After returning from Dominion, Aiden became quite busy. Before long, the month of May arrived.
For all of the students in the university, May meant only one thing : final-year papers and assignments.
It was thus rather admirable that amidst the hectic schedule of studying, working part-time in Rosa's lab, and keeping himself alive, Aiden still had the time to check his phone for news from either Ryan or Angela.
More than one month passed without any news.
Aiden was not sure what he was expecting. Did he want to donate his blood again so badly to clear up his debt to Ryan? Or was it something else?
Something that he was not ready to admit to himself?
Nobody knew.
Especially not Aiden.
It was a typical summer day on Tuesday, and Aiden's classes had been canceled to give the students time to work on their late assignments.
Most of them went lounging under the huge trees that were planted strategically along the path that led from one building to another.
