"Yes goddess, I completely understand," CC said in a very submissive tone as her face showed a massive amount of fear, Percy on the other hand had an interesting look on his face while a knowing grin spread across his face.
"You best understand! Or you will be the one turning into a pig for once Circe! An immortal one at that! I will keep tabs on him as well so don't go doing any stupid shit!" Ananke yelled as Circe seemed to shrink in her seat even more as all her golden blood seemed to drain from her body. With a small 'hmph' the tiny Ananke glared at the goddess before dissipating into a gust of wind, the letter even turned into ash as Circe was left drained of all energy in her seat.
"Let me guess… pig transformation magic is in the drink?" Percy couldn't help but ask with a grin as Circe slowly looked at him with a disheveled look.
"N-No…"
"So you won't mind if I-."
"PLEASE PUT DOWN THE DRINK! I BEG OF YOU!"
NOW: Several days later
THIRD PERSON POV:
"Tag! You're it!" A cry of joy filled the air as Zora yelled in delight and multiple giggles of joy could be heard. At this time a large group of children could be seen running around on a beach, yet if one looked carefully one could see that nearly the entire group was girls. There was only one boy among the huge group, the one boy being a panicked Ryder as he tried to chase down one of the girls to get rid of his tagged status.
To the side of the happy children was another interesting scene of two hearth goddesses happily grilling different foods on an outdoor grill. Both doing small happy dances and singing along to a radio in their matching striped swimsuits, Vesta was in charge of the many different kinds of meats while Hestia happily worked on the fragrant vegetables. While the goddesses worked on a meal, off to the other side of the playing rascals was a bunch of sun-tanning chairs that housed the rest of the group.
On one side were Tracy, Phoebe, Cally, and Cammy who were all currently lounging under the sun's warm rays of light with sunglasses to shield their eyes. All of them were currently sporting a bikini that helped their skin get the most contact with Apollo's rays of sun. If an ordinary man or even a woman had seen such a scene they wouldn't have been able to stop themselves from staring. Even the current guests on the island weren't doing any better as their eyes wandered to them.
"Can I pluck their eyes out?" Cammy casually asked as a hand reached up and swatted her shoulder lightly.
"No, leave them be. It isn't their fault, we are all simply too beautiful." Cally said with a soft and confident tone then adjusting herself a bit as her larger bosom bounced slightly causing Cammy herself to stare for a second.
Cally had acquired a bombshell of a perfect body on all points for any woman, her waist, hips, bosom, and even her legs and arms were all perfect. The bikini she was wearing only helped to make it even more pronounced, Artemis had even mentioned that Cally was even more stunning than most goddesses. To say the least, Cally was gorgeous, making her the receiver of the most stares while on the beach.
"I mean you're not wrong… I just can't help but feel annoyed with so many people staring at you." Cammy said in a quiet tone as Cally couldn't help but smile before her hand reached over and took Cammy's in hers.
"I understand your feelings but know that while they can stare all they want, they don't have the privilege of being able to taste such a fine meal like you do." Cally's sultry tone seemed to caress Cammy's ears as Cally's hand squeezed hers and the demigoddess blushed profusely.
"Mom, can you two please tone it down a bit? I know you two are in love and all that and love to flirt but please I beg of you stop before my ears start to bleed." Tracy suddenly begged out loud as Cally and Cammy froze for a second and blushed, they had forgotten they weren't alone.
"Only if you and Phoebe can do the same, don't think I didn't hear you talking to Phoebe about backing down from attacking the girls who stared at you. Not to mention those oh-so-sweet whispers you promised her at the end, what was it? Something about letting her do a thing she liked-"
"ENOUGH, I GET IT MOM! GEEZ! We both get it…" A profusely blushing Tracy yelled after sitting up from her seat as Cally glanced at her daughter before giving her a small grin. Tracy could only continue to blush before laying back down as she glanced at Phoebe who was fighting off a blush of her own as she was outed by her girlfriend's mother.
"Just remember to stay safe you two," Cammy added the cherry on top as Tracy and Phoebe groaned a little before blushing even more and shutting up. Off to the side, a certain goddess of marriage couldn't help but overhear the pair of love birds chatting at one another as a small smile played on her lips.
"Already planning out their weddings in your head are we?" A playful voice teased her as Hera jumped a bit, almost spilling her drink that used a pineapple as its glass. Hera quickly whipped her head around from her shaded lounging spot to see Zoe sipping on her drink with a mischievous smile playing on her lips. Even her sunglasses were down a little revealing her equally mischievous honey-brown eyes.
"Of course not… though I may have a few color schemes in mind for them," Hera said with a small blush as she was caught in the act of pre-planning as the girls like to call it.
"I thought we said no work while on vacation," Zoe said with a small pout as Hera just gave a soft sigh and took a long sip of her alcoholic beverage as a light tint of gold touched her cheeks. This gave the goddess an almost seductive look as Zoe couldn't help but stare a little as she felt her mouth grow a bit dry.
"It's not work if you enjoy it, besides didn't you ask if some of the flowers around the island would work with our wedding?" Hera teased the demi titan a little as Zoe was caught off guard and blushed a bit herself as she coughed a little.
"I-I-I mean they were beautiful flowers… also you said they would match!" Zoe said with a huff before puffing up her cheeks a little making Hera let out an adorable giggle as Zoe grew a bit more flustered.
"So what's next on your 5-page long itinerary?" Zoe asked as she tried to change the subject and calm her nerves a little as Hera seemed to go into a small work mode. In a quick moment, she pulled out a bundle of paper and flipped up her glasses as her soft brown eyes scanned through the paperwork. Her face even grew a bit more serious as another attractive side of Hera was revealed to Zoe.
"That would be the petting zoo, we still have a few hours before it opens though," Hera said in an informative tone as Zoe snapped out of her staring as she nodded. Her thoughts quickly adjusted to the thought of petting several of the fluffy animals promised in the information they received from the pamphlet and front desk.
"Mannn I just want to pet that baby cow already, it looks so soft." Zoe couldn't help but complain a little as a giggle to her side caused her to turn and look at Artemis who was enjoying her pineapple beverage.
"I think you mean mofu mofu." She said while sipping from her drink a little as Zoe just rolled her eyes at her goddess. Ever since Tracy had brought the term mofu mofu to the hunt even Artemis had used it several times. Though it was more of an inside joke with the whole hunt.
"Oh, I can think of something or rather… Someone that is mofu mofu." Zoe suddenly said in a certain tone of voice that caused the silver goddess in her light blue swim cover-up to blush deeply and cough lightly.
"We are in public." Artemis hissed under her breath while Zoe just smirked a little as Artemis seemed to glare and blush at the demi titan.
"We can easily change that my little moonbeam." Zoe continued to lay the moves on Artemis as the goddess easily fell into a blushing mess. Yet a sudden light hand chop to Zoe's head made her stop as Artemis pulled back her hand and Zoe giggled a little. Seeing the games were over for now Artemis sighed and took another sip of her drink before her eyes sparkled a little.
"I am more excited about the hike around the island though, I wonder what kind of animals live here," Artemis said with a bit of excitement to her tone as her feet happily wiggled in place, Hera and Zoe both suddenly felt like Artemis wasn't in it to simply see the animals.
"You can't hunt down any of the animals they have here my little goddess, it says it right in the information booklet," Hera mentioned offhand as Artemis pursed her lips together and seemed to pout a bit at her words.
"H-How rude of you to assume I was going to hunt them. I was only going to look, I swear." She said with a huff as Zoe raised an eyebrow at her childish antics.
"The last time you said that you tried to hunt down a silverback gorilla, the poor thing was traumatized after your knife came so close to cutting it that it shaved its head. It was lucky I made the choice to tackle you at that time, that poor beast." Zoe said with a sigh as Artemis seemed to sulk from her words, Hera couldn't help but stare at the goddess of the hunt due to this new information.
"Did you go out of the country for this?" Hera couldn't help but ask as Artemis froze under her questions. Soon a cold sweat began to pour down her back as she let out a nervous laugh as Hera's eyes widened immensely. She almost seemed to yell something but caught her tongue as she let out a frustrated sigh as her soft brown eyes turned firm for a moment.
"You know you're supposed to inform the council if you ever leave the country Artemis, you could have been gravely injured by another god and we would have never known," Hera said in a tone that was like a concerned but frustrated mother as Artemis seemed to shrivel up under her gaze.
"I-I had Zoe with me…" Artemis said as Zoe also quickly fell victim to Hera's gaze, soon words of worry and slight anger started to fall from her mouth as both goddess and demi-titan started to receive an earful from Hera. Everyone beside them couldn't help but glance at the trio before turning away and minding their own business. Especially Hestia and Vesta who also started to have a cold sweat pour down their backs, to say the least, they had also partaken in out-of-the-country events without informing the council before.
"Your family and lovers are quite interesting." A woman said with a chuckle to Percy as the two sat not too far away from the group on some rocks that let their feet dangle in the water.
"That they are indeed, it makes me love them more each and every day. I am happy you all got along though and you were able to meet them. I thought for sure Hera, Zoe, and Artemis were going to faint when they did though haha." Percy said with a small laugh as he thought back to the scene of the three freezing in place as the woman introduced herself to them. Surprisingly Hestia and Vesta took the introduction in stride and happily had a conversation with her as the other three recovered.
"That is also true, it is not every day you get to meet a primordial." She said with a hint of pride as she flipped back her long blue hair with a light 'hmph'. Percy forced himself to not roll his eyes and tell her that technically he was a being above a primordial, but he held back to give his older sister a bit of face.
"So have you and mom talked at all?" Percy asked as the woman's face seemed to darken a bit as her eyes glanced at Cally who was still sunbathing quietly.
"We both agreed that right now wouldn't be a good time. She promised we would have a chat in a few days. So that both of us can straighten out our thoughts." She said with a light sigh as Percy nodded, Cally was not Sally or Chaos, while her personality was a fusion of the both she was not truly either of them. It made it tough for some things and currently, Percy's sister seemed to want to do one thing to protect Cally while Cally had another idea.
"I'm sure you two will work it out and besides you and I have the whole week to relax and figure anything out that we need to before training fully starts and I inherit your portion of the domain of the sea. Isn't that right Thalassa?" Percy questioned the primordial beside him as the woman's deep dark blue eyes glanced at him as a small smile graced her lips.
Finding out that Thalassa was part of his training stunned Percy so much that Thalassa had to lightly hit him on the head to bring him back. It eventually made sense to him though, Pontus and her both shared the domain of the sea. For him to acquire the remaining parts he would have needed to meet her, still this was the second time he had seen a living primordial in the flesh. To say the least, Percy had hugged his sister and cried on her shoulder and she did the very same on his own.
"You are right, little bro." She said with a laugh and patted his back, nearly causing him to fall off the rock, before standing up from her rock and stretching.
Soon the primordial goddess stood at her full 7-foot tall height, towering over everyone else on the beach with her impressive stature. Yet even with her tallness she still had a beauty that was undeniably the most stunning on the beach. Even Cally and Hera would have to take a loss if they compared themselves to her divine proportions, incredible bust, and delicate curves. Her appearance was another story as she had a very adventurous and sporty appearance and her Greek and Australian-like features only added to her already outstanding looks.
What made it even worse was the surfing suit she wore that only accentuated her figure even more as it hugged her body as tightly as it could. Revealing all the seductive curves that would turn heads so fast people might snap their necks. A fitting appearance for a daughter of Chaos. Thankfully the goddess had placed mist on herself to downplay her presence and features so she wasn't constantly stared at.
"For now pick back up your board, I'm not done kicking your ass at surfing yet." She said with a childish smile that only made Percy sigh. Yet he picked up the board that had been kindly given to him by Thalassa, and a grin slowly spread across his face as he matched her gaze. Even though Thalassa was probably one of the most beautiful women Percy had ever seen, more so than even Aphrodite's true form, he found himself seemingly unaffected by her looks.
"You are so going down you don't even know it yet," Percy said with a huge amount of confidence causing the primordial to scoff at him. The two of them then started to run across the water towards the waves that were forming perfect tunnels not too far away from the beach.
Soon the two could be seen surfing across the water while performing difficult and complex maneuvers with ease. Each of them let the ocean waves flow on its own without using any of their powers, even then both were performing flawless maneuvers as they glided across the water. Percy and Thalassa had both long caught the attention of the beachgoers as they seemed to dance while surfing.
"You're getting better!" Thalassa yelled at Percy as they both crossed paths yet again, Percy just eyed her and gave her a grin as he shot toward the top of the wave. In a split second, he shot up high into the air nearly 20 feet while spinning before landing back on the wave. This earned a roar of cheers from the many people watching, the loudest easily being Vesta as she screamed in delight as Percy showed off.
"YEAH! Kick her butt babe!" Vesta's screams filled the air, in return Hestia's face blushed as her Roman half waved her hands in the air in delight.
"V-Vesta!" Hestia begged as Vesta gave her a grin.
"What? I'm just screaming what your brain was cooking up," The Roman goddess said as Hestia's face turned pure gold in embarrassment. Vesta may have been right but she didn't need to say it out loud!
"Go Thalassa! You got this girl!" Artemis couldn't help but join in the excitement though her cheer brought a few curious glances her way as the goddess blushed gold a little. Seeing all her lovers looking at her she cleared her throat a bit.
"W-What? Not everyone can cheer for the same person or it wouldn't be fun." She quickly explained with nervous silver eyes, a second later Hera couldn't help but snicker a little before a smile adored her face.
"Show Percy who is boss!" Hera yelled as loud as she could while her face was covered in a golden hue, she couldn't believe she just yelled that.
"Haha! Guess I have to show you up now!" Thalassa yelled at Percy as he rolled his eyes, a second later Thalassa performed the same move Percy just had. Yet she managed to add several more spins and even got to the height of 25 feet and completed the move with an effortless landing.
"YYYYEEEAAAAHHHH!" A round of cheers erupted from shore again as Percy pursed his lips a little. Thalassa was a bit too outstanding at surfing for him to catch up to her even with his several years of practice. Even if he had pure natural talent at it because of his bloodline he was still no match for her.
LINEBREAK: a few days later
"Welcome! Welcome! Please make yourself at home, feel free to sit anywhere you want. I left out some of my favorite snacks so please feel free to dive in!" Thalassa said with a bit of excitement as a nervous Hera, Hestia, Artemis, Vesta, and Zoe all funneled into the primordial's humble abode.
It had turned out that Thalassa had built herself a full house on CC's island long before it was any form of a spa and resort. Her home was currently carved into part of a mountain just like Circe's office but it was nearly 10 times the size. Even with its impressive size, it was perfectly merged into the mountain and nature itself. Had any children of Athena or the goddess herself been present they would have been going crazy at such amazing architecture.
"Thank you for having us over, I must say this is a lovely home. I also brought a few snacks." Hestia said after handing Thalassa a goody bag of food before looking around at the beautiful architecture that outmatched even Olympus itself. Her home was also littered with ancient murals and items that seemed pulled right out of a museum, each older than the last and seemed to draw the attention of a certain Queen.
"Oh my goodness! Is this one of the robes from one of my high priestesses back in ancient Greece?" Hera asked in a very surprised voice as she looked at a mannequin that currently sported said high priestess gown. Thalassa simply laughed as she turned to the amazed goddess who had broken her normally calm and noble exterior.
"I enjoyed the design you chose for them back then so I had to snag myself one of them, I even managed to preserve it with some magic so it should be almost brand new." She said with a hint of confidence as Hera couldn't help but let her jaw drop at the primordial's words. Even Hera herself had barely managed to hang onto an original that was a lot more worn than the one Thalassa had.
"This place is amazing, it is like I'm traveling through time again," Zoe said with a mysterious light in her eyes looking around the home. At the same time, everyone else was doing the same as they admired Thalassa's huge collection of times that filled the humongous house that had a 30-foot tall ceiling and large open scheme to it. They hadn't even made it to any side rooms yet, only the living room and kitchen area.
"Thank you, I take pride in my collection. Most of my siblings are minimalists by my standards but I can't help but keep things I like or find fascinating." Thalassa said before a hint of sorrow flashed in her eyes, it was only for a moment before it disappeared and the grinning primordial was back.
"So, you all must be wondering why I asked you all to come here," Thalassa said as everyone turned to her and couldn't help but nod at the primordial smile and quickly ran to a room before coming back a moment later with shopping bags in her arms. They couldn't help but give Thalassa a curious look as she set down the bags and her smile widened immensely.
"I have prepared a little gift for everyone, so find your bag and go get dressed in any room. We are having a girls-only slumber party!" She said with open arms, everyone simply blinked in surprise as the room grew quiet. Had anyone told them that they were going to be having a sleepover with a primordial of the sea this week they wouldn't have believed them. Regardless of their situation, a laugh could be heard as Vesta grabbed Hera's hand and rushed forward and grabbed their two bags.
"Hehe, I'm going to help Hera change!" Vesta said with a scheming smile as she pulled Hera forward the goddess of family gave an embarrassed cry. In a single moment, the two disappeared into a hallway leaving the others blinking in surprise.
"I'm going to go save Hera," Hestia said with a sigh before grabbing her bag and marching after her Roman half. Just as she opened the door an embarrassed cry of Hera escaped the room followed by Vesta's voice.
"How is your skin so smooth? This is unfair!" Vesta's voice filled the house causing the others to blush at the queen's voice. Unknown to them Vesta was simply feeling up Hera's leg, yet the sounds Hera was making suggested otherwise.
"Hands off the queen you villain!" Hestia shouted as she charged into the room quickly. Vesta's cry rang out only to be cut off by the closing of a door as the rest of the house went quiet again. Thalassa couldn't help but let out a laugh from the small scene as Zoe joined her.
"We should get changed as well, it sounds like a fun night is only beginning," Artemis said with a grin as she fought off her laughter, quickly grabbing both her and Zoe's bags as Zoe smiled at Thalassa.
The two then rushed off to another room leaving the primordial alone, Thalassa laughed a bit more before catching her breath and going to her room to get dressed. Soon several women had gathered inside the large living room yet again, this time the room was decorated with fluffy pillows and bowls of snacks. Currently, each woman wore the finest set of pajama pants and shirts that seemed to exist on earth, each with their own unique design befitting their unique style.
Hera's set was colored lavender purple with little cartoon peacocks decorating it, Artemis' set was a cool blue-silver color with a mix of cartoon moons and jackalopes, and Zoe's was a gray-silver that had cartoon huntresses and small nightshade flowers. Hestia and Vesta on the other hand both shared a similar set of pajamas both were a mix of fire red and sunset orange. Completing Hestia's set had cartoon flames with funny and cute faces while Vesta's set had the same flames but with mischievous faces.
"So how did Percy take the news about me asking only you all over for the night?" Thalassa couldn't help but ask as Artemis laughed as she munched on a few grapes.
"He seemed a little curious about what your plans were but didn't seem worried. If anything Zora and Ryder had more questions than he did, each of them even wanted to tag along and nearly threw a tantrum when we told them it was adults only. Percy managed to talk them down and told them they would have a sleepover with them, even going so far as to build a pillow fort." She explained as Thalassa gave a soft laugh as she imagined the scene.
"They're lucky they didn't throw an actual tantrum otherwise their little butts would be red right now," Zoe added with a huff as Hestia eyed the huntress a little before looking at the amused primordial.
"Zoe talks a big game but she has only ever spanked them both two times, Percy is the one who does most of it. Thankfully ever since they turned 7 this year they have been much better behaved." She commented with a slight smile as Zoe coughed a little at Hestia's little jab towards her.
"Oh? Were they bad-behaved when they were younger?" Thalassa couldn't help but ask as Zoe, Hestia, and Vesta all heaved a huge regret-filled sigh. Each looking at one another and then the curious crowd of Artemis, Hera, and Thalassa.
"To say the least, Zora was a firecracker with a short fuse and was constantly getting in trouble. There was even a time that girl got spanked each week for a few months. Though Hestia has always been one against punishments, those simply didn't work on Zora for big punishments, so her punishment was always spanking and it has worked fairly well. Ryder on the other hand… is the opposite of his sister but still gets in a fair amount of trouble."
"He simply has a much longer fuse than his sister but his tantrums are 10 times worse. Yet it is the opposite for him with a punishment, while he doesn't like spanking it is Hestia's punishment that he fears the most." Vesta explained as Artemis gave a nod while Hera and Thalassa blinked in surprise.
"What is your punishment style?" Thalassa couldn't help but ask as Hestia gave a straight look towards the primordial and Hera who looked at her curiously. Artemis on the other hand appeared to shiver a little thinking of said punishment, several times in the past she had fallen victim to Hestia's punishment.
"I simply make them write out a letter of what they did and explain it to me. If I don't like what they wrote I will make them do it again until I feel they have learned their lesson." The goddess of the hearth simply stated as Thalassa tilted her head a little in confusion.
"That doesn't seem so bad." She commented as Artemis scoffed and spoke.
"You simply haven't had to write that letter, when I was under that punishment she made me write a book-sized letter and even research a bit to make my letter better. It took me 4 weeks before she forgave me!" Artemis said while Hestia eyed the moon goddess.
"You shouldn't have torn up the flowers and plants in my garden then, some of them are very hard to come by." She said in a matter-of-fact tone as Artemis seemed to shrink a bit under the hearth goddess' firm gaze. At the same time Thalassa, Vesta, and Zoe shared a small giggle causing Artemis to blush a bit. Hera on the other hand seemed to be holding in her laughter as she tried to save her love some face.
"T-This was a millennium ago and I even gave you double the plants, but aren't we getting off-topic? Thalassa, I feel like you called us here not simply to hang out at a slumber party. Is there something you wanted to talk with us about?" Artemis asked as Thalassa simply smiled and nodded.
"You caught me, little moon goddess, you see Percy was sent here to train and obtain the second fragment of the domain of the sea which is my portion. I am here to help train him on that and to help him acquire it as fast as I can." She explained as everyone nodded, this had already been explained to them after they had recovered from the shock of meeting her the first time.
"I feel like there is more coming," Zoe said as Thalassa nodded her eyes grew a bit firmer as everyone sensed her mood shift a little.
"You are correct sister in law, I am also here to teach all of you some very important information that has to do with the whole harem. Ananke specifically asked me to go over it all with you in person since it is so important. It has to do with the river of love and the future changes that it will have on you." She explained in a serious tone causing the room to grow a bit tense.
"Hera I assume everything has been explained to you about the river of love and everything? I know you are the newest I just wanted to make sure." Thalassa said as Hera nodded as did the other girls, they had already given Hera a thorough explanation of everything.
"Excellent that will make this a bit easier then, to start off we will talk about your tattoos and what they exactly do," Thalassa said as everyone nodded but Hera seemed to shift a bit as Thalassa picked up on the queen's movements.
"Is something wrong Hera?" She asked as the goddess met her eyes and everyone else's as she shuffled a bit more before sighing.
"I just… haven't discovered mine yet like the others. I'm not sure if that matters or not." Hera said with a slightly worried tone as Thalassa blinked in surprise. Though it didn't matter since it was bound to pop up eventually it seemed this little goddess was feeling a bit left out.
"Seems like someone is feeling left out." Vesta chimed in with a slight grin as Hera blushed a bit but didn't say another word. This was something that had been worrying Hera for a bit.
"Vesta play nice. It technically doesn't matter if you have the tattoo or not, but if you are worried we can help you manifest it. It is very simple to do actually, all you have to do is find your connection with everyone through the river of love and pour your feelings into it." Thalassa said as Hera gave a soft nod before closing her eyes and focusing.
Images started to pass through her mind as she focused on the connection she felt with the others, her emotions then began to stir as memories seemed to come up in her mind. The time she had spent in the harem was probably the happiest time she had felt in the last millennium. Even though it had been less than a year she was confident she had smiled more now than she had in her entire life. She was also sure her hand had been squeezed and held even more so, not to mention a few playful kisses from certain goddesses.
Hestia was so warm and kind to her in every way possible, constantly offering up the warmest hugs, cuddles, and forehead kisses to Hera. Hestia had even started to help her out on Olympus with work and at the same time discovered a fond habit of napping together while lightly cuddling. Vesta was always teasing her with her adorable smirk and giggles all to make Hera blush, yet Vesta was also just as kind and warm as Hestia was to her. The little Roman goddess would always be there with Hestia helping her with work but also keeping tabs on Juno to make sure her Roman half was happy. Her relationship with both Hearth goddesses could be said to be improving daily.
Zoe was just like Vesta with her teasing but much more caring, always holding her hand when they went out on small dates together when all 3 children were together. But one of Zoe's favorite things was to simply make Hera lunches with a little note inside. Sometimes the notes were cheerful and adorable while others were so naughty that it caused Hera to turn pure gold and nearly drop her lunch. Artemis treated her just like a newlyweds in a sense, always sneakily planting a kiss on her cheek right before she left for the day.
Or sneakily coming to her side and interlinking her fingers with Hera's, the little goddess of the hunt was so shy about doing things it made Hera want to gobble her up again. Lastly was Percy… the boy was so many things around her, he was calm, collected, cool, handsome, goofy, silly, and so many more. He never pushed his bounds with her, if he ever took a risk it was never too much and always just the right amount that made her feel… safe for the first time in a long time.
His love was almost infectious in a way, it was even more so when he was with the whole harem.
Those firm hugs that made her heart flutter and want to hug a bit more, those sly winks he would throw her way to make her lose composure, and even simply holding hands on occasion. Her hand was so small inside of his that she simply couldn't help but compare it and sometimes find herself wanting that calloused hand to be in hers again. Or maybe… how his lips would feel on hers.
So many happy emotions coursed through Hera that it made her heart feel like it was on cloud nine. For the first time in a long time, she felt loved. Nothing with Zeus could ever compare to this part of her life. For the first time in a while Hera took a look at her life as her emotions grew Hera felt happy tears flood from her eyes. Her connection with the others seemed to strengthen immensely as happiness radiated from her, at the same time the others felt her emotions through their bond as well.
"Thank you all," Hera suddenly said in a happy tone while wiping some tears from her eyes as the others teared up a bit as well. Those small words carried more than one meaning as the others smiled and even gave soft loving laughs in return. Even Thalassa teared up a little as she sensed the love and happiness carried in those words towards the others.
"It seems you have succeeded," Thalassa said with a smile as Hera blinked in confusion before realizing why she had gotten to such a state of emotion in the first place. Quickly looking around her body Hera couldn't find anything as Thalassa gave a soft laugh Hera grew a bit confused.
"Is it on my back?" Hera asked running her hands across her back but unable to feel anything as she grew a bit frustrated. That was when she noticed Artemis and the others now having a bit of an embarrassed face.
"What?" She couldn't help but ask them as they glanced at one another before eyeing Artemis who coughed a bit as her blush grew.
"Your tattoo is on your back… but the spot is risky so to speak." She said with a blush as Hera grew even more confused. What did she mean by risky?
"It is better to just show her," Thalassa said while waving her hand and a full body three-sided mirror appeared before her. Quickly Hera stood up in front of it before looking at her back when her face suddenly went pure gold.
"W-Why is it in such a place!?" Hera yelled to nobody specific as she looked at the glowing spot that was shining through her pajamas that was right above her butt. She didn't stop there as she quickly rearranged her clothes and exposed her shapely back to reveal the tattoo. It was that of a peacock with a stunning jeweled crown on its head, with its stunning feathers in full bloom. The actual location was right on her lower back just above her butt and right between her lower back dimples.
"Can I move it?" Hera asked Thalassa, the primordial simply shook her head as Hera's face turned a shade whiter. Seeming to lose all motivation to stand, Hera crumpled to the ground and the mirror disappeared, her face full of embarrassment and worry at the same time.
"I- I actually like that spot on you a little," Artemis said with a light cough at the end as Hera looked up at the goddess.
"Pervy," Zoe said while giving Artemis a knowing look and a small grin as both goddesses couldn't help but blush more from her words.
"Don't be too worried Hera, the tattoo can be hidden with ease nobody but us will know," Hestia said while reaching over and rubbing Hera's back a little. In that instant Hera's worry lessened by half as she let out a deep sigh.
"I guess it can't be helped… please don't tell Percy for now, I would die of embarrassment if you did," Hera suddenly begged as everyone simply nodded, understanding her reason for pleading with them. Clearly, such a location for a tattoo was a bit much, it was almost like a tramp stamp. Though beautiful it was poorly placed and Hera willed the new addition to her skin away, though she knew she would have to show Percy eventually her heart simply wasn't ready right now.
"Thank you… I'm sorry to interrupt your explanation Thalassa." Hera said as Thalassa gave a laugh and shook her head as everyone settled down from Hera's little show.
"No worries, I am happy we managed to find your tattoo. For now, though I think I should continue with the talk. So as you all know your tattoos are a manifestation of your connection with Percy and each other, and they help you grow more powerful than you ever would. What you might not know is that they even go so far as unlocking your gene potential so that your limits nearly disappear, be it godly or mortal it works for both." Thalassa said as everyone blinked in surprise.
"So if even I were to keep training I could still grow stronger?" Hestia asked as Thalassa nodded and everyone's eyes widened.
"That seems kinda broken if you ask me," Artemis said as Thalssa gave a small shrug.
"If you think about it, it makes sense. Percy is a demi-creator and his potential is limitless. Given enough time I am sure that he may even surpass even the level Chaos achieved. Because of that and how the river of love works the tattoos were born, it cannot have such strong beings' soulmates be incredibly weaker than them. So the gift of growth is bestowed upon you so that your potential is nearly the same as his, probably a couple of steps down but still close." Thalassa said before pausing to let them all digest the more detailed information.
"Right now though you probably don't see many effects other than the main power boost it gives you when you fully activate the tattoos. This function is a life-saving mechanism in a sense to help the lover obtain power beyond their normal limits to help them survive. This can also be trained so that the boost becomes bigger or you lower it a bit so that it becomes more of a permanent battle mode. You must train your body to withstand the backlash of the boost regardless though." She began to add more to the pile of information when Zoe suddenly raised her hand as Thalassa pointed at her.
"I know that all of us have tattoos but what about Percy? I haven't seen any on his body." Zoe couldn't help but ask as Thalassa's eyes sparkled a little at her question.
"He does have one I assure you but it is hidden for the time being, once all of the soulmates gather it will officially show itself. Until then you are all left taking bets on where it will show up and what it will look like. My guess is right on one of his buttcheeks." Thalassa said with a giggle causing the others to laugh a little along with her, after the laughing stopped Thalassa straightened her back a bit.
"There are a few more things I should mention, one being a little side effect of the tattoos and your unlimited growth." She said as everyone focused on her once again.
"The first thing is something called a Goddess Crown, they are floating crowns, halos, circlets, or just about anything that represents you the best. Zoe was the first to manifest a partial one. I believe you may have noticed it in your fight with the boy Luke?" Thalassa said as Zoe nodded remembering the beautiful-looking circlet that had appeared above her head.
"This is the side effect I was speaking about because your growth is now greatly enhanced. You may find yourself delving into other rivers and understanding them. Such as Hestia's fire powers may grow more because of her connection with the river of flames, or maybe Hera may find herself connecting more with the river of familial bonds. It all depends on who you are and where your growth takes you. If you show an outstanding amount of promise in that river though, the river will make you a representative of itself."
"In doing so you will be crowned a Queen or King depending on your gender. Once crowned you will experience a huge boost in power, talent with that specific subject, and general growth. Zoe showed such promise she was almost crowned by the river of strength but it was stopped by the river of love. It is a bit cheesy to say, but Ananke and I believe the river is waiting until Percy himself is crowned a King of a river." She said as shock ran through the room, soon all eyes landed on Zoe as surprise overtook all her other emotions.
"That's… awesome! I don't even mind if I have to wait, that is so cool!" Zoe couldn't help but yell in delight as her honey-brown eyes sparkled, her mind racing over her future prospects.
"I wonder what my river will be…" Artemis couldn't help but murmur to herself.
"Fire is so lame, I want the River of Inferno to crown this goddess," Vesta said with a huff as Hestia rolled her eyes a little.
"You and your flames, why not wish for something with a deeper meaning like the river of comfort?" She chastised her other half as Vesta just huffed a little bit.
"I hope the crown is very appealing to the eyes, I don't want a flashy one. Maybe something simple and elegant?" Hera couldn't help but talk to herself as well as Thalassa looked at the gossiping women as the corner of her mouth twitched a little, she didn't expect them to adapt so quickly to the information.
"I wonder what Percy's crown will look like," Zoe suddenly said as all eyes turned to her, the image of an older Percy who had a magical floating crown above his head appeared in their minds. Each crown was a bit different in their minds but unknowingly each had somehow pictured the same extremely handsome Percy who was somehow shirtless. With such an image in their minds, they all blushed at the same time and pushed the image to the back of their minds for safekeeping.
"Before you all get too lost in your daydreaming there is one more thing I want to talk about," Thalassa said as all the women gathered themselves once more, some of them giving small coughs to get rid themselves of the blush on their faces.
"The last thing is a more unique feature of the tattoos or river or love and how your growth is attached to them. Though… it is a bit more interesting so to speak." Thalassa started before a small tinge of gold touched her cheeks. Seeing her reaction the others couldn't help but wonder just what this feature was.
"Okay… there is no good way to say this so I will get it over with. Essentially the more of Percy's 'essence' you ingest or take in the more it helps your growth and such. It is simply because of the river of love and how it works, a small gift for happy couples so to speak." Thalassa said with burning cheeks of embarrassment.
Zoe, Hestia, and Vesta instantly understood the topic at hand and their faces were soon completely covered with a blush. Steam even began to roll off Hestia and Vesta as all of them thought back to many nights they had vigorously consumed Percy's 'essence'. It took Artemis a few seconds after them for her to realize it as well and her face turned pure gold. Just the thought of doing such a thing was almost too much as her blush could only grow.
"Essence? Do you mean like blood? Or his magic?" Hera suddenly asked as everyone including Thalassa froze at her question as the queen of the gods gave a slightly confused look. Seeing everyone's reactions grew a bit more confused until she saw Zoe give her a small wave to come closer. Compiling to her wishes Hera scooted a bit closer, Zoe then leaned in and whispered into the goddess' ear. In a single whisper, Hera's body froze as a gold blush went from her neck to the tip of her forehead.
"Please kill me," Hera begged in an embarrassed squeak of a voice, in turn, everyone couldn't help but purse their lips together and try not to laugh. But the mixture of embarrassment and Hera's squeak proved to be too much, with one slip up from Artemis the whole room burst into laughter as Hera let out a cry of embarrassment.
PERCY POV:
Zora and Ryder had fallen asleep in their blanket and pillow fort aka 'Fort Mega Awesome' so I decided to go for a little stroll. After making sure I left a note for the twins, just in case they woke up, I left the room and started to walk with no destination in mind. The resort had started its nightlife now as a few bars had opened up for the older visitors and a few dance floors had done the same. I simply avoided all the commotion and decided to go towards the beach as I relished the feel of the cool sand beneath my feet.
"Seems like whatever the girls are doing is pretty lively," I murmured to myself as I picked up on multiple excited, embarrassed, loving, slightly distressed, and many more emotions from them as I softly chuckled to myself.
"What do you two think they are talking about?" I couldn't help but ask the two eavesdropping voices in my head.
'My guess is it is a general get-together for the girls, Thalassa seemed a bit lonely in her own right and this is a great way to bond with her multiple future sister-in-laws.' Barbatos spoke and I couldn't help but agree, I had also sensed the loneliness that Thalassa occasionally gave off. I then planned to come here to visit or have her visit whenever she wanted.
'My guess is they are sharing stories about you while playing truth or dare.' Alpha said as I let out a laugh imagining them all playing such a game. The last time we had it had gotten a bit… risky with Vesta throwing dares my way. If they were playing they would have to rein in the fiery little goddess.
"Truth and dare? That sounds plausible." I said as my eyes stared at the water silently lapping at the shore, my mind seeming to wander a bit as I took a few deep breaths and took a moment for myself. I wasn't sure why but I started to think back a bit, everything that had happened and all I had been through. There were so many amazing things that happened to me and changed my life forever, the most important ones being the twins, Hestia, Vesta, Zoe, Artemis, and Hera. As well as saving Mom from the brink of fading, even simply having Tracy in my life to liven it up.
At the same time, many awful things had come and changed my life just the same. Like the rising of the Titans, finding out how Poseidon felt about me, anything to do with Zeus and his tyranny, losing my family to Abyss, and so much more. Soon thoughts of the ever-looming threat of Abyss stayed in my mind, even simply thinking his name made my blood boil in anger. All I knew was that I was on a countdown until he got here in about 30 years or so and I needed to be ready.
I needed as much power as I could get before then and nothing would stop me from obtaining it. I swore on my essence that if he so much as harmed anymore of my family or loved ones he would wish he never existed.
'Hey boss, you are gonna cause a scene if you keep letting out this much killing intent and aura.' Alpha said as I snapped out of my thoughts and noticed a dark black aura cascading off me that flattened the beach around me for a good 50 feet. I quickly took back my aura and let out a frustrated breath and ran a hand through my hair. Thinking about Abyss or Zeus always made me incredibly frustrated, all I could do was take a few more deep breaths and relax a bit.
*Cough* *Cough*
Just as I was trying to relax though the sound of someone coughing and a bit of splashing caught my attention as I followed the sound. Tracking down the location of the sounds with my indomitable hearing I soon found myself at a rocky part of the beach where one couldn't enter and see all of the parts of the beach due to the size of the rocks. Making my way closer to the noise I had to walk around a few large rocks before finally coming upon the source of the noise.
*COUGH* *COUGH*
Currently on her hands and knees was a teenage girl trying to clear all the water from her lungs after what I assumed was a near drowning. She seemed to be wearing a normal set of denim pants, a yellow shirt with Japanese lettering right beside a cartoon character, and black shoes. To complete her image was her semi-long raven black hair that messily hung down from her head. Before I could get too close though the girl seemed to hack a few more times before swaying to the side and collapsing on the beach.
Instantly I moved faster to make sure she was alright to thankfully find her breathing but not very well. Summoning my powers over water I could instantly feel water deep inside her lungs as I frowned a bit, there was far more than there should have been. Quickly I used my powers to grab hold of the water inside her lungs and delicately pull it out from inside her. As I did a small stream of water floated out from her mouth as I gathered the water to the side. After a little less than a minute I sighed in relief as the last of the water existed in her lungs, and with that, her breathing had now steadied.
"You are lucky I was here or else you would have drowned," I said but only then realized she was completely unconscious as I couldn't help but huff a little, feeling a bit embarrassed by my own words I laid her back down on the beach as I finally got a good look at her.
Her features were the definition of a stunning youthful Japanese beauty with a small nose, thin lips, a delicate and narrow jaw, as well as large eyes. Her frame was also slim but not skinny while having a few curves to her delicate frame, she also appeared to be about 15 or 16, I wasn't sure though. As I observed her though I could also feel a very distinct presence from her that made me raise an eyebrow. I honestly had to do a double-take as I tried to decipher the otherworldly presence she was giving off.
'She is a demigod but not a Greek or Roman one.' Barbatos said as I nodded in agreement, before activating my eyes of Creation to get a bit more details from her.

"Well I'll be damned, this got a bit more interesting," I said with a curious gaze at the information box that floated in front of me. Whatever this spell was that had been cast on this girl was beyond even my level of power. My curiosity only seemed to grow as I looked down at the passed-out and soaked girl as my thoughts fell into place.
'So what are you going to do boss?' Alpha asked as I pursed my lips as I contemplated my next decision, did I really want to be caught up in the storm that this special little girl was bringing with her?
"Well… for now let's get her to the resort, I am sure Circe will be more than accommodating to a poor soul who washed up on her shores," I said with a sigh before slightly grinning as I imagined Circe's scrunched up smile as I asked for yet another free room. Nothing like the looming threat of two primordials to make someone do your bidding for you. I would call this karma to Circe after almost turning me into a pig. Now that I think about it, I shouldn't have been the only man to show up here, yet I haven't seen a single pig…
'Master?' Barbatos' voice shook me out of my thoughts as I pushed aside that thought for the moment. Quickly I scooped up the dainty girl in my arms princess style and started on my way right to hopefully wake up a sleeping Circe.
