"Wow! It smells so good. I never expected your friend to be such a good cook." Mrs Caroline praised Thea with a genuine smile on her face.
The steamy fish soup was kept in the middle of the dining table. There were chicken wings, pasta, salad and some sausage buns as well. They were all cooked by Mrs Caroline and Thea helped her voluntarily.
Thea smiled widely when she heard that. "Thanks, Aunty."
"Yeah, yeah." Samantha chimed in. "Once upon a time, a girl named Thea made us cookies as well. Mom, you know... They were so delicious. I craved for more but I couldn't get much. This miser only gave me two cookies. They weren't enough for my pitiful tummy." Samantha sniffled.
Thea pursed her lips, aggrieved. "Hey, it's not my fault. It's because of Henry. He ate almost half of my cookies but I couldn't take my revenge on him properly."
