They was only one way to find out the truth, and it was only Helena who can tell her who she was, so she decided to go and ask Helena, reaching by the Prince Charles she didn't expect to see the man and she couldn't help but wonder if she has seen the man somewhere, but where?
He went to Helena's chamber and she couldn't find her in her there she went to the garden but she was not there.
"Where could she be?" She asked herself.
She was heading back to the palace when someone called her and it was none other than, Enid and she was with Rosa.
"Hallo girls." She greeted them with a smile.
"Hall My lady, how are you doing." The greeted with courtesy.
"I am doing fine, what about you guys? how are you?"
"We are good."
"How are you Rosa?"
"I am good and all thanks to you my lady, thank you." She thanked once more.
"Don't mention it Rosa, I am glad your now doing fine."
"Are you looking for someone my lady?" Rosa asked?
"Yes, looking for Helena, have you seen her anywhere."
"Yes, actually my lady she left with the queen."
They saw them leaving that is why they are even out if the kitchen if the queen was here they can't even look outside the window of the kitchen let alone getting out of the kitchen.
They just needed to see this princess the next queen of there Kingdom.
"Oh okay, do you know where they might have gone?"
"No, my lady we just saw them leaving." they answered disappointed.
She asked knowing very well, they have no idea, working in the palace you're not suppose to know much about your masters.
"Okay girls see you later."
"Wait my lady, what is that you're holding?" Enid was the one who asked.
"Oh this is a picture I don't who it is, I found it in one of the books in the library." she replied looking at the Photo.
Enid and Rosa looked at each other puzzled, who dared to take a picture in the library, they needed to see who it was.
"Can we see it my lady?" Enid asked.
"Yes, sure." Enid took it after seeing the pictures she tensed up.
Melissa couldn't understand her expression, After Rosa saw her expression she took the picture from her and the picture almost fell from her hand.
"What is wrong?" Meli asked.
"Where did you say you got it again?" Enid asked.
"In the library, why?" There behavior was now scaring her, what was up with the photo and who was the woman?
"Th..the..they got rid of this photos long ago, of they could find out there is still on one remaining, they will kill everyone who was in charge of putting the photos away." Enid said.
"But why? Who was the woman? and why does she look a lot more like Demetrius." She asked.
"This is Demetrius..."Rosa was about to answer when suddenly Prince Charles interrupted.
"My lady you're here and I was looking for you."
The two girls tense up upon seeing him, they could just pray that he won't tell on his mother.
"Excuse us guys," he told the two ladies and the two ladies excused them.
"What were they talking to them about?" He asked after the two ladies left.
"Nothing I was just catching up with them, you say you were looking for me, what do want?" He had had enough of him he was seeing him everywhere now.
"Oh yes, I wanted to give you this book, is really a good book." He said handing over to her from behind.
That is when she realized that all this while his hand was behind.
She looked at the book and smiled it was the same book she used to read back at home but she didn't carry ers and on top of it all he never finished it. The same book Lukas also use to read.
"Do you like it?"
"Yes I do very much, thank you."
Meanwhile Demetrius was meeting with his two men.
He was gloomy his other men died because of him, he didn't dare to show it.
He didn't expect what happened that day to happen at all, the attackers planned it well, he was not able to do anything, he watched as his men get killed the bad thing is that he watched as they die and he was not even able to catch anyone, he was not even able to give them a proper burial.
But there was one thing he swore that the people who did that will pay, they will pay dearly.
"Eugene what did you notice when we were gone?" Demetrius asked taking a seat.
"What have you gathered so far Eugene?"
"Nothing Master." Eugene answered sadly but he was glad that his master didn't have any deathly glare on his face.
"What about my brother and the Queen."
"Nothing Master, they have been really behaving, I haven't seen anything weird at all."
"I a m sure those two had something with what happened and I won't rest I till I find evidence."
"I need you two to put an eye on them and please watch out, I don't want you to end up like others." He exclaimed he really didn't want them to die also.
"Yes Master we will watch out, you too, especially your wife?"
"What do you mean?" He asked agitated, he didn't want anyone messing with that woman.
"I mean if you suspect that it was the Prince and his mother was the one who did that to you? What can they do your wife?" Eugene asked.
"You make a good point, they can harm her especially when I am far away from her and also there is no one to protect her."
"Yes, Master." Eugene answered.
"Eugene, Tony, I need to go please watch over those two and if possible also watch My father."
"Okay, Master."
Meanwhile back in the palace, after she said thank you, he left as he stares at her with disgust, he didn't know why he even gave her the book, the smile on her face couldn't fade away, and he couldn't stand it and that is why he decided to leave.
"Enjoy it while it while it lasts." He said after taking some steps away from her,,,,,,after my brother die I will make you my mistress and make you suffer!" he stated.
Demetrius came back home as soon as possible, at the same time Melissa was coming back home,he was doomed.
Who was with her? His brother! "I just hope she is still alive"
He waited for Helena, the Queen just passed him as if he didn't even exit. well he is used to it.
"Where are you coming from?" He asked.
"From the tailor."
"What did you go to do."
"I went to take a measure of my wedding dress."
"Wedding dress?" He asked.
"You don't know?"
"What?"
"Oh brother I am getting married in one week from today." She stated as they got inside the palace.
"Is that so.?"
"Yes."
"In that case congratulations Sister." He congratulated.
"Thank you brother."
He went to look for Melissa inside the library and something broke inside of him when he didn't find her, He called her and there was no answer.
"She must be in our chamber." he thought then headed there.
Reaching inside, there was no sign of her, he looked for her everywhere inside there chamber but there was no sign of him, he was he was getting scared by tbe minute.
"Where could she be? Did they harm her already? No that can't be." He asked himself and replying to himself at the same time.
He felt his blood boiling as he looked for her around the corridor, just then he spotted his brother, hurriedly walked towards him and grabbed him by the shoulder as he pinned him on the wall.
Prince Charles was surprised, what has he done for him to pin him on the wall like that?
"What are you doing Demetrius?" He asked with a gnashed teeth.
"Where is she?" He asked fuming with rage.
She asked everyone around and he was no where to be seen, where could he possibly go, no one saw her leaving the palace and they confirmed with him that it was him who was with her last.
"What are you talking about?" Charles asked, who was he asking about?
"You know who I am talking about don't play dumb with me, My wife where is she?" He stated adding pressure on his shoulder.
"Oh I should have known that you were asking about her, Why should I know brother I mean you're the one married to her not me."
What was wrong with this brother of his? He knew that he was the one married to her but he was the one they saw her last with.
"Where. is. she.?" He stated the words one by one.
"I don't know, now let me go right this instance."
Demetrius let him go and he just wished that no messed with his wife cause if anyone harm even one hair from her hair this whole kingdom will pay.
"I am shocked Demetrius, you still cant take care of one person and you want to be the next King, tsk tsk what a terrible King you will make. " He stated then left.
This was just like the first day she left, Wait what if she left the palace and no one saw her, he was losing his mind anything was possible, where will he find her?
"Where will i find my princess?" He asked himself running his hands through his hair to his face.
He has looked for her everywhere, in the kitchen in the garden almost everywhere expect for one wing But he doubted if she will go there but either way he decided to go look for her.
Just when he was about to climb the stairs he saw her walking down, as he sigh the sigh of relief, When she saw him she quickly hide the picture.
"Demetrius." She called surprised, he promised that he will have lunch with her but she didn't know that he will come back but this is early.
"Princess,,, He called her who showed her up there,,,, where are you coming from my lady."
"Nowhere i was just touring around." She lied.
She reached up to him and gave him a hug.
"You came back early, Why?" She stated.
"No reason i just want to spend quality time with you." He stated.
"Yeah."
"Yes."
"Let's go for some shopping."
"No I don't want to go, I don't need clothes, I have enough."
"Yes I know but we can add some more."
"No I don't want to go."
"Is okay if you don't want to but can we go just to take a stroll just the two of us,,,he stated kissing her,,,oh and of course we can add another night gown because you know what happened to the other one."
She smiled before answering.
"Yes."
"We will be back before lunch."
When they arrived in the Market, Meli couldn't stop smiling everything was beautiful in her eyes, she couldn't stop admiring it.
Old people, young people, people walking up and down, it was a a busy Market indeed.
"Is beautiful I must say." Meli commented.
"You think?"
"Yes."
"Have you even been in crowded place like this?"
"No, I have never even gone to the market alone and explore like I am doing now."
"Really, My lady."
"Yes your highness."
"In that case hold on to me tight and make sure you don't let go because you can get lost easily."

First Meli saw little chicks who probably could be one three days old and she asked Demetrius to take her to see them.
"They are beautiful." She commented with a bright smile on her smile.
