Lucio is a regressor and he regressed to his 6 year old self.

Oscuro is not just a game. It is actually a planet, but Lucio keeps the truth from everyone and introduces it as a game.

The mc will be a bit "ignorant" for the first few chapters due to a few reasons that will be mentioned in the required chapter but after a "slap-to-the-face" he gets a reality check. (Wait till chapter 35 to 40 I guess. Until then, it will be quite normal. More like the mc just wants to lead a normal life.)

If you feel like there are things that have not been explained or told, it's because they will be revealed in the future chapters. There a lot of history behind Lucio and telling it all in the starting chapters will literally make it an info dump. There's already a lot of info so I don't want more info here.
