Zen Space was located on the outskirts of Dominion. When Ryan first bought the land and then proceeded to build the mansion as per his design, there were not many houses or residents around.
After almost twenty years had passed, a few more mansions were erected in the area. Some belonged to rich human beings, and some to rich vampires. No werewolves lived in the area. Additionally, a suburban neighborhood for human beings was built close by.
The suburban neighborhood, known by the name "Paradise Home", was a peaceful and tight-knit community, consisting of around two hundred houses that were modest in size and design. The lawns were neatly manicured, but not overly landscaped, and there were no ostentatious displays of wealth. The houses were typically two-story structures, with brick or vinyl siding, and simple, functional features.
