"Did you ask him already?",matt asked curiously as he sat in front of her in a classic restaurant.
"Did you think it is easy to ask like that,it has been years I saw him last,I can't just ask like that",mia said almost snapping at him.
"We are running out of time mia,what if she didn't have anything like that,I can't even believe she didn't tell me anything about it",matt spat.
"Like you were the loving husband",mia scoffed.
"Ashley isn't so dumb to tell you something like that,she knows you too well that doing that",mia said.
"And what does that mean",matt snapped.
"You and I know the type of person you are matt,",mia said glaring at him.
"What next?",matt asked his voice softer this time.
It is just for some time that he will tolerate her behavior,just untill he get those files in his hands.
"I planned on taking him out this weekend but he said he is going out with his stepmom",she replied emphasizing the last word.
"Yvonne?",matt asked.
"Is that her name ?she must have a loving soul for sergio to be so close to her like that,",mia said and Matt looked away.
"I have been thinking..",mia started smirking widely.as she lean closer to the table.
"When I learnt you were getting married again,I was so surprised,Why would matt want to marry again after so many years?The matt I knew is someone who would rather gamble than have a commitment",mia said a huge grin plastered on her face.
"What are you talking about mia?",matt asked .
"I wondered why a woman like yvonne would marry someone like you?",mia said smiling.
"You knew yvonne?",matt asked surprised.
"Let us say I know her,I did my investigations",mia said and his brow ceased .
"Guess what I found out?",she said smirking.
"What are you even saying mia?",matt spat angrily.
Mia stared at her perfectly menicured fingers as she lean on her chair back.
"I found out something so interesting,and guess what it is",mia smiled and Matt fumed in anger.
"Let me put it this way,",mia started smirking.
"You got married to the innocent woman for something, something you and I know very much about",mia smirked.
"Mia",matt said as he grit his teeth against each other angrily.
"I know you too well matt,I know you more than you know yourself",mia said blinking her eyes.
"Too bad Ashley did not know the man she got married to,too bad you lead her to her early grave,and too bad your yvonne doesn't know the type of man you are,how innocent",mia said her eyes holding resentment before blinking it away and putting on a tight smile.
"Stop being intrusive in my life mia,",matt said and she scoffed.
"Matt matt matt",she said as she laughed.
"Let me get one thing straight to you matt,and I will advice you to get this in your dumb skull",Mia said and she leaned closer to him.
"Read my lips carefully matt,",she started her eyes blazing.
"Don't you ever think of stabbing me in the back, because trust me I know all of your tactics and you won't want to be my enemy",mia said .
"Don't you ever think of betraying me ",she said before leaning back on her chair and starts to pack her things.
"I have something important to take care of ",she said standing as he stared at her speechlessly.
"I assume this meeting to be over",she said smiling sweetly at him before walking out of the restaurant.
Her heel making a click sound as she walk.
Matt stared at her retreating figure,his blood boiling.
The nerves of that woman.

Katherine groaned as she and Gio walked down the hallway in their school.
"Are you tired?",sergio asked smirking and she rolled her eyes making him to chuckle.
She lost rock paper scissors to sergio so she had to carry both their bags to school.
"Is a rock in your bag or what ?",she groaned and he laughed.
"Just my books,you would have been unconscious if a rock is in there",he taunted and she rolled her eyes before groaning tiredly.
As they made to turn to to their left,the way to their classroom,they bumped into someone.
Katherine smashed her head on the person's chest making her to stumble but sergio held her back from falling.
He help her in regaining her stand as she rub her head.
"Are you okay?",a guy voice was heard and the both looked up together.
"Are you okay?",the guy asked again.
" You should always watch where you are going guy", sergio said snapping angrily.
"Hey it is okay",kate said cushioning him.
"I am sorry",kate apologized to the guy whom she recognized to be one of the the guys in her class.
I think his name is Alfred,Alfred stones.
"Sorry ,I was not watching",he pleaded.
"No i am to be blamed ",kate apologized.
"Oh please,stop with the shifting of blame", Sergio whined and kate smacked his head playfully.
"Sorry once again katherine", Alfred said and her brows ceased.
"You knew my name ,?",she asked curiously.
"Yes,who wouldn't?",he said and she laughed.
"Hey Avalon", sergio said and walked towards a girl with blonde hair ,his girlfriend actually.
"Why are you with two bags ",Alfred asked and kate smiled.
She can't believe she is having a conversation with one of the hottest guy in her class.
"Yh,I lost a game,so i had to carry my brother's bag",kate said sarcastically.
Everyone knows of her and sergio being step siblings actually.
"Ohhhhh",he drawled and she chuckled.
"Heading to class?",she asked and he nodded.
"Yes",he answered.
"Maybe we can walk to class together",she said and he nodded positively.
"Sure",he answered and that was how she had a walk with Alfred stones..
