In bed, Lu Zhao gently held Luo Ying in his arms.
The room fell silent for a moment.
"You shouldn't always bear everything on your own in the future," Lu Zhao said.
He looked at Luo Ying's slightly red and swollen cheek and felt very distressed.
"You too. But what did you say to Lin Su today?" Luo Ying was a little curious.
"He said that you were pestering him," Lu Zhao said indifferently.
Although he seemed to be indifferent, Luo Ying took in a whiff of jealousy from his tone.
"What's wrong? Are you jealous?" Luo Ying looked at Lu Zhao and laughed. She reached out and messed up his neat hair.
"No, I'm not." Lu Zhao shook his head.
He actually didn't care about Luo Ying's past. He simply looked at the little woman in his arms and was afraid that she would suddenly disappear or become someone he didn't know.
"But I think there's something definitely fishy about Su Ran's incident," Lu Zhao said indifferently.
