'Where am I?' Oh Ji-Soo repeated in her head as her eyes swept past the items in her bedroom.
She was still sitting on her bed but realizing that what she was thinking of giving as a response could cause her to be tortured more, she quickly moved the duvet away from her legs and got off the bed.
"I-I A-Am Try…ing to leave the house now!" She stammered as she speedily jumped into the washroom, but Kim Ji-hun was not going to sit back and watch her play with his brains.
Picking up his briefcase from the couch in his living room, he strode toward the entrance in his well-polished Italian brown leather shoes that obviously cost a fortune.
"Director Oh, I can see that you managed to get some sleep while I stayed up all night. This means you are ready for another long day of work. That's good."
Saying that through gritted teeth as he went ahead to directly end the call before pulling his door open and getting into the elevator, he scoffed,
"Oh Ji-Soo, you are in hot soup."
At the other end, Oh Ji-Soo had already smeared some toothpaste on her toothbrush, but right as Kim Ji-hun left that threatening statement behind, she was about to give him an explanation, but he had already disconnected the call.
"You like torturing yourself, did I ask you to stay awake while others were sleeping? Kim Ji-hun, why are you after my life? Why!" She cursed while gritting her as she stared daggers at her phone's dark screen.
Letting out a deep breath to calm her raging emotions, she started to brush her teeth.
As her mouth was foaming because of the brushing, her heart was also fuming due to the anger piling up in her chest.
Only if she had authority over her boss, she promised that nothing would stop her from opening his skull with a scalpel to study the content of his brain.
He really was a special case study that needed an urgent experiment.
*******
Receiving Kim Ji-hun's call was enough warning sign for Oh Ji-Soo to hasten up.
Speeding up like a hare, she dashed out of her bathroom and into her walk-in closet. Twenty minutes later, she jumped out in a pair of black straight pants and a white jacket.
Carrying her black signature handbag, she left for her kitchen where she stopped by to drink two cans of banana milk before washing it down with a bottle was table water.
'Sighs!'
"I can't even drink my morning coffee before leaving the house."
Grumbling to herself, her tired eyes fell on the damaged picture of Kim Ji-hun sitting perfectly at the centre.
'I need to change it.'
Making that mental note, she walked back into her bedroom and came out 2 minutes later with a new clear burst-up photo of her boss and replaced it with the old one.
This was a normal routine for her.
Every time any current photo got too damaged for her to keep releasing her evening stress on she would change it to a new one.
And if her stockpile should finish, she would go on to print another set so she could have more to vent her anger on. But at the end of the day, she would still throw the damaged ones into her trashcan.
For her, this exercise was not a waste of resources, but an act that calms her nerves and relaxes her brain after a tough day at 'Dream Axis'
Happy with the new image, Oh Ji-Soo couldn't wait to start destroying that pretty face once she returned from work.
Carrying her bags from the kitchen counter, she started walking towards the living room, but then she suddenly remembered a mind-clearing exercise that was on her daily morning routine and quickly dropped her things on the sofa.
Rushing back to the hallway, she stopped in front of a small lemon-green curtain and immediately pulled it over to reveal an empty micro-space.
And on the wall facing her, a magnetic dart board with Kim Ji-hun's hung on it.
Apparently, several holes had already been made in it, but without a closer look, eyes cannot detect it so easily.
Seeing her morning stress-release object, a smirk rose on Oh Ji-Soo's face as her gaze narrowed down to the dart sticking on Kim Ji-hun's forehead.
Without wasting time, she walked over to remove the dart before stepping back a bit as she got ready to throw it right back where it should be.
Taking her right arm back a bit, she shut her left eye and aimed for Kim Ji-hun's eye. A few moments later she threw the dart, swiftly landing it on his left eye.
"Yes!" She rejoiced while putting up her fists in the air.
Basking in the glory of her success for only a brief moment as she did not have time in her hands, she drew the curtain back to the initial position before rushing back to her living room to pick up her things.
Without looking back, she left her comfort zone for the hell hole of an office where turmoil and torments awaited her.
Outside the high-end apartment building that goes back to show how well-off its residents were, Oh Ji-Soo got into the cab she had booked earlier.

Half an hour later, she arrived at 'Dream Axis' and stepped out of the cab.
Raising her wrist to her eye level, she checked the time. "7:37." Letting out a sigh of relief that she didn't have to hear Kim Ji-hun calling her out for coming late, she walked into the building.
"Director Oh!" Eun-bi called out while running towards the entrance in a hurry after catching sight of her lady boss, but it was a bit late as Oh Ji-Soo had already walked past the revolving doors.
Still not giving up, she continued in her race almost colliding with the glass doors while fumbling with her bag.
Luckily for her, Oh Ji-Soo was not in a rush, so she was able to meet her again.
"Director Oh!" Her tiny frantic voice echoed.
Hearing her name, Oh Ji-Soo stopped in her steps and turned back to see her personal assistant staggering towards her while trying to catch her breath.
The little thing must be tired.
