Maya felt someone stroking her hair gently and her eyes open to meet Ace's staring directly at her making her jump back.
"Well someone must be tired," he said with a teasing chuckle only earning a glare from Maya.
"The plane landed ten minutes ago but you were so adorable I just couldn't wake you," he smiled, getting up from his seat.
"Let's go home," he said, pulling out his hand for her to take but she just stared at it for a long while before rolling her eyes.
"I'm going nowhere with you," she said, gazing back at the window.
" So you just want to sit here?"
She could feel the mockery in his voice and this made her clench her jaw in anger.
"I'd rather stay here than be around you," she said, with sparing him a glance.
"You know you're very stubborn right? And this is going to cause you."
