In the small town of Gilkison Xynyx is returning books he borrowed from the library with his friend's rei and Darsh. after borrowing other books they head out they say they saw a group of adventurers surrounding a man lying down on the floor with a dagged stab on his back. One man with a Large steel shield with the symbol of heironeus move near the corpse and kneeled and pulled out the dagger. The other one also. moved next to him as they are examining the body. the other guy asked him "do you think he's dead?" the man "answered I don't think so" he was asked again "how did you know?"he replied "well it's a shame that you graduated beign a paladin by not knowing how to tend wounds and see a man if he is dying" the other guy said "well probably I was not listening that time but how would we know if hes dead?" the man stopped and thinked for a while then he said "ok ill teach you hold him on his soulders" then he placed the dagger back on the man's wound and he said "see I told you he is alive he had a reaction right?" the man replied "no he didn't even twitched I think he's dead" the mannwith a large steel shield said my guess can't be wrong lets try it again he then pulled the dagged back and stabbed it again to the man after finding no reaction from the man he said "well thats it i therefore conclude that this man is dead" he glanced on the second man saying "thats how you test if the person is dead" Seeing what happend Xynyx shouted Murders how dare you commit a crime inside our town. a man with a steel shield replied "No my friend we are aiding him to see if he is alive so we could tend his wounds".
Xynyx replied, "None sense I saw you stabbed him twice". Xynyx started to shout to gather people's attention and to call the militiamen. The man with the large steel shield said: "No you are mistaken I am a man of god and I can't do such a thing". Darsh said "Liar I witnessed you stab that poor citizen twice with that man holding him down"
