It took Olen about thirty minutes to reach the back of the royal palace, where the signal seemed to be coming from.
It took longer than what one would expect. But in his defense, he had to circle around the royal palace and he had to do it covertly. By covertly, it meant he and Maureen were always moving under the shadows of the buildings.
That meant they had to fly low. Flying high would expose them, and moving along the ground wasn't possible as many people were still outside after the incident.
But the problem was, when Olen reached the destination where he saw Monica's signature earlier, there was no one there.
Thinking they must have moved away, Olen quickly took out the tracking device. And before long, his face ashen.
The location shown in the device is now inside the royal palace.
This was too quick.
He didn't think that it would be this quick.
This rescue just got a whole lot harder.
