Although she didn't quite understand what Lu Zhao meant, she could feel that Lu Zhao seemed to be able to distinguish between her past and her current self.
"Then why did you forgive what happened before?" Luo Ying asked curiously.
"I'm not forgiving you. I just don't care. I don't care about your past, but your future. So, I hope you will never leave me."
There was a faint sense of fragility in the man's eyes, and this fragility made it difficult for Luo Ying to meet his eyes.
She had never seen Lu Zhao like this.
Luo Ying's heart ached as she massaged the man's furrowed brow. "Don't be sad. I'm here with you, aren't I? I won't leave you again."
When Luo Ying smiled, Lu Zhao nodded and smiled.
After all that had happened, Lu Zhao felt that he and Luo Ying had gained a better understanding of each other.
"I have someplace to show you." Lu Zhao took Luo Ying's hand and walked out of the door.
