Khaleel thought that his worry would fade away after yesterday and he wouldn't feel the same way anymore.
He had never dealt with his emotions, that was why he was doing anything random to make this excruciating feeling go away. He believed that if he didn't focus on his emotions, they would naturally go away. Yet, it did not.
He then thought if he did things with someone else that he had done with her, the memories would overwrite. Again, it did not.
He was still feeling restless. He had hoped that the emotions consuming him would disappear today, but they only seemed to be getting worse.
