Jon was standing on the rooftop of the two-story building. Keeping an eye on the surroundings.
The amount of bugs is a lot more than they initially were.
Right now they looked like a pitch-black cloud behind the smoke layer.
The only thing that is separating them is the fire circle that is still going strong.
Jon was astonished. He didn't know there could be this many of them.
They don't have enough wood to last the whole night. And if the fire circle dims down they are going to be flooded with this swarm.
Thinking of the scene Jon couldn't help but get frightened a bit.
The men of this Villa are continuously running around because the very fire that is keeping them safe from the bugs is making it hard for them to live.
They are constantly pulling water from underground and keeping the edges of the fire wet. So the fire doesn't come near the main house.
