There were no tears or speeches or drama at all, the news of Seth's departure had been kept confidential, only having Minuha, Edwin Dilise, and Flora there to see him off.

Yeah, the woman had gotten emotional, hugging him and crying into his chest. The look on Edwin's face as Flora went about hugging him nearly made Seth laugh out and tell the ma of their rather lewd activities.
