After class, Katie asked Susan to join her for dinner with Aaron. Susan politely rejected them, "Sorry, I have to pick Eve, and she planned today's schedule for us to enjoy the evening together."
Katie said, "Fine, see you again." Leave along with Aaron. Jake saw Susan walking alone and was about to call her from behind; Jane approached him, held his arm tightly, and asked him to go out to a club tonight. Jane doesn't want Jake to get close to Susan, as she feels insecure seeing Jake with Susan.
Jake was not in the mood to agree to go with her, but he decided to go with her when she pleased him for the sake of their friendship.
Susan reached Eve's school and waited for her outside the entrance. A black car was stopped before her, and Darren got off his car and wished her, "Hello."
"Hello, who do you come here?" Susan asked him, surprised to see him at Eve's school.
Eve arrived and replied, "I called Darren, bro, to have fun with us this evening."
"What, you troubled him to have fun with you? he might be busy with his work," Susan said to Eve, upset hearing her excuse.
Darren said, "It's fine. Coincidently, I have time to enjoy the evening with you today."
Eve asked Susan to go to the theme park and have rides, "It's been so long; we had gone to the park, let's go." Holding her hand. She nodded.
Darren drove his car and reached the park; Eve insisted on getting on the Roller coaster after other rides. Susan was scared seeing it and asked them to go for it. She would wait for them. Eve pulled her along with them without listening to her excuses. Eve planned to make sit, Susan along with Darren, and she sat in the before row. As the riders started, Susan closed her eyes tightly and held Darren's hand tightly. Darren was pleased to see her close, holding his hand and enjoying his moment with her.
Susan was trying to straight after the ride by holding onto Darren's hand. Later, they went to have dinner in a fine restaurant. After dinner, Darren insisted on paying the bill, whereas Susan said, "It's my treat."
Darren said, "Next time, it's on me."
Susan, "fine." They all took the elevator to get down. On the next floor, the elevator gets full of people, and Susan stands uncomfortably beside a man. Darren notices her discomfort; he pulls her between him and Eve and ensures she feels safe and comfortable.
Darren dropped them at home and asked Susan, "Can I call you often when I have time?"
"Of course. You can." She gave her phone number to him and said, "Feel free to call. Good night." He patted her head and said, "see you soon," She nodded and walked into the home.
Darren was about to hop into his car; he got a call from Eve. He looked around for her and saw her seeing him through her room's window. He picked up her call, and she said, "Thanks for today, bro. I am rooting for you."
He smiled at her knowing him better and what he was up to. She continued, "I know you're into my sister. I noticed you stealing glances at her whenever she was around you. To inform you, Susan is like someone else, but I think you are perfect for her. She didn't confess her feeling to him. I think you still have a chance to win her. I wish you luck."
Darren, "Thank you for supporting me. Do you know who he is?"
Eve, "I don't know. But he is from her college."
Darren, "I look up into this matter. Don't worry. I don't give up on her easily."
Eve said, "Good night, bro," and ended her call. Darren decided to find who he was and pursue her.
Susan lay in her bed thinking about Jake, missing him as today she didn't even glance at him; maybe he was busy. She looked at Eve in her deep sleep, took her mobile and opened his profile through her alternate account, and saw the message he wrote to pass the news that he was looking for her. She was overwhelmed by his effort and thought of him talking with him through direct messages on her account. She replied to his message.
In the morning, Jake woke up and checked his phone for any reply. He was surprised to find her message, and he widened his eyes, sat straight on his bed, and double-checked whether she had replied to his message.
She wrote, every time, I was the one who delivered my wishes and feelings for you. I know it was not convenient for you to stop your thoughts and replies for yourself without having them to me. I will be glad to hear from you. From now, I can talk to you through messages. I'm looking forward to your message. Bye.
He excitedly rushed into Aaron's room, woke him up, and told him, "She replied to me."
Aaron congratulated him, "Congrats. Let me sleep more."
Jake reminds him, "We have to go to soccer practice as the next tournament is next week." Aaron woke up lazily and got ready to go for training.
