Zane ran toward his cousin, intent on tearing Aiden away from Ryan, but the latter stopped him by holding a hand up.
"We have not exchanged blood after we tied the knot. Excuse me, I need to attend to my beloved's needs. Zane, lock them all up, will you?"
Zane's jaw dropped to the ground in amazement when Ryan lifted Aiden into his arms and carried him away, leaving everyone in a baffled and confused state.
"Wait, is the Prince of The Vampires married???" Brett asked loudly. He could hardly believe it.
"Little Caldwell, is it true???"
Pairs of eyes settled on Zane, the only other Caldwell who could answer the question.
Zane cleared his throat awkwardly.
"Ahem, yes, Ryan is married."
"Again??? To Demon??? Why didn't he tell us from the beginning???"
Zane smacked his own face with a hand.
"That's not it!" he bellowed to the crowd.
"Then what really happened?" they asked.
