But Olen had already thought that a quick escape might not be an option. So, he kept his calm, seeing the reinforcement come.
The two knight-grade guards didn't have the guts to continue attacking Olen after seeing one of their own lying flat on the ground.
If they had any ranged-type attack method, they might have tried attacking. But unfortunately, they had none.
So when they saw Olen standing in one place, they thought it to be wise to just wait for others.
"So you are the rat that has been sneaking around." –Olen heard a man say.
Olen didn't need to turn to know who the person was, but he still did. It was the detection-type guard.
"You have quite the balls to infiltrate the royal palace during this turmoil. But your life would end here." –the man said.
Olen looked at the man from under the dark cloak.
