Jon knew he must have been stabbed. He quickly stepped away and turned to see who stabbed him.
And immediately, Jon's eyes went wide.
'This bastard...' –Jon cursed in his mind.
It wasn't a man that stabbed him. Instead, it was a corps. More specifically, it was Benny's corps. Jon could see the fresh blood sticking to the tip of Diamond Scorpion's stinger. Jon couldn't believe his eyes. He knew this Benny was crazy. But he didn't expect him to be this crazy.
However, it was partly Jon's own fault too. He overlooked an important detail when he killed Benny. He should've understood that something was not right when he saw Benny not transforming back even after he died.
He had turned his back to the enemy a bit too soon. Even though he had cut Benny, his body had its own reflexive actions.
In this case, the attack that got Jon was the Diamond Scorpion's passive skill, "Vengeance Strike".
