George was supposed to attack Elena if she tried to escape when Scythe attacked.
That's why Scythe got mad when he saw Elena jumping away, and no one intercepted her when he broke through her shield.
But when he turned around, he was just as shocked as Elena.
Because George was still standing at the same place he stood earlier. The only difference is a sword tip protruding from his chest. A hand covered his face, making sure that he made no noise.
But when Elena and Scythe turned to look at George, the hand covering George's mouth removed itself.
"Cough, cough…" –George spit out a mouthful of blood before slowly turning his head.
A smiling face greeted him.
"Fuck… you…" –that's all George could utter before the light of his eyes died out.
Elena looked at the scene without saying anything.
Scythe, on the other hand, had a frown on his face.
