julian even went to their hiding spot but no luck
Meanwhile,Tara decided a good time away from Julian was the best.She knew why she was mad even though the reason was stupid.
She was mad because he never told her anything.The last few days were like he was never in school,she never saw him and the one time she saw him,he just greeted her and ran off.
"Stupid".She muttered
He knew all of her hiding places so she went to the place he would never think of —The library.
"Hey".A guy sat next to her
She ignored the guy.She wasn't in the mood for entertaining anybody hence she placed her hand on the desk.
The guy didn't say anything for a while.She was faking sleep so she couldn't tell if he was gone or not.
"Time for last period".The guy dragged his chair silently and headed for the door.
Did he know she was faking it? Who was he?
She could only have a glimpse at his back before he left.
He wore a black shirt.
"Hey".Julian walked up to her.School was over and she needed a long,hot bath
"What?".She replied angrily
"Ok,I know i did something wrong but I don't know what it is. Would you tell me so I can apologize".He pleaded
"No".She said quickly
"Does it have anything to do with our lack of communication these past few days?". Julian guessed
"It has everything to do with it!"Tara snapped." How do you justify not talking to me.I mean,it's dumb but still!!
Aren't I supposed to be your girlfriend?"
All the hurt she'd been trying to push down,trying to hide was now resurfacing.
"I know,But can we talk about this somewhere private?"
