It's been three months since the formation of the city, Cassian. As time passed by, the news spread through the entire continent like a wildfire.
People were talking about the two extinct races coming back in the continent and building a city while living along with the humans.
This led to a large influx of people visiting the city of Cassian from all over the continent, the Empires and other forces, were indeed interested in these new City, but after hearing about the three monolith ancient buildings standing tall in the middle of the city, they decided to take a step back while still keeping an eye on the city from afar, as fighting some powerful entity, over just a single city was not worth the resources.
But Ian knew well enough, that this is just the silence before the storm, the powerful forces are waiting for the event of monster rampant to take place, so they can figure out the exact amount of strength the cassain city wields.
If their strength is not enough to scare and ward off other foreign forces, they are just merely waiting for destruction.
"Three years, we have just three more years, before we face our first big challenge." Ian slightly murmured to himself as he glanced through the commander's office, as he could see the ever bustling city filled with humans, elves and dwarves.

Clank~Clank~Clank.
"WRONG, What did I tell you guys, keep polishing your basics, at this rate when are you gonna reach the Rank of "1 Star"." Karn roared as he draped himself in black armor and a black Cape.
There was a special insignia of the Commander, neatly embedded on his black armor stating his Rank.
The templar has a Ranking system, which promotes them accordingly through their merits.
0 Stars - Recruit.
1 Star - Adjutant.
2 Star - Sergeant.
3 Star - Lietenant.
4 Star - Vice Captain.
5 Star - Captain.
Above them is the Rank of Vice Commander and Commander, as the position of Vice Commander seems to be vacant for a while, while Karn, Barnes and Naikda took the role of Commander and train and lead the Knight's under them.
This was the Ranking method specially devised by Ian for the templar.
"Let me announce, to all you guys once again, whoever reaches the Rank of "1 Star" will be promoted to the Rank of Adjutant, I heard someone from the Blue Knight's already reached the 'First Circle' we don't want to fall behind now do you." Karn screamed trying to entice his soldiers with competitive spirit.
"No,Commander" Everyone one in the black faction roared in unison, before they started practicing even more furiously.
Human's are a Competitive animal, wherever there's a faction, Competition and rivalry is bound to take place.
'Talking about that, I have been in the Rank of a '2 Star' Swordsman for months, I need to gain complete mastery over the Second stance of Nine Heaven's Swordsmanship, to advance any further.' Karn though inwardly, as he was upset with the pace of his progress, despite putting the greatest amount of effort.
Karn soon took a spot in the Corner of the Room as started practicing his Second Stance of the Nine Heaven's Swordsmanship.
--------
"Congratulations Sir Barnes" A blue Knight, said with an ecstatic smile plastered on her face, as a star was neatly embedded on her Armor.
"Thanks Adjutant Sierra." Barnes Grinned widely, as he freely manipulated the mana surrounding him, with a mere wave of his finger.
He finally broke through and became a '4th Circle Magic Swordsman' , as Barnes looked around and noticed all the Knight's in the blue Knight faction, started surrounding him to congratulate him.
"Now,Now, disperse, we still have a long way to go, we've been training for months now and only one person managed to reach the 'First Circle', remember, the Sword Art you people are practicing is something that would bring envy from even the Imperial Royal Guards, you guys can't laze around."
Ian has allowed the commander's to teach one 'Heroic Grade' Techniques from the armory, to each member of the faction.
Karn picked, '12 Constellation Swordsmanship' a Heroic Grade Swordsmanship which is suitable for every kind of weapons and swords, including unorthodox weapons like axes and hammers.
While Naikda chose 'Red Dragon Martial Technique', a Heroic grade Martial Arts whose strongest point is it's versatility, of being used with other sword, fist or palm Techniques.
As for Barnes he choose the 'Four Elemental Sword Art' also an 'Heroic grade' Sword Art.
This three techniques would be considered a symbol of their faction, just like how every major faction has their own common identity and techniques.
"Miss Naikda, for how long do we keep maintaining this stance." One of the boy in a red Martial robe cried out, as he kept maintaining a horse stance, while holding a large buckets of water on both his hand.
"Quiet!" Naikda roared as he started mimicking her master Rustom "Martial arts is not just a cultivation of body but also of one's mind."
"B..Bu...But, we are in this stance for five hours now."
"My master made me stand in this pose for a whole day, and remember I started learning Martial Arts at the same time as you and look, I am closer to reaching the Rank of Martial Warrior
while you guys haven't even reached Martial Disciple yet.Now Listen to me you dumbfucks, I don't won't to lose to that sly blue haired guy and that training maniac, pull your shit together and stop complaining." Naikda roared loudly as her usual demeanor of a quite girl was nowhere to be seen.
Honestly if they found her usual quite and reserved behaviour, the red Knight's might even consider, some absurd claims of someone else impersonating their Red Knight's Commander.

Adventurers Guild.
"Sir I think I told you guys, this place is not an Inn, its reserved only for Adventurers" the Receptionist said with a tired expression, as he looked at the hoard of dwarves, completely hoarding the tables, while treating place as their private Inn.
"Come on now, it's not like we are drinking here for free, Alright how about this let me be an adventurer thingy or whatever the hell that is." One of the dwarves murmured as he still appeared quite dazed from all the drinking he went through.
"You need to pass a test to become one, Y..."
"You don't let me drink, you don't let me be Adventure thingy, just what the hell do you want from me." The dwarf said with fumbling tone.
"Let him be." a voice suddenly appeared from behind interrupting their conversation.
The Receptionist turned around, and noticed the Guildmaster of this Adventurers office came in, but their was a Special bond between them that transcend their relation of a Receptionist and guildmaster.
"Father!, I..I tried to but.."
"Don't bother Ivan, I've been more familiar with their personality after staying with them for months" Rustom said as he glanced at the dwarves who seemed completely lost in drinking before glancing towards his son who came to visit him despite his firm refusal.
"I told you didn't I, this place is still dangerous to live you should return back to gandhar, its a safe place to live with no foreign threats."
Ivan immediately shook his head before stating
"I've decided on settling here, I'll probably open a Inn, it will probably flourish well here, thanks to those drunkards."
"So you've made up your mind Huh!" Rustom sighed as he had a reunion with his son, just a few months ago, and he is already a proper adult so he doesn't really want to influence and future decisions he makes for himself.
"I really hope everything stays as peaceful as it is now, but I know it's just my wishful thinking." Rustom murmured to himself as he silently glanced at the peaceful and bustling city of Cassian.

In the black obsidian tower, which seemed busy with elves rummaging through every single thing they could see.
One could say it's quite the contrary to their usual noble and prideful demeanor, as they seemed like a savage animals, trying to absorb as much knowledge as they could at once.
Alan walked by and asked one of the elves who seems to be testing something in a test-tube
"So what's the progress with concocting potions ?"
"Ahh! chieftain Alan, in a week we would be able create a 'common' grade healing potion, and give me a month and I might even concote a 'Rare' Grade one"
"Hurry up, those dwarves even started the production of their weapons, we can't fall behind them and call me tower master from now onwards." Alan mentioned with a prideful tone.
Honestly reaching the 'Fifth Circle' with limited amount of recourse was already considered an incredible feat, but now armed with this massive amount of knowledge and resources in his arsenal, he was confident on achieving great feats in the future for himself, as well as this city which hass given so much to him.
As the former Elven cheif and now the Tower Master of Cassian city slightly clenched his fist hoping for the bright future that might be waiting for him and his people.
