Reaper who had scoured every inch of Springfield Kingdom to find Alon felt helpless after having no trace of the man whatsoever. He had killed over ten thousand players on his venture but he had not found Alon. It was as if Alon had just vanished in thin air. It should've been impossible considering that the player was such a hotshot in the entire continent that his popularity was greater than that of many Fighting Superstars in the world. Although nobody had seen his face properly, with how the AI system advanced with each passing day, they could make a detailed structure of what he looked like and of course, those people who tried to scan his face were salty so they chose the ugliest looks. From their facial recognition, they found that the AI would always construct his face as an overly handsome Asian/Latino man and they couldn't tell if someone so good-looking existed. Although you could configure your face when you started the game, you could only get to choose limited options since it is based on the algorithms of one's real facial structure. Alon's face that was being spread around the world was that of an above-average guy who had an amazing physique so many people could guess why he might have been very popular with girls but they couldn't accept the fact that even Marielle could fall for him since compared to many handsome guys that tried to ask for her hand, Kaya's appearance was lackadaisical.
Reaper decided to return to their guild after finding out about a mysterious swordsman that was harassing the dark guilds. He had also returned since Butcher had asked him to.
'I haven't found my lover yet and now another annoying pest is bothering with my plans?'
Reaper thought to himself irritatingly. He opened the door to Butcher's room and what was revealed to his eyes was a gorgeous naked woman sitting on top of a fat man. They were moaning and enjoying their time pleasuring each other. This black-haired woman was non-other than Ladybug who was currently having sex with the fat man who was Butcher. Reaper didn't bother knocking and went straight to Butcher who was still raw-dogging Ladybug without stopping as he asked.
"Want me to deal with that Vagabond?"
Reaper asked uninterestingly.
"Yeah, Rose just called me and she's currently following a suspicious player and believed to have been Vagabond in disguise. She hasn't called back yet so I'm asking you to help her."
'That bitch needs helping? She should've done that work herself, I still have a lot of things to do.'
Reaper annoyingly thought. He sat on the chair slumping his taxed body and itching his neck. Suddenly, Butcher who was still fucking Ladybug paused as the aura around him tremble. His once-moaning face quickly shifted to a serious tone. Ladybug who had also felt it quickly plopped his dick out of her and changed her clothing. Reaper who felt it also stood from his chair with a serious expression as he summoned his chain sickle that coiled around his arm like a snake.
"Hurry up and check on Rose. It seems like someone has forcefully activated her demonic insignia. Stop her before she goes crazy and goes on a rampage."
Butcher spoke coldly as he wore a red wardrobe and opened a hidden trapdoor below the walls of his bed. Reaper and Ladybug simply nodded as they vanished in thin air.
'To think that even his highness is interested in this manner.'
Butcher thought to himself as sweat poured over his forehead. He immediately entered the spiral stairs under the hidden entrance and arrived in a dark basement with only two torches and a few candles illuminating the gloomy area. On the ground of the basement was a giant summoning ritual that had the same pigeon head insignia and in front of the summoning ritual was a stone statue of a demonic entity that was exuding a dark and deathly presence.
Its eyes were currently litting up in a reddish glow as a demonic shrill reverberated throughout the surroundings.

"I, understand, your loyal subordinates have already checked on the matter."

"*Gulps* I'll be sure to offer his soul to you, my king."

Back in the outskirts of the city, Kaya and Rose were currently exchanging attacks. Rose swung her katana wildly while Kaya dodged them all by the breadth of a hair. Rose was getting annoyed as none of her enhanced attacks could hit the very nimble Kaya. It wasn't just his movements were fast, he had already predicted where she would aim her katana at. She was helpless, despite already having her entire attributes increase by three folds, Kaya was still one step ahead of her, what's more is that Kaya hadn't tried to counter any of her attacks. He was basically toying with her.
"You annoying shit!!"
5th-Draw: Homing Tsunami
Rose activated a wide area spell that would sure to strike Kaya in blank point range. She raised her katana in the air as a whirlpool of blood viciously spun around the blade. This bloody whirlpool then turned into a giant ripple of tidal wave that locked on Kaya. Even if Kaya activated a blink skill, the wave would follow his movement, and having no other choice Kaya faced the wave with his purple sword.
"You fool! Do you think you can block my unstoppable wave with your measly sword? Don't make me laugh!"
Rose scoffed at Kaya ridiculing him for his attempt. She knew very well the power behind the wave as it contained 50% of her Mana. It was a destructive skill that would kill any player in the area of attack and could even gravely injure a grand lord boss monster of 3rd tier. There was no way for Kaya to survive the wave unscathed.
Counter-Strike!
Kaya revolved his sword right through the bloody tidal wave by rotating his sword and bending the entire wave upside down. Watching the wave suddenly invert its direction shocked Rose who was hovering mid-air.
"How in the world.."
Before she could process what had happened, the wave had suddenly rippled in a far stronger storm. The wave had doubled its size and its traveling speed had tripled at that. Rose was too late to dodge the wave as her entirety was swallowed by it. She immediately activated a life-saving skill and the tsunami collided with her which soon dispersed to a vapor.
Crash!
As soon as the wave disappeared, what was left was Rose who had all the limbs in her body twisted abnormally and currently twitching. Her health had fallen by 2% and one single flick from Kaya's finger was enough to kill her.
"That was fun."
Kaya spoke in a low tone as he got nearer the unmoving Rose. Rose could only watch Kaya's broad presence shadow her body as tears fell from her eyes. This was the first time she was this helpless and in such pain. She wanted to run but she couldn't, she had no idea if that was Kaya's final move or not but what she could tell was that Kaya didn't use his overall power against her. She was the plaything in the situation and recalling the words she said to him was humiliating.
"Just....kill me."
Rose forcefully spoke. Kaya didn't respond as he pierced the purple sword right through her throat in which instantly depleted her health by zero.

Although Kaya didn't gain any item reward from Rose's death, he did earn three more levels which were enough to satisfy Kaya. He recalled the window panel in his view and watched the dead body of Rose slowly dissipate but suddenly, his spatial sense blared wildly in his head as he felt danger looming in his direction. This danger came from two presence and they were moving very fast!
Before Kaya could shift his gaze at the unknown danger, two figures appeared at his sides. One threw his chained sickle at Kaya while the other struck her saber right at Kaya's head. The chained end coiled around his body restricting his movements while the sharp sickle was right about to pierce his body and the thin yet sharp edge of the saber moved right at Kaya's eyes with only an inch of a gap. This happened in a blink of an eye, his movements have been bind and for sure if Kaya could not get out of this predicament, he'd sure be gravely injured.
Monarch's Authority!
Quickly using his telekinesis, Kaya halted the two weapons from striking his weakspots and stopped their movement from mid-air. This shocked both the figures as their eyes widened in disbelief. They tried to apply more force in their attack but Kaya activated Shunpo and reappeared from a farther point of their location.
Both their attacks inevitably missed as they retracted their weapons back to their arsenals. Kaya stared at them and he could feel an intense reverberating pressure coming from the two and each was spreading their domains to suffocate Kaya.
'This is the first time I'm facing two Abyssal Realm Experts. It seems like these two synergize with each other quite well. Are they also one of the upper echelons of the Blood Carnival Guild?'
Kaya thought to himself. Seeing that they were trying to display their mighty domain at Kaya as a means to overwhelm him, he simply etched a grin and released his own domain.
Ghuooooo!

Both trembled as they almost fell to their knees. The domain in which Kaya emitted was far stronger than both of theirs combined. They tried to compose their bodies but hardly they could do it. They immediately activated buffs to remove the mentally and physically taxing pressure as they wielded their weapons to face him.
"Careful, he's far stronger than my husband ."
"That fat shit can't even compare to this man."
Ladybug struck a bloodshot gaze at Reaper after hearing him badmouthing Butcher but of course, Reaper didn't give a shit at the gaze as he was very focused on Kaya's prowess but rather than that, he was more focused on his face.
"You look familiar-"
"Who are you?"
Reaper's words were cut out from Kaya's question. This made Ladybug's veins pop in her head due to the anger from his solemn question.
"You dare mess with our guild and you don't even know who you were messing with!? Are you trying to make a fool of us?"
"..!"
Kaya stared carefully at their identities since their ID had been hidden but after examining their faces clearly, he immediately realized who they were.
'Oh, it's Reaper and Ladybug! Goodman's information is a bit outdated, he said that their weapons were sickles and a sword respectively but why are they using a chained sickle and a rapier?'
Kaya was rather disappointed at Goodman's information-gathering abilities. He thought the man was a jack of all trades but it seems like he wasn't, if only Roman had been here, he might've asked him and he'd probably given him more detailed and accurate information. He wondered how he may contact Roman as he had already completed his deed and Kaya had yet to do his own.
On the other hand, Reaper felt a sense of exhilaration and fear from Kaya. It was a familiar sensation that he had felt from watching Alon's clip.
'What is this feeling? Is this what people called love? Why does that man make me skip a bit?'
Reaper blushed as his body quivered. He felt hot, and he wanted to know more about Kaya but with the antsy Ladybug who was ready to pounce and rip Kaya to shreds, he couldn't do it.
'No, I have to follow where my heart goes.'
Reaper thought as he bit his lips. He slowly walked toward Kaya but he didn't show any hostility to him. Kaya was rather confused at this, Reaper wasn't exuding any murderous intent, rather it was the exact opposite. He couldn't tell from the man if he had a devious plan in mind but his face looked similar to that of Marielle who couldn't keep a straight face when he looked at him.
'What is he trying to do?'
Kaya couldn't fight a person who had no hostility against him. That's just how his nature was, living with dangerous beasts gave him an acute response to danger and hostility from any living being, he can even tell if an insect wanted to kill him and he'd had no hesitation but to kill it before it could show an attempt on his life. He wouldn't touch a hair of an animal if it didn't show any signs of hostile response. If Ladybug right now had a danger alert of Red then Reaper had a danger alert of White.
'Hehehe, that's right you thin bastard, trick him and I'll ambush him from behind.'
Ladybug had thought that Reaper was also devising some plan so she moved stealthily out of full trust in him. She knew very well that she had no chance of defeating Kaya in a head-on confrontation, her only chance was probably an ambush by revealing an open path for her to burst through with his powerful and sure-kill attack.
When Ladybug suddenly disappeared, Kaya immediately followed up by dealing with Reaper. He dashed away to Reaper but Reaper blinked over him in an instant as he embraced Kaya.
"I've been looking everywhere for you Alon."
His deep and shrewd voice echoed in Kaya's ear and from his tone, Kaya could tell that the man was genuinely looking for him. It wasn't out of frustration or anger but rather, the feeling of longing and finding the thing that he was looking for all his life.
"What?"
"Die!!"
Kaya who was taken aback immediately shifted his gaze at Ladybug who thrust her rapier right at Kaya and activating a sure-kill skill. He wanted to block it but with the non-hostile Reaper holding him back, he could only hope to blink away. Suddenly, the chained sickle that coiled around Reaper's arms shot like a viper that flew right at Ladybug who was surprised at the sudden change of situation.
"What the hell are you doing!?"
"Don't bother the reunion between me and my lover."
Reaper coldly replied. The chained sickle started constricting Ladybug and she tried to retaliate from the corruptive chains. The smoke of corruption exuded from the chains and with the sickle striking through her chest, her body was combusted to a burst of black flames.
"Aaaarrghh!!"
She screamed in pain and tried her might to break free from the corruptive chains but it was a futile endeavor. The flames swallowed her entirety leaving only an ashen corpse of her body as she soon died without putting up a fight.
It was rather an unexpected twist that Kaya had not anticipated. He stared at Reaper who still hugged him thinking if he was an enemy or an ally, he was super confused. This was the first time he had experienced this type of situation.
"The whole secret lies in confusing the enemy so that he cannot fathom our real intent."
"Huh?"
"Don't you know Sun Tzu, my dear?"
"I don't..wait, what did you just call me?"
