After healing the two soldiers, the two of them take us to the castle where the steward of the Burab City, Saman, is waiting for us. Saman takes us to the meeting room, where the soldiers tell us what is happening.
The soldiers are doing their regular patrols. It is quite like usual, but it changes when they are ten kilometers away from the wall where a Void Crack appears, and a lot of monsters are pouring from it. Out of ten soldiers, only two of them survive the encounter with the group of monsters.
From the report, at least two hundred monsters just left the portal. Or at least that was the last thing they saw before they left the area to inform us.
I look at Saman and say.
"What will you do?"
Saman thinks for a few seconds and says.
"I'm sorry to ask you this, my lord. However, can you help us defend the city if there are more than a thousand monsters?"
I give the old man a small smile and say.
