The young man's eyes grew big and he started to scream hysterically.

Eyes shut tightly in an attempt to prevent himself from looking at the vampire, Aiden thrashed around on the bed, sending wild and uncoordinated punches and kicks into the air.

Ryan grabbed both of Aiden's legs and pressed them against the mattress, but Aiden became even more distressed.
"NOOOOOO!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!! DON'T TOUCH ME! IT HURTS! IT HURTS!!!!"

A punch landed on Ryan's cheek, forcing his head to face the other way.
Ryan released Aiden's legs afterward.
Whimpering like a wounded animal, the young man curled up in a fetal position and shivered.
The violent movements just now had caused the IV needle to be ripped out of Aiden's arm.
