Jimeno made sure to get his friend into a cute fit, the green hoodie fit with a pair of grey sweatpants, the bandana helped to control his indomitable golden locks which flocked over his forehead almost covering his eyes.
He was proud of his work of art; however Teo felt a little odd, not because he disliked it, indeed he felt comfortable within it, but he expected something less cozy.
"You look great, bro. Just let it be, stop pulling at the hems" the shorter blonde held Teo's hand which was pulling the hoodie down a bit.
"But he won't see my figure with this" he pouted as he spoke.
"The goal is it's easy to take off so he could take a look without them. I'll call Jack. Stay put"
He warned his friend as he walked out to the balcony to invite his crush to tag along.
"Yeah, I will!"
He lied, as soon as Jimeno was out of sight he snuck into the closet to pull out a pair of green slacks and a tailored shirt along with a warm vest made out of wool for the cold night.
He rushed into the bathroom to get dressed, soon covering it up with the hoodie and sweatpants.
Meanwhile Jack picked up the call, leaving a frozen Jimeno on the balcony.
"Man you there?" Jack spoke through the phone.
"Yeah… um, I wanted to know if you were busy today"
He chuckled a little to ease off his nervousness.
"I have a meeting in the evening with the team, but right now I'm having brunch, what can I help you with?" He said as munching sounds followed after his reply.
Jimeno bit his lips as he tried to keep his thoughts pure thinking what things he would like his crush to help him with, "Sounds great. I- I mean Teo and I are going to the movies, would you like to join us?"
A loud gulp came through the line and Jimeno closed his eyes, the way it sent his mind into a whirlpool of thoughts was insane.
Jack answered once he swallowed whatever was stuck in his throat, "I'll get the car ready. What time is it?"
Jimeno's eyes widened as he wasn't expecting a fast answer, "3 pm." He said in a state of shock.
"Are you all at your place?"
The blonde shook his head, then remembered none could see him, "No, at Teo's place. I stayed over last night"
A hum sound came as an answer, although a bit retrained, "I'll get going then. I'll ring you one I arrive"
He didn't give Jimeno enough time to reply as the call got cut as soon as those words left his mouth.
He looked down at the device as he removed it from his ear, his eyes glistening when Teo called his name.
"Bro, would the suit shoes fit this?"
Jimeno snapped out of it when he thought about the damage he was going to cause.
"It's a hoodie, bro. A pair of sneakers or sport shoes will make it. "
Teo grinned devilishly, pretending to play fool as his friend rushed to his closet looking for fitting shoes.
"Goodness me! Don't you have less formal shoes? I guess a pair of slippers would do it" he said, tossing them at Teo's feet.
The latter scowled, "I'm not going to my date looking like I just got up from bed"
Jimeno smiled mischievously, "The trick is he sees what he's missing every morning he opens his eyes"
Teo blinked as he was wrapping his head around it, "what do you mean?"
Jimeno crossed his arms in disbelief, "Never mind.. guess this one fits as well" picking up brown casual shoes.
Teo shrugged his shoulders, putting them on as they kept polishing the details on how to strike the man in a single blow.
~Skip time: 1pm at the old town~
Josh bid farewell to the elders saying he would come back by the morning, they asked him to be careful on the road and he was free to call them if anything happened.
He reassured them he would if necessary to put them at ease.
The dark-haired male got onto the motorbike, positioning himself on top he fixed his helmet securing it on his head to keep full vision.
He kicked down with his right leg onto the brake pedal to turn on the engine, causing a roar.
Soon he held onto the front brake lever to position to stabilize the vehicle, pulling at the clutch lever once it was stable enough.
Leaving a slight curtain of dust as it rode towards the main road, he twisted onto the throttle to speed up once he reached it.
The engine roared louder the more he speeded up, his leather gloves holding onto the handle tightly twisting in some turns.
The sunlight hit on him, luckily he lent some clothes from his friend to cover himself from the intensity of it, although it wasn't his style as they were mostly leather and dark colored yet they were useful in some way doing their job.
The jacket was jet black with some silver metallic designs on the back as the zipper was, the pants were a bit loose as he was lean, however they gave enough room for certain body parts to breathe which he was thankful for.
The shirt was the one he was wearing underneath his uniform when he first arrived, it was a simple white shirt which matched perfectly with his whole attire.
From afar the sight of him riding the motorbike was intimidating as he was covered in leather, even though he could be if he wanted to for an entirely different reason he was nothing but a kind soul seeking out freedom.
The veins in his hands popped when he gripped the brake lever, pulling up at the parking lot in the mall.
He pulled down the kickstand on the side of the bike to keep it upright as he set his right foot on the ground.
Pulling the helmet off it head, he shook it a little to proceed to put it on the front of the bike.
He took a deep breath as he felt free, stretching out his legs as he got off the motorcycle, pulling out the keys from the ignition, pocketing them in the front pocket of the leather pants.
"Would he be inside already?" He pondered after stretching out his thick neck a bit to release tension, the sight of the man under such circumstances took some onlookers by surprise as they turned twice his way to double check on him as he looked more like a daydream than reality.
He didn't just steal the attention of women but men too and even though some walked right into a wall they still turned his way until he was out of sight vanishing through the sliding doors of the mall.
Minutes later a small automobile parked a lot apart from the bike, people still watching and commenting among themselves as they stared at the closed crystal gates.
"Did you see his face?"
"I bet he's a model"
"I don't care but I wouldn't mind to ride that"
A group of teenagers giggled as they talked not so far from the car, just at that moment Jimeno and Teo got out of the car.
"Did a celebrity come here?" The shorter asked, not expecting an answer to his curious question.
"Whoever this was they surely caused an uproar" Teo answered as Jack walked out of the driver seat, locking the vehicle.
"They can't be more famous than me," he said, putting on sunglasses over his facemask.
Jimeno chuckled, staring at his crush who was covered from head to toe, making his heart swell with fondness.
"We would never know if you keep hiding" he walked towards him grinning.
Jack put his hand on his waist laughing, "I won't risk it either. I just want to enjoy without getting chased around on my days off"
Jimeno smiled softly nodding at him whilst Teo felt like he was the one third wheeling them.
He coughed softly as he walked ahead of them towards the sliding door.
"The movie starts in 30 minutes and we still need to get tickets." He declared as the two males behind him nodded, pulling away from each other.
"I know you're impatient but it's not like he's here already"
Jimeno walked on his friend's right side, sliding an arm on his shoulders as he spoke whilst Jack walked on his right side fidgeting with his mobile.
"We don't know"
"Did y'all pick a movie already? There are good suggestions here" Jack said, scrolling through the screen.
"Rom coms, thriller, suspense and… not let's forget about that one" he said as a bloody movie cover jumped in between the broad variety of films.
This caught Jimeno's attention as he let go of his friend in the middle of the mall, turning to snatch Jack's mobile.
His eyes landed on the bloody cover grinning to himself whilst Jack tried to snatch it back.
"Gimme that back"
"Hey, what do you think about a horror movie, buddy?" Jimeno asked Teo whilst Jack wrapped his arms around him trying to fetch his mobile.
"I don't have a problem with them, but I haven't asked him about that" Teo spoke regarding Josh as they spoke a lot but what movie type they were into.
The short male handed it back to Jack who took it and pocketed it right after.
"Well said, so who is this friend of yours?"
The brunette asked when they retool their path towards the ticketing booth.
"Eh, he is- you see, he is-"
"Haven't you learnt to respect others' private life? He would tell us when he is ready" Jimeno interjected, smacking Jack's back, grinning as Teo let out a loud sigh.
Jack frowned as it really hurt but seeing his grin face stopped him from whining, "You saying that because he told you already"
Jimeno clicked his tongue out, "He's my bestie, did you expect anything less?"
"Then tell me. I won't tell anyone" Jack's curiosity was perking up.
"Be patient my little squirrel," he pinched his nose through his face mask making him laugh.
Teo pondered within himself as he saw them so cozy, /How come I never notice how close they are already? Was I blinded by love? Was it love or just an illusion?/ he chuckled to himself, seeing how they pulled each other's strings.
He was so distracted looking back he didn't notice a leather covered figure made his way towards him, wrapping his arms around his tiny waist startling him up.
